Hit chest/tris and capped it with cardio/abs. Had an amazing work out for sure. Really felt stronger then last weeks work out although I did burn out at the end. Had to switch it up because it seems everyone and there 14 year old son(literally) does chest day on tuesday...

1x12 155, 1x10 165, 1x8 175, 1x185 6(PR reps), 1x190 3 was trying for 3-4 on the 185 and just kept going!

Cable fly's (Just started these last week, weight is per arm)

BWx12, BWx10 Really felt my chest starting to burn out here so I quit and didn't do with weight added
Cardio was 25 minutes for 295 calories on incline speed walk/jog
Abs consisted of 15 minutes between leg lifts and ab coaster, back pumps started to get me on the coaster.
Diet will be clean today after a carb up yesterday. Will aim for less then 125 carbs for the day.

Woke up feeling very sore and lethargic. Wasn't really in the mood to do anything but got around cooked up a bunch of chicken and went in for leg day.
Leg press
1x15 270, 1x11 360, 1x10 450, 1x8 510, 1x8 530 (PR by 3 reps)
Leg curl
1x12 60, 1x10 70 2x8 80, 1x8 90
Rotary calf (feet straight, toes out, toes in)
70lbs 8/8/8, 80lbs 8/8/8, 70 10/10/10
Hit 12 mins on elliptical for 145 calories and got out. Too drained today to keep going, was happy with the PR for sure though. Diet was in check yesterday and will be today too. Will do a carb up thursday and Friday and then cut back starting Saturday to prepare for pics.
Going to up the dhea dose a bit and make sure I get some more sleep tonight to fight this drained feeling!

I'm feeling real good and with the diet being super clean I'm looking dry and ripped. Heading into the gym here in just a minute and man am I ready to fock sh1t up! I might do a shoulder/back split or do one of them with cardio not sure yet. Will see how packed the gym is and go from there! Let's do it!

On a positive note I think the weight I have gained will be easy to hold on to as I'm holding very minimal bloat. I say a solid recomp going on but it is just odd that 5aohp/Mdrol/Hdrol is not making my weight skyrocket, guess it means I'm doing it right this time. Much rather gain less and keep it then gain a lot and lose it.
Arm day, woke up a bit sore from yesterday's workout but by the time I went in I was ready to rock! I list my supplementing from wake to gym as I haven't really covered that yet:

Strength was incredible on a lot of my lifts, even set some PR's. Pump was insane too.

Will post an update on diet for yesterday and today when I get home. Today was the type of gym day i live for guys! Sorry for constantly posting arm pics but I was shocked at the pump, changes are very evident..

Thanks Kleen, yea I was toying with a few different spots and I found the perfect spot to emphasis the cuts. I have a large kitchen that connects to my living room and dining room. The lights were off behind and I have the perfect lighting in my kitchen. Toyed with it a few months ago it only works if it's pretty dark outside though lol
