Did a light chest day today. Very short rest periods.

Ab roller

First light/short workout in a while. Got a good chest pump.
You'll see in my future workouts my normal volume. I just felt like this was needed today. :)

Because of many athletics I'm involved in I have 2-3 hours of cardio a day 4-6 days per week.

Freaking intense workout today. I had the gym to myself which was pretty cool. I had very small rest periods. Just enough time to drink some water and change the pump up song :)

Yeah It was a full intensity day and I had 2 hours of cardio so it was well needed :)

Dose it 2 times a day.I try and do it around 8 hours apart I think 10 would be ideal with the overlap period being your workout.

Do we know what the hourly half-life is on this compound? I've been wondering about the same on my own cycle as well.

I think I'm feeling the pumps from the dmz. All types of veins poppin :)
No sides to speak of.
Due to a weird week the last couple workouts have been short. Tomorrow will be back to normal. I'm going back to the gym I normally go to.
 
Also, diet today was good but I had a cheat meal of pizza. I ordered water with it though. No soda for this guy :)

And yeah leg day is generally only heavier free weight exercises for me. I wear pants so I have no need to have sculpted legs. I just need strength. If I begin bodybuilding someday ill be adding in more isolation movements.
 
Good squattin. Glad to see some front squats in there! You don't see that often lol
