Lit that mofo up and roasted marshmallows in the flames guys. This feeling was incredible, pushed myself way past my barriers. I felt as if I had to throw up from set 3 of the workout and headache set in near the end of leg press. Did I quit? Fock no laughed at the pain and murdered them legs. Really focused on raising the weight on squats but taking it slow, I've never really done them consistently as barbell usually stick to smith. Best overall leg day in a LONG time. Sad thing is I feel I'm just getting started and that's what verifies I have alpha in my DNA!
P.S. don't use liquid Nolva in alcohol suspension directly before leg day... Lesson learned.
