This would have you looking full and dry on a cut, getting the results I'm getting on a recomp, and absolutely blowing up on a bulk.
I MIGHT play around with 80mg a little bit and see how sides arebut right now ill stick at 60mg.
BTW aggression is through the roof. I really have to watch myself. The littlest things drive me insane and can make me literally hate a person till I think in my head why I feel the way I do.

If you have a family member who abuses their body with artificial foods, and soda I urge you to have a conversation with them about the road they are headed down. It may seem harmless to eat junk, but its not. It could end your life. You think it's not going to happen to you, but that will change really fast when reality hits you like a truck, and reality is that no one is exempt from consequences.
There are consequences to every action, whether it be steroid use, smoking, or eating bad foods. Some consequences are acceptable such as lowered test levels from steroid use, or having an upset stomach from a cheat meal, but one thing that is not acceptable is to leave your family members alone, because you were to selfish not to put crap foods in your body.

Not to mention I destroyed the gym today lol got 205 for 10 easy reps on incline bench, and 250 for 1. My old PR was 185 for 8 reps.
80mg of dmz does 2 things for anyone considering it.
1) it blows you the **** up. And kills PRs
2) it makes you feel like death lol
However, its my sweet spot. I'm dropping sodium and fat slightly and upping carbs. However still eating in a 300-400 cal deficit. I'm dropping fat. It's very visible In the morning.
