Also, did one set of 135 ATG squat for 5 reps.
Judo practice today went well too. Just under an hour of ground work and stand up. Did some abs/oblique work after too.

EndoSurge so far has been great. My dreams, though not AMAZING, are definitely more vivid. I feel that my back has grown (crazy really as I thought my back grew last time I was on bulk because my back was laggin.), definitely seeing more definition in my shoulders. Strength is way up, as well as aggression. During judo and during my weight sessions I just wanna kill sh1t. Endurance is up too, but im not so sure if its the EndoSurge or the combustion. Sex drive is up now, noticeably. Definitely feeling more confident all around. Im liking it so far. I should be able to upload pics that I took today soon... but my laptop at work... died...so im going to have to use this super slow net book to resize and upload... Ill do it though! Gotta show the hard work!
Combustion 1 week review: Amazing stuff this combustion. I dont crash off it. I guess I must be one of those gifted few who notices 0 sides from 1,3. well the only side is a good one, appetite suppression. I can eat SO MUCH food that I need appetite suppression any way possible. As far as how it affects me in the gym, I dont notice a lot of heat in the mornings but when I take my second dose around 330 and start judo at 430 I notice that I have more focus, more energy, and a lot more sweat!!!! I always thought 1,3 was a fast acting compound especially on an empty stomach but I somehow think now that it needs more time. I will play around with the dosing later hopefully. I workout in the AM before work so I cant really dose it 1hr prior to my workouts or I will be late for work lol. Still only dosing it at 1 cap in the AM and one in the afternoon. I like it so far.
Over all 1 week review of BPS. I LOVE IT! This is probably the most synergistic BASIC supplement stack I have taken. AnaBeta was good, but I didn't get any of the test boosting effects, or the "heat" PPL claimed to get. Also, while being on PCT black rev I was a little dry in the joints. Though I am still pretty dry now its not the painful joint aches like I usually have on an erase product. The Combustion also doesn't feel like my sweat is chemical.. So far so good. If I could run this for 8 weeks then cycle it back after every 4th week break I'd be in heaven lol. Well, I guess my 4 weeks of break would be 4 weeks of either a PH, or some other natty anabolic.... but Im a supp freak... (trying to kick the habit though, really hard with all these amazing products hitting the market!)

not familiar with box squats but you thro in some judo sessions man, you're def puttin these sups to the test
