weight is steady at around 93kgs. I have not posted the workouts mainly because HST is really boring to me... Nothing really amazing... haha. Any questions? Dosing still at 50mgs ED of S4. Feeling Strong.

I think of urso as a health supp. For liver, anti inflammatory etc. Not as some myostatin blocker.
I like it, but then again does it work? Not as well as Sdrol I can tell you that much lol.

Nope no sides as of yet. I hear the sides on vision are more adjusting from light to dark. None of that either though.

I take 800 mgs a day. Noticing? Not much I would say. I run it like I run milk thistle. As protection for my liver so I can run goodies lol.
