Creatine goes well with anything because it does nothing to disrupt hormonal balances, you get the added power from the increased ATP pool and it's a win/win all around. You get the added potential for increased intensity from the creatine with the added recovery (and further added strength) from the cycle. It's not like all creatine is good for is adding water weight. The added strength from cycles are hormone based, but the strength effects from creatine have nothing to do with hormones, but molecules (adenosine-triphosphates). It's like adding oil to the flame relative to results. I highly recommend it.
THIS^^^
And its sad to see that folks think that just cause they go on cycle they should cease use of all natty supps.... hormones dont take the place of these, personally considered, essential supplements;
Creatine (building block for MAIN source of energy in the body, ATP. Also aids in increased cellular hydration and subsequent increase in nutrient retention)
Beta Alanine (and subsequent Carnosine accrual. The benefits to increased levels of Carnosine health and sports wise seem endless, read up. In relation to Taurine, Carnosine is present in a higher ratio in typeII muscle fibers and plays a direct role in buffering lactic acid and increasing strength/endurance)
Taurine (The partner beta-Amino to Carnosine, Taurine plays key roles in increased cellular hydration and intracellular electrolyte retention which can make back pumps and muscle cramps much less likely. In relation to Carnosine, it is present in a higher ratio in typeI muscle fibers. Supplementing Taurine concurrently with Beta Alanine can help diminish the
possible issues of Taurine Depletion.)
Carnitine (preferred form is LCLT for me, Its proven to increase recovery, Spares Androgen receptors from damage/deactivation that occurs from resistance training which upregulates the amount present in muslces, aids in the conversion of Creatine to ATP, increased cAMP and subsequent fat burning, offers protective antioxidant effects)
Fish Oils (aids in keeping healthy period; brain, heart, eyesight etc. I shouldnt need to elaborate but namely in the case of being on cycle it will aid in keeping cholesterol levels at a preferential state and helps with keeping your heart healthy as a result)
The benefits both health and sports supplementation wise from these few supps are unparallelled except only possibly from each other, lol, which is why I thought it a good point to bring them all up now(with the thought creatine is unnecessary on cycle). I would never neglect taking these supps on cycle, they will indeed optimize the results that you are already getting and can all be used in long enough "cycles" that they dont NEED to be "saved" for PCT, but will continue to be just as effective throughout the entire cycle AND PCT.
I know Matt is keen to this fact, so sorry for being preachy in your log bro, but just figured Id let the others reading in on the info :thumbsup:
