Training Split: 3 day split

If u want a gainer pick me. Went from 213lbs yesterday to 218lbs today lol. Carbs are def not my friend. I bet I am like the only asian in the world who can't eat carbs lol.

Training: 3-4times a week. Chest,delts,tri's - Back, bi's - Legs Moderate volume heavy weight training
GH experience: Powerfull
Goals: If i get chosen I would like to use this on a recomp/cut. I am in need of some mood boosting and sleep help for sure. If I could maintain my strength and lose some bodyfat that would be great.
Use: As directed
Prior logs: Mdrol pulse, mmv2, 1-andro, Epi
Diet: If i get chosen i will be carb cycling with 3 low days and one high or 4 low and 1 high depending on how my body is responding. Cardio will be done for at least 20 min a day.

I will be able to update everyday and will have pictures if needed.
