Thats exactly how I am...I read something and im like" trying that tomorrow". Next day, same shiz....repeat..LOL

Horrible eh? Lol. My program is pretty much stable as far as what I do for strength but my hypertrophy portion is like... Haha not even organized.

Small notes. Since winter vacation has started for students I can take more breaks while I am at work. While I can't stay home, I can go and walk around an climb stairs or something. So I'll do that now for around 20mins twice per day. Ala Kris Gethin and his daily trainer vids.

Last nights workout was pretty nuts....

Bent over rows (for back I like volume, so even if it was a 5x5, it sure didnt look like it...)

315x10 (hahah, this was pretty crazy. reps 1-5 was pretty dang good, 6-10 were like rest....pause....PULL!!!)

Strong day yesterday. I took one dexaprine sample in the morning. Was pretty good. Blunts appetite for sure. Not taking it again though due to my fear of my blood pressure going through the roof! haha. Also looking leaner. I moved back to my diet PRE Sdrol. Basically cut back from carbs (back down to 80-100gs a day), raised my protein by about 50gs, and raised my fats by about 20gs. Lost 3kgs... Could be muscle glycogen, but holy crap I am pumped all day.

Today I will be using volume training for chest and back with some statics on the rack pulls. My lower back is pretty hashed. So I dont want to even attemp deadlifts today.
 
Does the dexaprine make you feel groggy all day? I know things that make me not that hungry often make me feel sh!tty.

I wish I could row that. 315 for one rep would be mind blowing for me.

I only took one dose just cause I want some 3,3 dii cause it's so cold here...
Not at all groggy. More like I have acid reflux? lol. Feel bubbly in the stomach and not very hungry. Debating if I should try another dose now.... its cold.... plan on doing some cardio today. Just really light stairs today at work. Probably do it twice. Then tonights workout will be burn out.. The lower back is so hashed I could barely lift the 135 off the floor with good form just now putting my weights in order... I might do a burn session tonight as sat AND sunday I cant workout... sad.... Might still workout on sunday though haha! I gotta try...
 
Almost forgot, last night I took a TT33 before sleeping along with my HGHpro which I have added cause my sleep has been subpar.
I slept really well, and I am looking really lean this morning. Going good. Probably run TT33 through... Any idea WHY they say to cycle off every 4 weeks? Is the 3,5 dii a lot more suppressive? I know that PES products like shift which is only the 3,3 dii version says 8 weeks tops? My dosing for this product will probably be something like 5 caps a day. Hopefully nutra will have a really good sale on stuff and I can get my buddies together to order MORE stuff and I can get some more TT33 as I only have one bottle....

This is a little late but. To compare I used to do Max of 315x17 on straight bar and 315x30 on hex. So I would say like 500-600 would be beastly on a hex. I never maxed in one however. Had to use one in a comp once.

You have a big chest bro and that's also reflected in the weight you can move around with it. I have been gifted with big arms for my weight, but it would be nice to get my chest that big!

Upper body does look large and in charge man(no homo)! Can't wait to see some afters, I can only imagine how jacked the s-drol will get you!!! Less then 2 weeks for my fun to begin!! LOVE IT!

I'm personally a fan of big PCTs. I think the more angles you can attack recovery, the better....especially with compounds that shut you down hard like SD.

Thanks man, I can really tell I have made a lot of progress and what little abs I have, I have been able to maintain that. When usually I would be fighting like crazy to do. Im pretty happy with my change so far. I need to be better though. Maybe I should enter a show ;)

Rep range was 8-12. Stopped the set when my focus failed. Pretty damned good. The 255x12 is for sure a rep pr.

I was reading/listening to some theories on multiple training sessions. And just splitting the session apart. I guess kind of like the theory of doing multiple cardio sessions. Basically, resetting the horrible effects that sitting and being lazy has on body comp. hehe.

Alright, so far thats all.

The mdrol.. I donno... haha Manko is dying... lethargy, hunger, muscles tight... me... I only feelin the balls shrinking... and the weight gain... I dont feel lethargic, my BP actually went DOWN... Like I said the lethargy was from the cold turkey caffeine and stim cut... Im wondering why... Manko got like 10kgs on me so I figure he would be feeling this less than me... sigh... CAN you be unresponsive to sdrol?!!
 
Congrats on the PRs broseph. I don't see why it's not possible to be unresponsive to SD. Everybody's different. I ran Boladrol and felt absolutely nothing at all while other people seemed to love it.
