Rest day. Tomorrow will start with intense cardio :) abs are starting to come in nicely while I'm gaining huge amounts of strength and size. Very successful recomp so far. This is definitely a versatile compound. This would have you looking full and dry on a cut, getting the results I'm getting on a recomp, and absolutely blowing up on a bulk.
I MIGHT play around with 80mg a little bit and see how sides are ;) but right now ill stick at 60mg.
BTW aggression is through the roof. I really have to watch myself. The littlest things drive me insane and can make me literally hate a person till I think in my head why I feel the way I do.
This is great for Mma and grappling. Not to mention destroying weights ;)

I appreciate the concern brother :) it's not set in stone, I just feel I can handle more. But I'll see how 60 treats me for a longer period of time. Ill get bloodwork done in a few months. I just want to make sure iv recovered by then.

Great workout. Iv never been as strong as my muscles look but I'm becoming stronger. I carry a lot of muscle mass and am very vascular but iv always had more of a bodybuilder look. And heavy weights has never been a strong suit. I'm slowing fixing this weak spot of mine.
Looking for that 3 plate bench very soon :)
After a few more days at 60mg ill give an update of the cycle in general.

If you have a family member who abuses their body with artificial foods, and soda I urge you to have a conversation with them about the road they are headed down. It may seem harmless to eat junk, but its not. It could end your life. You think it's not going to happen to you, but that will change really fast when reality hits you like a truck, and reality is that no one is exempt from consequences.
There are consequences to every action, whether it be steroid use, smoking, or eating bad foods. Some consequences are acceptable such as lowered test levels from steroid use, or having an upset stomach from a cheat meal, but one thing that is not acceptable is to leave your family members alone, because you were to selfish not to put crap foods in your body.

Thank you. I can always look to the iron, when nothing else makes sense, the weights always do.
I personally love this quote and feel I relate to it a lot-

UPDATE -nearing the end of my cycle I'm currently at 80mg

Strength gains- reps have gone up easily, I have added 25 pounds to my bench press, and added a good amount to nearly every lift even iv I haven't hit my all time PR.

Size gains- absolutely great, blowing up. Iv added .7 inches to my arms, and my traps have acquired a nice peak. As well as all around size gains in my legs, chest, back, ect.

Sides- no big deal. Acne, aggression, back pumps.

Fat loss- due to my diet of course, iv lost quite a bit of fat. That much closer to my goal.

Overall- I love it. Huge gains for nearly no sides. I will be running this again in the future. Probably starting at 60 and finishing at 100. 100mg is the highest dose I would ever consider. There is no way 100 is happening this time around. When I begin competing this will be a steroid I run into the show.

Not to mention I destroyed the gym today lol got 205 for 10 easy reps on incline bench, and 250 for 1. My old PR was 185 for 8 reps.
80mg of dmz does 2 things for anyone considering it.
1) it blows you the **** up. And kills PRs
2) it makes you feel like death lol

However, its my sweet spot. I'm dropping sodium and fat slightly and upping carbs. However still eating in a 300-400 cal deficit. I'm dropping fat. It's very visible In the morning.

It's def one of my favorite orals. But after this cycle and maybe one more oral only cycle I'm gonna stick to pinning for a while. When I figure out what show I want to compete in ill probably run a sust/tren/EQ cycle and switch the EQ for mast into the show.

Unless you're doing HIIT that's a great spot for what your personal goals are IMO
