Dosing:

This was Huge for me I was 10 years old and this was shortly after 911. My father who is now retired was a SGT in the NYPD in manhattan. And the entire city was just a mess for months and months after september 11th. Derek Jeter who is such an icon in NY. This moment was huge for us and an absolute game changer as far as sports go. Was really hard losing the world series to the Dbacks that year

Would definitely enter if I had not just taken a while off of lifting, which would skew things.
Apply guys the Xtend Perform does help. It improved my aerobic capacity and my volume was easier to handle during workouts. Flexatril literally fixed one of my old problems and it's the best joint support IMO

Grew up in PG county MD, but as a huge Georgie Tech fan. I always wanted to be thin, quick and nimble until the day the dreaded Bobby Hurley from Duke turned the corner and Malcolm Mackey got him with a pick and knocked Hurley out. Bruce Lee's exhibition at Long Beach. I post this because of the drive the man had in expressing himself. All of these amazing feats in the video (one finger pushups, 1 inch punches, etc) were performed after Lee had rehabbed himself from injuring his back doing good mornings. The doctors told him he would never walk again. Apparently, when hearing their opinion he responded "To hell with you." (That is to be read as Arnold tell Krom to go to hell in Conan the Barbarian.)

I know I am not qualified for this because I am not from US nor canada...
But I would like to share few scenes.

I tend to love fight scenes... And there are a lot of them, here are some:

Invalid Link Removed - at 5:40 IP man shows his true strength... The opponent understands that IP could kill him with this move so he stopped and lost ... I love it because it shows a lot of good things...
 
I'm not sure if this counts, but this scene was so epic for me, it makes me jump out of my seat... classic underdog David vs Goliath type of performance by my man Rocky Balboa.

For me it always meant that heart and passion can often carry you further than natural talent and synthetic strength. It was always a motivational movie for me.

Oh man! This is awesome. It's exciting to get to use a joint product without glucosamine in it (won't affect insulin sensitivity). The Peak02 and overall formula of xtend looks sharp. All flavors look good, especially the dark cherry!

Nice. This is going to be good. I have had a slight shoulder injury so I have changed my programming to do legs three times a week while I heal up. Adding in two extra sessions will really put me to the test. i will also be adding in hiit and changing my intensity throughout. I always have knee pains which i have to work around. I will really push it and put both these products to use!
 
Just got mine in, last night.

Will be wrapping up my initial tub of Perform before the week is up and will update my current log to reflect the change of intras for a brief time before switching back over to Perform + Flexatril. Looking forward to trying this fruit punch, as the mango tastes on point.
 
Got mine in last night. I will be starting this tomorrow. Today is actually a cardio day and I'm fasting so won't be training. Tomorrow its on!
 
I got mine in monday night. Will be logging in about two weeks. Gonna throw in the kitchen sink as far as intensifiers. Drop Sets, bands, occlusion, 100 rep sets, giant sets, hiit, etc. Can't wait!
 
im going to post up my log today. i have been taking some rest days recently but started flexatril the day before yesterday, worked out last night and used perform only.

two things i noticed... my ROM on machine super squats was ass to grass and i usually have knee issues. also i did not use any knee wraps...
flexatril is awesome.

the perform kept me energized and i felt like i could definitely push it harder. i wasnt really expecting to get anything i could notice out of it, I did though.
