Ok,so had an amazing workout today!pump was crazy as you can see in the pic above,vascularity in forearms is insane too!my endurance was awesome,sets just kept coming and feeling better each round.i have upped my water intake a lot and did not have the headaches today!all is good to report so far,here's some numbers.
Barbell curl:

Reverse curl:
85x10 for 4 sets.
Ez curl bar preacher curl:
90x7for 3 sets.
80x8 for 1 set.
Reverse grip bench press:
225x10 for 4 sets.
Incline db curls:
60x7

Concentration curls:
45x8 for 4 sets each arm.
Hammer curls:
60x10 for 2 sets.
70x10 for 2 sets.
Db wrist curls:
