Also, did one set of 135 ATG squat for 5 reps.

Judo practice today went well too. Just under an hour of ground work and stand up. Did some abs/oblique work after too.



EndoSurge 1 week review:

EndoSurge so far has been great. My dreams, though not AMAZING, are definitely more vivid. I feel that my back has grown (crazy really as I thought my back grew last time I was on bulk because my back was laggin.), definitely seeing more definition in my shoulders. Strength is way up, as well as aggression. During judo and during my weight sessions I just wanna kill sh1t. Endurance is up too, but im not so sure if its the EndoSurge or the combustion. Sex drive is up now, noticeably. Definitely feeling more confident all around. Im liking it so far. I should be able to upload pics that I took today soon... but my laptop at work... died...so im going to have to use this super slow net book to resize and upload... Ill do it though! Gotta show the hard work!


Combustion 1 week review: Amazing stuff this combustion. I dont crash off it. I guess I must be one of those gifted few who notices 0 sides from 1,3. well the only side is a good one, appetite suppression. I can eat SO MUCH food that I need appetite suppression any way possible. As far as how it affects me in the gym, I dont notice a lot of heat in the mornings but when I take my second dose around 330 and start judo at 430 I notice that I have more focus, more energy, and a lot more sweat!!!! I always thought 1,3 was a fast acting compound especially on an empty stomach but I somehow think now that it needs more time. I will play around with the dosing later hopefully. I workout in the AM before work so I cant really dose it 1hr prior to my workouts or I will be late for work lol. Still only dosing it at 1 cap in the AM and one in the afternoon. I like it so far.


Over all 1 week review of BPS. I LOVE IT! This is probably the most synergistic BASIC supplement stack I have taken. AnaBeta was good, but I didn't get any of the test boosting effects, or the "heat" PPL claimed to get. Also, while being on PCT black rev I was a little dry in the joints. Though I am still pretty dry now its not the painful joint aches like I usually have on an erase product. The Combustion also doesn't feel like my sweat is chemical.. So far so good. If I could run this for 8 weeks then cycle it back after every 4th week break I'd be in heaven lol. Well, I guess my 4 weeks of break would be 4 weeks of either a PH, or some other natty anabolic.... but Im a supp freak... (trying to kick the habit though, really hard with all these amazing products hitting the market!)

Squat to a box, pause, then explode up hard. That's a box squat. :) Give 'em a try, they're great for cementing squat form and improving power "out of the hole."

Thanks!! Got paid yesterday so I'm no longer like starving. I'm going to be able to get in my quality foods to support this crazy lifestyle I live lol.

Also, recalculating my 1 rm now so after the deload next week I'm going to be using a slightly different program to fully recomp and get stronger. More details later. :)

Yea, what makes it difficult is this kitchen I have... its SO SMALL. So is my Refridge... I can make about 2 days of food at a time... New program details coming VERY SOON. Im just getting the training program finished up. This week is pretty much deloading. Not planned but I am in need of it I can tell... check my next workout to see how crappy it went....

One would think that this would have been good. But it could be the change up on grip, I went narrower for this run. But with a wider grip I know I could push 315 2 months ago.... ALSO, I just had no motivation. So I am pretty sure I am over trained. I should be better because this week has been a super deload. And guess what...? Im looking leaner... so Im pretty sure I was burning the candle at both ends and my wax ran out. haha
Libido is up, energy levels outside lifting is up. No supps can combat overtraining + undereating but I think these two really make the difference in keeping me elevated during my down. And keep me lean. Next week should give better results IMO. hopefully those pics will show some mean improvement. Im going to try and get my pics uploaded today from this past Tuesday for my Week 1 Picture updates. This coming tuesday I will try to take pics again to see what the deload actually did for my body. Just for me mostly... because I am always stuck in this "YOU CANNOT EAT UNLESS YOU TRAIN" mentality.

You would think so, but you gotta remember that most of the fish here is from china.... and probably from farms. I lived in Hawaii so you'd think we would have good fish too... nope, most of it is sold to Japan for the Top End Sushi places... where one slice costs you around 10 bucks...
What is great here is the price of chicken breast... around $1.60 a pound. But EVERYTHING else is like double or triple what it costs from like costco...

Thanks man!! I am usually WAY stronger. So Im gonna take a break from the crazy volume. I think I was letting my liver enzymes get out of control by too much gluconeogenesis and over training taxing my livers. I would hate to see what my kidneys are ....

Anyway, hope to bounce back stronger!
 
Dude if your pushing 315 you are one strong mofo. Looks like you still had a solid bench though. Now as far as payday what the heck is that? Lol I know when money hits my account it is gone almost the next day. Lol. Raising kids and trying to eat healthy is tuff on a budget. So it is just a matter of learning how to adjust. I do it all the time and it sucks trust me.

TBH its pretty much like that wtih my money. The only thing Payday for me is that boost of self confidence knowing that I got more money going into savings. And Im one month closer to moving back to Hawaii...

Haha... well I WAS strong. What is REALLY sad is I think I REALLY messed up my first Hdrol PCT... Little did I know cutting during PCT was a NONO. I thought that was the natural progression... haha.

I did well on cycle, made some AMAZING gains. ...Benched 315 for 4, I squated 385 and Deadlifted like 395.... for 5s but I NEVER got that strong again... I think I got too much Bodybuilding nonsense in my head and just lost the ability to move heavy weights fast... Got all into controlled negatives.. forgot how to PUSH weights... my whole body is one giant slow moving mass.... changing that though. Soon.

Now for the strength and cutting. I am no expert but I dont see why it is not ok to cut while on a pct. I did and am still losing weight and my strength is still going up. Put it this way about 3 months or so ago. I was at my bro in laws house aka kleen. I kid you not I was barely able to lift 190. And two days ago I put up 280. I took epi-v for 8 weeks and yes I did see strength gain. When I came off it. Strength went down a tad in some areas and is still going up in others.

Well on cycle i was bulking, off cycle I went to cut. So my strength loss was REALLY eminent. It was really bad planning IMO. My strength gains were 225 1RM to 315x4... Squat went from 225-385, deadlift went from learning the movement to 395 in 6 weeks...

Moving back to hawaii in august. little under a year.

I think if I was cutting on cycle, and then continued to cut off cycle itd be okay Id think, and my strength gains would maybe normalize. For example, it would go back to normal levels. Where as I bulked on cycle and lost most of the gains because I went straight into a cut and didnt take the precautions in my training programming. Didnt give my body time to adapt to the higher weight movement. Granted I only went up to around 95kgs.... Next time I run a full on cycle though I plan on hitting some mean PRs.... Smart programming and smart dieting...

I use to do 350 for 2 reps at 170lbs and wish I wouldn't have stopped. But when i go in the gym and see several 40+ guys throwing 400 or more it gives me hope to reach my goal again.

Yup 20 reps. That was insane. I cleared everything in my head and said PULL!!!

My current preworkout is really killing me... never noticed ANY GI problems from this b4 just all of a sudden... kind of upsetting but I will be trying some WhiteFlood preworkout to add more umphf to my workouts. Hopefully thats the key I need to get me into the zone instead of taking me into the bathroom...

Thanks man! I want to be REALLY strong. But also really sturdy. So I need to get in all my core lifts and accessories. hehe
I will be changing this up next week though. Adding a bit more volume but cutting back on the frequency. Gonna see how my body responds to more dense training (like acute training, with longer recovery time in between)

Yeah I'm trying to revamp mine as well cause I can get mass so quick but it's hard to knock off weight.
