Flavors...take it up to Coop! Flavoring is a damn nasty complex beast! It's hard to mask all the flavors and stick to using only certain sweeteners!

You guys did it with OG fxt. I don't see how caffeine quickened that process....

Although I do understand that flavoring is a b!tch.

That's awesome man! Got a 1.2 kilo tub of SNS creatine after how pleased I was with their bulk leucine; never been happier w/ creatine monohydrate. Stuff is fresh, cheap as sand, effective, and doesn't remotely taste like sand. Isn't that what we all really want?

Not threadjacking here but I know what you mean about the round the clock vascularity increase - did bis and shoulder isolations for fun today and a fellow gymrat actually thought I had started another cycle lol.

oh i know man,the vascularity is insane,i wake up looking pumped and having full veins everywhere.cant wait to stack this with some stuff to try in the future.

Ok,so went into the gym having no clue what i was gonna do.So i started with a steady jog for about 20 min.While i was jogging I just kept having an overwhelming urge to do deads,so I did.Just a day of some cardio and deads,and some little things thrown in,grip seems to be coming back a bit.I did feel I had a bit more strentgh wise on a few but grip failed me.Had an amazing back pump today!

20 min jog at good pace.

Did some push ups,bench dips,pull ups and rounded of with 10 more min. of running at pretty fast pace.

Wow, sounds like my day yesterday. Walked around the gym twice not knowing what I wanted to do. I ended up doing deads and arms.

Yep,just one of those days.Wasn't in the mood for anything else,I actually did a few light curls too.But not enough to note even,was just mirror mugging myself while I did em.
