That’s how I see it. If all you want to do is curls and some boxsquats and your shoulder press machine, do that. Whatever will get you down there for 45 minutes a few times a week. And remember to play some music you enjoy: it’s Dad time to help you vent steam so you can be a better person for your family. Hey man, try integrating some transversal movements into your routine. Side lunges and side squat jumps really helped me over time with sciatic pain after I blew 3 discs in my back.Squats

I totally understand how you would think that, but it’s not all over if you don’t want it to be. You just need to be smart & patient. You need to be active about resting & recovering your spine health. I did it for the second time in my life this past summer. 12 weeks is not that long.Yea I think I’ll be out of the squat game for a minute. Probably gonna book with my electro acupuncture guy too. Such a bummer. I almost think my days of going heavy are behind me. I’m just constantly getting injured. It’s very disheartening.

Normally, but man elbow tattoos suck. I think the suck outweighs the boner potential hahaPussy and cheeseburgers. That’s a one way ticket to boner city.
Most important things are to be hydrated, have carbs you can immediately use for stable energy, & ALWAYS invest in a warmup (wearing sweats initially is a big time saver). Get a couple pints of water in, some sodium, carbs you digest well, stims if you are using them. I don’t eat protein preWO because it just bloats me and slows digestion; I consume EAAs because I have longer training and then consume a shake postWO. Sip carbs in training if you can’t eat enough prior or to ensure no fall off in blood sugar.Any one train early morning? Like 5am, if so how? I think I’m going to have to start cuz after work ain’t happening.
Today, just something short after a long weekend. Really had to push myself to even start this one. Once I got started I felt good but quickly ran out of steam. I’m sitting at 202lb and am maintaining so I’m happy. Hope everyone is doing well in their lives and training.
