Just taking it on an empty stomach for all three doses when possible. However adding in 2 grams of glutamine an hour or so before the dose would help since it also causes a release. I really think BPS got it right with the way they set up the mucana with the two different extract levels. I have noticed a huge increase in appetite more than likely due to increased IGF levels. Adding in creatine with that would be optimal. Right now due to budget I get my creatine in my pre workout or 3 grams of DCM on days I don't take a pre workout. DCM is a nice form of creatine with no bloating and what not. I like it but I have not been using it much lately.

I have seen the study done with football players or hockey players. Creatine raised there DHT levels. I have no problem with that. :D

thanks for the recommendation. I think I'll take it on empty then eat 30mins after breaking my fast. I usually break my fast at around 1pm so I should be able to get the second dose in around 1230. First dose was at 630. And I guess the last dose will be spread further apart.

Fat blunts GH release more than carbs do actually so definitely not the way to go for GH release. No it has to be glutamine, it also increases protein synthesis as well as vastly improving your immune system. On top of that it is cheaper than bcaas.

Well depends you have a natural pulse after your workout and if you took the Endo immediately post workout and some aminos it would increase IGF output making for an anabolic situation. Preworkout might aid more in fat loss from the workout and your body produces MGF after when the lactic acid causes a GH release. MGF repairs damaged cells and causes satellite cells to proliferate, or split. IGF causes satellite cells to activate IE become muscle fiber. You need both of these actions. For that reason both scenarios are good for anabolism. If you had time to take it about 90 minutes before I might suggest 2 90 min before then 2 immediately after which would be about 3 hours which is the natural GH release pattern. Honestly I think the benefit of either pre or post when doing fasted would be very close to the same. Now if you were to break your fast shortly after the workout then I would go for taking it right after the workout. Then you could really take advantage of the IGF with a large meal causing more activation and growth. But if not then you have the MGF creating new satellite cells that can later be activated by IGF. Once a satellite cell is activated it can no longer split to create new cells. So it is a balance with MGF and IGF to get the most anabolism. Clear as mud? LOL

The middle dose would be best taken as Big T suggests 30-45 minutes prior to your fast breaking meal would be the way to go. Also just so you know GH pulses are short but the benefits from them last hours after it is gone.

believe me Kleen this is clear to me. I've read soo much stuff and there is always stuff to learn! You have probably forgotten more than I know!

I remember reading that preworkout fat meals blunt the GH response. Should've put two and two together to realize that the GH would be blunted. I think I was thinking in more of the delivery of the two ingredients not the actual secretion of hormones. but I should have known that ingesting of fat to transport/slow delivery of the ingredients would be pretty lame if by doing it that way DECREASED their effectiveness....

Good to know about the Glutamine. I know glutamine increases GH in some cases but I kinda stopped supplementing too much extra glutamine as I hear it can bloat your intestines at a really high dose. Wanted to lay off to see if i noticed anything. I know it calms the intestines and is really vital for gut health as well. 2g seems like a reasonable dose... Seeing I was taking anywhere between 20-50g before....
 
Omg today was the most intense day of judo ever. I was soaked. Even though it's getting cooler I was burning up!!

One combustion and two endosurge and I had the best training day yet. I was sweating five times more than most ppl there and I sweated the most yet.

Good training day for judo. Got my pull day tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn't rain because I need the ledge outside to do pull ups. I can't really workout in my house if I'm soaked.

So far combustion is the best energy supp I've taken yet. Perfect for cutting. Allows me to function on low cals. And allows me to tap extra energy sources. :).
 
Yeah I would imagine it could at really high doses but like 10 grams supplemented a day should not be any issue. Here we are talking about 6 grams so no big deal at all.

Last night was rough. Was sooo sore from the three judo sessions this week. Body is just beat up. Waking up hungry. I should try to increase cals but I really wanna lose some of this extra weight.

I'll post my morning workout later today.

Wow. Went to give blood today and apparently last time I gave in march my AST levels were 70. Well either AST or ALT. Probably because I came from lifting.
Today it was less. Or it should have been as they said if it was that high they'd have to reject me.

I will give a blood lipid and liver value when I get the results from today. Same situation though. Worked out then came to give blood. So nothing changed except my acknowledgment of my food allergies.

As Kleen suggested I did the pull ups by fives.

20 sets of 5.
Did every rep full blast and controlled down.
Took my 21 mins. Down 4 mins from last week.

My hands are sooo sore because of judo I decided to post pone it till tomorrow and do one legged squat practice. 6 sets of 5 for each leg.

Good workout. Happy about the pull ups. Not so happy about my sleep last night. I was sooo hungry and sore lol.

Today I gotta try eat a little more food.

Tomorrow is bent over rows and gonna give the posterior chain 1 arm rows a go.

Warm up is like rolling, then doing practice throws, throwing, then sparing.

The main part is the sparing. Usually 10 rounds of 3 minutes with 45 s breaks. That wears the crap out of me... probably burn up like 1000 cals or more in that 1.5 hour session.

They were my main problem before. I couldnt even do ONE a couple years back. Now I can say they are my favorite exercise lo.

Great workout getting a lot stronger on pulling again. The posterior chain pulls are great. Thats pretty much the same movement I need for pulling in the opponent in my standup for Judo.

Tonite Im going to try practice my Clean again. probably add in some posterior chain work. A little heavier Romans, and maybe practice some front squats and prep my cns for tomorrow big squat day.

Small note: Ive noticed recently (well the past 2 times after my break from it) that when I dose Lit-up my stomach gets irritated and I have to take a crap for about 45mins. Well not that long, take one, then wait around 15-30mins then I have to go again. I was wondering if this is the dreaded DAA intestinal irritation I heard about? Anyone else notice some stomach discomfort on DAA?

Small update. Decided to pull back on the volume yesterday as I was feeling pretty beat. I think the extra judo sessions I added pulled the Over Training switch. So Im pulling back this week a bit on the volume of the accessory. Max Effort week so Im just going to add 1-2 accessories and go all out on my main lifts and my judo. :)

Took some pics today. 1 week in to the stack so not to much as far as results but should be good. I havent really looked at the pics but I think its going well. I feel leaner. Decided im doing away with the scale weight obsession too lol. No more weigh ins!

Dude I know.... that sh1t just gets STINK. I tried febreeze, hanging it in the sun... NOTHING makes it smell better cept some bleach and the washer. But kinda hard when I roll 3 days a week.... and drying it takes like 2 days... (I got no dryer ; ; )

I don't know how intense Judo is, do you guys roll like BJJ'ists? Or do you mostly grapple standing until someone is tossed? I've done Aikido, but I put Judo way ahead of Aikido in martial legitimacy. There isn't any real mono a mono in Aikido, just, let me practice this move without resistance and make sure you know how to react when I apply this move.

True the training is insane!! I love it. Much more fulfilling than running or sprinting.

Maybe if I had a sled to pull I'd say otherwise but this has been the most intense cardio I've had yet!!

High school diet for me consisted of Chinese takeout, hot and ready pizza's and various other things that included bacon. Ohhhh those times haha

I skated a lot back then so i was super skinny so it's actually "good" i tried to get some cals in with how much activity i did.

There was a time i ALMOST got into training, i was seriously sooo close and i was around 14. My dad had an entire gym setup in the basement i mean everything. DB rack to like 100, a ton of free weights and a couple of machines like lat pull down pec dec etc. I started doing a few things for a week or so and the soreness drove me into the ground. It just felt like too much too soon, i didn't realize you have to eat more and all this stuff. When my dad explained it all too me i was overwhelmed which made me scared. So if i would have had pushed through that i would be sitting here talking to you at a ripped 250+ haha. Oh the possibilities....man that would have been 8 years of training :shocked:

Explained to him about my gatorade and he didn't listen. What a dick!

I know. I'd have made so much more of my young test levels. Haha. I'd try be a lot bigger. Muscle wise. And tell myself that high fat isn't bad, it's the high carbs!!

Meat, rice, water, workout. Eat whenever I'm hungry. That's the advice I'd give myself lol.

I feel that my back has grown (crazy really as I thought my back grew last time I was on bulk because my back was laggin.), definitely seeing more definition in my shoulders. Strength is way up, as well as aggression. During judo and during my weight sessions I just wanna kill sh1t. Endurance is up too, but im not so sure if its the EndoSurge or the combustion. Sex drive is up now, noticeably. Definitely feeling more confident all around. Im liking it so far. I should be able to upload pics that I took today soon... but my laptop at work... died...so im going to have to use this super slow net book to resize and upload... Ill do it though! Gotta show the hard work!


Combustion 1 week review: Amazing stuff this combustion. I dont crash off it. I guess I must be one of those gifted few who notices 0 sides from 1,3. well the only side is a good one, appetite suppression. I can eat SO MUCH food that I need appetite suppression any way possible. As far as how it affects me in the gym, I dont notice a lot of heat in the mornings but when I take my second dose around 330 and start judo at 430 I notice that I have more focus, more energy, and a lot more sweat!!!! I always thought 1,3 was a fast acting compound especially on an empty stomach but I somehow think now that it needs more time. I will play around with the dosing later hopefully. I workout in the AM before work so I cant really dose it 1hr prior to my workouts or I will be late for work lol. Still only dosing it at 1 cap in the AM and one in the afternoon. I like it so far.

AnaBeta was good, but I didn't get any of the test boosting effects, or the "heat" PPL claimed to get. Also, while being on PCT black rev I was a little dry in the joints. Though I am still pretty dry now its not the painful joint aches like I usually have on an erase product. The Combustion also doesn't feel like my sweat is chemical.. So far so good. If I could run this for 8 weeks then cycle it back after every 4th week break I'd be in heaven lol. Well, I guess my 4 weeks of break would be 4 weeks of either a PH, or some other natty anabolic.... but Im a supp freak... (trying to kick the habit though, really hard with all these amazing products hitting the market!)

Judo is great man. But I'd think any MMA gym would be just as intense!!
