Mattrag cuts it up with S4

Yup. Today is refeed so I am doing +200-300g carbs. Had one meal with 120g, and I got one more of 120g after my workout. still pretty dry. I WILL upload my pics. I took um on monday. I will send them from my phone to my gmail now and dl them on to this netbook, then edit them on photo bucket... then link um here.... :D

Today I was looking REALLY dry. I have dropped around 3.4kgs so far since depleting carbs from monday. (2days)

Today I did the workout I did on monday but took out bench press (My chest is probably my best body part and I dont want to do TOO much pushing movements so I can save my elbow) and upped the weight on all lifts by 10lbs. Was rough but got through it. I also did half in the AM and the other half in the PM. just so I wouldnt be working out for such a long time. And I started work later today lol.

Today I dropped the erase pro and noticed I am still pretty dry. WOke up today at like 92.6kgs. Had a carb meal at work.. had to. We had a department lunch and I ate eel with rice... and the rice was covered with some sweet soy sauce... Sadly I have no choice but to eat most of it. I also brought two chicken breasts and broccoli and onions stir fry to eat with it as it was my fast break meal. Post workout I had a breast and a steak along with some rice (Around 80g worth). I was going to do 120g but I really dont know how much I ate at lunch so I figured I would play it safe. Still looking lean after this so I dont think I spilled over yet. Just a BCAA shake with my night time stack of TT33, HGHpro, Melatonin Patch, and some Need2slin.
 
How you feel with TT33 pre bed? Sweat much?

Nah... its cold here and I dont sweat at night with it. Though I only take 1 cap. I dose it like this:
2 in the morning when I wake up, 1 before my fast break, 1 before my workout, 1 after, and one before bed. If I dont workout I just space it out as it would be if I had worked out.

You sweat ?

I sweat in bed regardless so its unfair to point fingers at the TT33. I take my last dose, 2 caps, with my post shake which is 1.5 hours before bed. Never read any studies but I have a theory that the higher dose before bed would work best for fat burning. Just a hunch.

No trenavar isn't pro-dienelone. I want to run trenavar with my next cycle some time in summer but I still want to see more logs. From what I read it's pretty damn toxic. I believe it's some form of actual trenboline. I know that's spelled wrong. I don't know how similar they actually are.

SARMs are quickly becoming the thing of the future and the ultimate bridging supps. I wanna run the same stack that you ran last time Rick but being a college kid only allows for so much funds to go toward working out.

Haha, I also have some bulk TTA, bulk Forskolin, and some fat burners on hand. I also have a whole lotta other stuff on hand...
On a happier note, Im taking bridge up to 6 caps a day now. Just to make sure I dont get too shut down off S4. Libido up btw ;)

Might wanna check with Sourdough. He did bloods mid cycle and post on REALLY high dose Trenavar.

did some measurements just now cold and REALLY light.

92.4kgs (down .2kgs from yesterday.... 3.6kgs from monday)


Chest 103cm
Waist 87.5 (but was 85cm if I sucked in then measured lol)
Butt 105cm
Right arm 40cm
Left arm 41cm (so weird, but flexed the right arm was bigger haha)


Oh and wtf Im looking leaner than I ever have. Sdrol must have made me gain like 10lbs of muscle... at least. I was 83kgs around oct of 2010. Dieted down and dying, weak but lean. I am not weak now, about 1% more BF, and eating a ton more.... Good progress... but too slow IMO. haha.

I may have misinterpreted what I read. I thought I had read somewhere that it was. Since you question, and you are manbeast, I'm gonna assume I was wrong. I thought I had read something about tren and tren clones being toxic.

I thought I read that in one of the threads when trenavar was coming out. I'm at work right now, going to the next job after this but I'll try to dig it up.

Oh yea. My first will probably long ester test (so I can get it at a buddies house as the wife don't want me shooting up unless I get trt).
And then use some AIs. Then add more as time goes on. Well this is all out of the scope of this log.

Update. Yesterday I was down another .2kgs. Went to bed at 94 woke up at 92.2. So I'm down around 3.8kgs from Monday.
Good frost week of adding in the burn days. Today is a build day though so I'll have some carbs today. Looking lean.
Note: dropped the erase pro to eod and my joints are no longer grinding but still looking dry. Good stuff IMO.

Yea saw changes on the 3rd day. Really noticeable today. Hopefully it'll show in the pics. I took some on Monday and will take more on monday. Along with cold measurements again. Pics will be uploaded soon. Editing them now. (Banged with some posting work and work in general... lol)

how are you liking s4 brah? Compared to a normal PH? I ran s4 a while back, it was fun on strength gains, but expensive.

I ask because I am thinking about running ketanadrol/epi but have yet to run a PH

Well it's faster so far than most PH I have run (cept superdrol). I noticed drying and leaning pretty much on day 3. I am doing volume based training which is not my forte so I am not noticing much strength YET. Hope that changes. S4 was pricey? I got it pretty damn cheap. THe thing is I doubt it can come close to the FEELING of being on. Who knows though. :D

Katanadrol and epi will lean you out REAL nice though. And probably give you some mean strength gains.

Nice brah, I took it around when it first came out mainly for its supposed ability to help with joints. Maybe they purified it better, I didn't get an alpha feeling but i felt pretty good. Have fun with it. Please do pick up some supps for vision though, I had a few issues with the yellow lights/etc but for some reason when i came off i could see a lot better in the dark....

well if you read russian stars write up s4 in theory causes RNA mutation. It's supposed to help with recovery and joints haha not sure why you are dry man. That's the only real reason I took it. I took bilberry and lutein, go passed recommended dose though its pretty cheap.

Hmmm. Very interesting. I'll look it up. I always thought it was more androgenic and drying. And when I started taking it I noticed that. But I could be wrong. I have lowered fat by quite a bit so my joints could be drying from that. I will look into the vision supps. :)

Good updates so far. After my carb meal yesterday I'm still 92.4. This is really light seeing I didn't drop a load yet...
I will be re adjusting build days to add in a little more carbs as I don't wanna kill my metabolism. I have been actually doing something like:
1400 cals burn day and 2200 builds. But its just one week. Hopefully I didn't crash my metabolism. Lol.
