I’d focus on doing what sounds the most fun if motivation is low.
This sounds like what I need to be doing for the time being. As long as I’m lifting then I guess everything is good. I don’t want to get to a point where it becomes a chore.

I started 200mg Stanogen pwo today. In 2wks I’m gonna see where I’m at and probably bust out some OG Vicious Labs treats…
However strength, focus and everything else just wasn’t there today. I’m having trouble getting back into the groove.
Hey man, try integrating some transversal movements into your routine. Side lunges and side squat jumps really helped me over time with sciatic pain after I blew 3 discs in my back.Squats

Yea I think I’ll be out of the squat game for a minute. Probably gonna book with my electro acupuncture guy too. Such a bummer. I almost think my days of going heavy are behind me. I’m just constantly getting injured. It’s very disheartening.

I went and got a badass tattoo on my calf today. Start sleeving my right arm next Tuesday. Everything is gonna be alright.

Today, just something short after a long weekend. Really had to push myself to even start this one. Once I got started I felt good but quickly ran out of steam. I’m sitting at 202lb and am maintaining so I’m happy. Hope everyone is doing well in their lives and training.
