LTL is crushing his fellow transformer's!

I think the Abliderate should be taken 2 quarter size squirts best time after a shower when pores are open. Mine was regular abliderate not the new advanced but still. Also the smell wears off very quickly and no one notices it after 5-10 minutes. Once you put your shirt on over it no worries.

As far as how long until you notice it well you are taking it to control cortisol not for fat loss. Granted you may acheive some fat loss although I truly hope that is not your focus in PCT since it is always a bad idea to cut in PCT unless running peptides or something else that keep your muscle. Since using it to control the cortisol spike that is due sometime in the next week then you will notice in the next week or two when you don't start losing muscle mass that quickly.

Don't get too excited about PCT going well in that first week to two weeks. It is very common for people to feel great and still hit PR's in the first or second week of PCT, but then the body freaks the hell out over the low androgen levels and sends an emergency signal to produce cortisol at a rapid rate. This is when your muscle loss is at it's highest and you can easily eat up most of your new muscle if cortisol goes unchecked. So you may get a little leaner but you should be eating for maintenance or to bulk a little more in order to not lose any of that precious new muscle.
Thanks Kleen as always! Definitely not going for fat loss but wouldn't mind maintaining my leanness right now. I've had a few PCT's and I know how that first few weeks thing goes, but I refuse to let that get me thinking this isn't going to be the best one yet. ;-) I'm getting stronger daily and libido is rising so I'm very hopeful! If I don't keep gaining strength no biggie at all with my work ethic and strategic planning I will figure out how to bust through it in no time!
 
Oh certainly and to be honest if this is the first time using an anti cort product in your PCT then I am pretty sure it will be your best PCT yet.

Weight 164.5 (+0)

Shoulders/cardio/abs. Felt pretty good again today. Weight is slowly creeping down and I think I'm losing useless weight because my strength is still rising. Diet has been right on point which is awesome because last week it started to get hard to stay on track for some reason. I think I will be starting a 5x5 routine or something similar following pct if anyone has some input that would be great. I had good success in the past with one.

Nyuck nyuck! I love doing upright rows but 80lbs is about as high as I can go. Moving that weight about 3 feet vertical is only fun for so long ;)

So it seems I dried up a few days too late! Diet has been flawless this last few days, cals at around 3k-3300 all from eggs, chicken, pb, peanuts, turkey etc. carbs have been below 175 everyday for the last 3 days and the abs are out fully again! Feeling and looking great! This PCT has been a dream come true and I'm feeling bigger and stronger then while on! About to crush legs!

PCT Day 11

Lit that mofo up and roasted marshmallows in the flames guys. This feeling was incredible, pushed myself way past my barriers. I felt as if I had to throw up from set 3 of the workout and headache set in near the end of leg press. Did I quit? Fock no laughed at the pain and murdered them legs. Really focused on raising the weight on squats but taking it slow, I've never really done them consistently as barbell usually stick to smith. Best overall leg day in a LONG time. Sad thing is I feel I'm just getting started and that's what verifies I have alpha in my DNA!

P.S. don't use liquid Nolva in alcohol suspension directly before leg day... Lesson learned.

Epic falls short of describing this leg day for me! Funny part is I could have probably gone to 650 for 6 on leg press but don't want to over kill it right now. Next week will try for it!

Yes man this pct is amazing. Still feeling some what shut down but it doesn't show in my lifts at all! I actually wouldn't doubt if I'm down to about 163 today, I feel super lean. May post a pic in a minute of how my ab definition is getting back to where I like it. I won't mind losing a bit of weight if my strength keeps going up!

Exactly what I was thinking bro, this is incredible! It is a bit early to say but the last time I used rv2 with pct assist I recovered in just days. Seems to be a pattern when I run this pct layout. Not too mention I threw intimidate, abliterate advanced and hgh pro in the mix! ;-)
 
Yeah you have one hell of a PCT set up there. I to dried out after, On Tuesday I was relatively full and hard as nails.

Took the day off to spend time with the family and get a few things done. Will be crushing back tomorrow. Getting back on with my diet and the mirror shows it. When my carb restricted diet is in place it gives me some serious cuts and really changes the way I look and feel. I just get burnt out after weeks and go on binges it seems. Excited to get in the gym tomorrow and overall feeling was good today. Not too mention my girl and I realized my libido is recovering nicely.

Never completely, I'll only ever go as low as 75 for a day. But the last 5-6 days they have been around 75-150. I just up my protein a lot and make sure I'm getting plenty of bcaa's. This carb crash diet works great for me in order to clean up after my carb ups.

Family time is always great brother!!! Enjoy ur time with them coz all week we work and hit gym so we nvr give them enough time...so take them for dinner and movies and have a good time...

Btw libido is always plus when it's recovering and you have time to check ;)
 
PCT Day 13

Back/cardio/abs. Energy wasn't very good when I went in today. Yet just kept elevating as the workout went on and I was able to keep this PR madness up. Carb cycling this week was done to perfection and since starting the slinshot I have been feeling some damn good pumps and even feel a bit leaner even though yesterday I purposely took in about 50-75 more carbs then any other day this week. Weight was up today which really made me happy, kind of gave me the boost I needed.

Chest day. Just another amazing day of PR's and kicking a$$! Took a break from flat bench because I plan on doing some max out work either Monday or Tuesday. Aggression is up like crazy and I can really feel the elevated test levels. I can tell I'm very close to being fully recovered and from the looks of my lifts it may be insane when I am fully recovered. I'm going to keep weighing in once every 3-4 days rather then daily to try an prevent any mind focks.

Thinking about skipping the cycle and going straight to pct next time....;-)

Yessir! Quite honestly I'm shocked. The only thing I can say right now is this will continue. I even underbid on a few of my sets today, I could have gone higher had I started with higher weight on most my lifts. Just means there will be more PR's in the near future. There is no longer any doubt that I will recover fine in this PCT.

I'm really looking forward to this purus stack too! Just from the quality of product I'm noticing out of Slinshot so far I can tell it will be a sick run!
