Kleen's Pumped Up with Anadraulic Pump! (LG Sponsored)

you know the longer u look at them titties(squat rack) the better it will feel when you finally get up under that b*tch and hit some full reps at 100%

as always your mindset and way of attacking your current situation has all the presicion and cunning of a man who lives by the Art of War, victory will soon be yours! Kleen it up!

Great comparisons Kleen. Look forward to the havoc on Saturday! I also can't wait to see what you think of AS GT's tear sh!t up attitude.

Great review my friend i don't think n e more needs to be said!!!! :bigok:
Woo to the mutha fuggin hoo! Thanks Pimpion! No I didn't spell wrong it is a champion pimp! Okay so I spelled it wrong but then I made up a new word so it works out. :sly::sly::sly:

Yep, I have come to the conclusion at this point I don't care if he puts my leg in an immobilizer if it gets it over with faster. I can deal with my arm hurting that is manageable. I need my wheels for so much more than vanity and i don't want to be babying it on the way up to the contest so we will see what he thinks the best more aggressive approach is to recovery so that I can begin lifting. I will flat out tell him about my competition and my intentions and tell him I need a good plan not just medicine to hide the symptoms.

Speaking of I got my appointment made for Monday afternoon. I will have him do what he can, if he recommends a shot I will take one. I have ReCreate to keep the cortisol levels down and the cortizone levels higher. I wont be able to schedule the MRI until later in the week if he thinks I need it but he can get the "mandatory" x-ray out of the way at his office.

Yeah me either, all of the feedback i have gotten is great. GMG said the energy off it blew Jack3d out of the water, I can not wait to experience that. Especially running in conjunction with AP.

Hey guys I think I am getting leaner by the way. I go through phases where I look harder then softer. I am eating more food now than before because healthy carbs take up a lot of space at to where fat did not. So my waist has not gotten smaller but my veins are becoming more prominent when relaxed, and sometimes m,y abs look like they are getting better sometimes the same. I have to remember I am not cutting now so it will be slow and steady. I weighed myself without shoes the first time in forever yesterday and that was 197, not sure what it would have been with my normal shoes on. You can probably add 3 lbs for the shoes. Normally I weigh myself in the same type of clothing, a tank top, same type of shorts and same shoes so it is all consistent. However I have been wearing multiple pairs of shoes at the gym lately so I will just take them off from now on to weigh myself. I normally don't do that unless coming up on a contest. I just don't like putting my feet on the platform where others get on without socks and stuff. I have had a bout with athletes feet and don't want to revisit it.

If GMG is right, I am sold. I love Jack3d and can't imagine anything blowing it out of the water... there are some that are close like you have stated above, but... can't wait to get my hands on some! Waiting for IC to announce the sales!!

Well I promise to be honest about the review. Like I said so far pump wise I think this is on par or better with everything listed. Energy wise a little less than Jack3d. If ASGT is even better I can't wait.

On another note my MMA school opened a Saturday class just for me. My leg is a little questionable but I am going to give it a shot today since they told my wife last night to make sure I was there. I was the catalyst for them starting the extra class. I am just going to do what I can and not do what hurts. I am going to hit up a 3 scoop dose of AP before heading in here in a minute. Since I have the Valentines Day stuff going on early today taking the wife to see Miss Saigon produced by Theatre Under The Stars, then to dinner tonight. The wife and I are going to lift tomorrow. How appropriate, I love my wife and working out now I get to be with both of them for Valentines Day now. Win-Win in my book.

So far 5 is really nice for me. I may try 6 some day but for now 5 is doing me really well. It is a little hard to rate against each other with the fact I was doing different workouts and eating differently. However I will do my best with a few of them. On one or two of them to give a good comparison i may need try them on this slower light weight workout.

Anadraulic Pump / Hemodraulix - It is hard to compare the two as Hemo does not offer any energy and I was on a lower carb diet when using it. However pump-wise at this point they feel very close. Hemodraulix got better as I went along and so far so is the AP so if that continues I think we may see AP pulling out ahead of Hemodraulix regarding pump. Obviously it wins in the energy department hands down. ;)

Anadraulic Pump / White Flood - Anadraulic Pump has this one hands down. No comparison in my eyes.

Anadraulic Pump / NO Xplode - are these even in the same category? No comparison....

Anadraulic Pump / SuperPump250 - Honestly I used to love SP250 it was my favorite for a while. However it was the freight train energy that I loved even more than the pump. What I didn't like was the crash that followed. Well the energy from AP is great, nice smooth and consistent, it does not hit like a mack truck nor drop off quickly. As far as the pump goes AP definitely has SP250 beat for me.

Anadraulic Pump / Vasocharge - I dont think a lot of people have used Vasocharge but it is a great product. I got great pumps and tons of energy from it however I feel Anadraulic Pump is still a better product at a much better price.

Anadraulic Pump / Black Powder - Although I liked Black Powder I like the energy better from AP and the pump definitely is superior.

Anadraulic Pump / Jack3d - Honestly for me these two are the best that I have used so far with Vasocharge and Hemo tieing for the next spot. I would be hard pressed to choose one of these over the other. On one hand I love the feeling of Jack3d, the high levels of BA in it just make me "Feel" the rush. Energy for me is a little higher on Jack3d. Anadraulic Pump is a very smooth intense constant energy also. Of course they come from the same ingredient so the similiarities there make sense. However when it comes to Pump they are pretty close. I think this is another one I may need to revisit later. I think I will try one dose of Jack3d with this lower intensity workout to compare the 2 better. I didn't do any light weight slow reps type of lifting on Jack3d and it may very well have been the intensity of the lifting making me feel I had more energy with Jack3d. However other than that from what I am seeing the pumps are comparible at this point. The feel of the pump is just different due to the BA. Now I think if I tossed in a tad of bulk BA in with my Anadraulic Pump I may be in heaven. I have become a BA junkie... what can I say. We will revisit this one later also after I go ahead and kill one good intense workout on AP, just full force it then take some ibuprofen and chill. I know my elbow can handle that. So I will have to do that and see just how intense AP can be if I PUT MYSELF in intense mode. Lets be honest right now I am holding back a little for safety but we can squeeze out one hardcore lift day just to seee if that is a mental situation. Here comes the test. Saturday I will go balls to the wall hardcore on upper body and see how well AP handles that intensity. I honestly think it will bump itself up a notch.

Sorry for the lengthy explaination. Just trying to be as fair as possible to the product. I think my forced low intensity level is keying down some of the intensity available from this product. We shall have our answer Saturday.

.

Awesome compares so far Kleen, you really went out and beyond on this one bro..Thanks for taking the time typing all that up...

MMA Hybrid Workout 3 Scoops

Happy V-Day everybody, I hope that you and your significant other's plans come off without a hitch. I will be going to the gym today with the wife if she feels well enough. If not I am on my own. Some of our plans were messed up yesterday but we made the best of it and had lots of quality time, a great dinner and spent most of the night in the room watching movies snuggled up in bed. So I have no complaints at all.

Yesterday I had my MMA Hybrid class yesterday, it was 30 minutes of MMA Strength and endurance training, then we did some drills for another 30 minutes and finally it was open gym for rolling and sparring. I decided that it would be nice to have a good amount of energy and what not going in so I took 3 scoops AP on my way out the door to go to class. Man I tell you this was one hell of a class. The 1st 30 minutes we did a modified kettle bell workout with the medicin balls but not the ones with handles. We had to hold them using our palms and squeezing together as we went through all of the moves you see in a typical kettle bell conditioning program. Holy Crap!!! My chest and shoulders were so pumped, even my legs and I was using them as little as I could. Surprisingly my legs, lower back and shoulders are a little sore. Man I was sweating like a whore in church too, I mean just steadily dripping. Was a phenominal workout and I was happy to see I was able to keep up with these guys even though I hadn't done anything like that in a LONG while. I did find I can't do the fighter shuffle / bounce with my left leg as lead foot. I had to just do a standing jab when I put my left leg out. The first two times I tried bouncing the lateral movement got that tendon and I knew continuing without a good sleeve on it was just a bad idea. I am ording some knee and elbow sleeves to really give the support these problem areas need. Well anyway back to the workout it was great, I had energy all the way through and when it got challenging I was able to soldier up and do what was needed to continue.

I will be going to the gym here in a while and plan to hit it with a little more intensity today. I may do normal speed reps in the 15 range so I can add some weight without going overboard. That way I can really let you know what I think of the AP regarding a fast paced intense style workout and what pump it produces there. For chest I will use the straight arm pec dec machine and I plan to wreck shop here boyz. No weight limits, nor holds barred on that one. It isn't going to hurt any of my isses so it is on!!! I may even have to see if I can move the whole stack for some reps!!!!! FUG THE WORLD!!!!! I am also going to limit range of motion on biceps exercises for a while. Also pressing movements will not go as deeply for now. The deepest part of the these moves stretch the tendon too much under the stress of weight. I also have this idea about extra wide grip shrugs I want to test out today. Shoulder work today will be done on cable laterals with grip will be such that pals are facing towards each other at top of movement. This one should be a little fun today boys it is about time I made myself have fun...

7 percent bf? nice mayne. i like on the first page where you burned 420 cals on the bike C;
time to get just alittle big bigger baby!

Weight workout 4 - 6 scoops FTW!!!!

Man I had a great workout, I mean phenominal. I was really enjoying myself which is really nice. I took 5 scoops for this workout and then got stuck not leaving the house for another 30 minutes so I took 1 more scoop to renew the energy a little for the workout. Man once I got going I was a freight train. Huffing and puffing and enjoying myself. I definitely had one hell of a pump too. I was swolen like I was allergic. Awesome stuff here is how it went down.

2-14-10 -workout

Straight Arm Pec Deck - 100x20, 180x15, 220(Whole stack) x12>180x4>120x6 - Man that is what I am talking about baby! You wanna talk about a pump? I did these with the handles set back like I was going to do rear delts then faced the other direction so this stretched me like and iron cross every rep. WAY DEEP!!!!

Neutral Grip Pull Downs - 90x20, 150x15 (elbow tweaked a little), 120x15>75x12 felt great, leaned back a little making this a little more of a row then only pulled back to midline of my body to reduce elbow issues.

Cable Lateral Raise - 30x15, then got up a stool for increased range of motion / resistance on second and third set. 50x12, 40x11>30x3>20x4 Holy Crap my shoulders were so pumped the looked like they were gonna pop off.

Hold Wide Grip Cable Shrug in on stool crossover station -100 lbs per side x 45 seconds, x30 seconds, x 30 seconds.
Stood in "Relaxed pose" tightening legs, my entire back, lats flaired, really increasing lift on my ribcage against the weight pulling down and away from me. Trying to build strength in back to keep chest high and develop upper/lower back for posing as well as grip at same time. Huge total body pump, I highly recomend this if competing.

Hercules Cable Curls to 90 degrees 40x15, changed exercise to Preacher Curl machine only to 90 degrees - 65x15, 95x15, 95x12>65x5 Biceps have not been this pumped in a very long time...

Rope Triceps Ext to 90 degrees 50x15, 70x15, 80x17>60x8>40x4 Awesome pump from this triceps looked huge.

Donkey Calve Raise Machine - 340x22, 340x12
Back Hyper-extensions Holding 10 lb plate x15, x15 with pulse to middle and both sides time each rep for 2 more sets

Reverse Hyper Crunches - put pads up taller on hyperext machine turned around and hooked feet hang torso over while facing ceiling then did crunches while back was not supported. 3 sets of 15 and HOLY CRAP that is hard.

Reverse Hyper Hip Flexor stretch. Left only hips on pad for hyperextensions lowered my back as arched as i could get it used my hands for balance then let my fee fall hanging loosely basically making a backwards u-turn with my body stretching the hip flexors, Wow what a stretch I have been trying to figure out a way to stretch this better since normal stretches don't get mine to much.

Love the attitude! FUG THE WORLD! BWHAHAHA!! Reps to the man!
Tore it up bro!
interested to see today's workout with the AP. go get em' Kleen Killer!!
Was awesome as you can see above...
Let me know when you get that ASGT, Kleen. I'm real excited to see what you think.
Me either, I can not wait to see what happens here.

Hell Yeah!
Man, where to start? Great log , as always man, and solid review. GO KLEEN MACHINE!!
Gracias!

Okay after having used this even at 6 scoops I have to say that although pump wise it is on par with Jack3d energy wise it is not quite there. This could be a good thing though for evening or late afternoon workouts where Jack3d may be to much of a kick... Also I am taking this product at a higher than rec omended dose which probably explains why I was comparing so closely to some of the other pre-workout products. However Pump seems to always be here regardless of dose. So far though I don't have any complaints with this product. I am quite certain the ASGT will push this over the top though as they are created for one another. Then I can lower this dose to the 2-3 scoops recomended and see what this combo brings to the table.

Awesome review and workouts man! You get me motivated everytime I read about the weights you are throwing around! I am going to get some of that AP as soon as ASGT comes our so I can enjoy that stack. It should be epic!

It sounds epic as f*ck. When something gives az pumps ( no homo) you know it works.

I am so waiting in anticipation, IC will PM you as soon as I have it. Very excited! Or maybe I should have said PUMPED to try it... ;)

Have you thought about measuring before and after to get a quantifiable measurement of these insane pumps?

I mean if its causing inch pumps everytime ur walking out of the gym one can assume that the sacroplasmic hypertrophy caused by the extra pump can be a majory bodybuilding tool. Adding in some Anabolic Pump post lift to feed that pump... epic gains!!

Why yes, I actually have thought about that. I just need to think about it on the way to the gym so I can do a pre workout measurement. I don't think an inch is realistic at least on arms but then again I could be totally off.

What's up Doc???

I went to the Dr yesterday, he took an X-Ray of the knee no bone issues. Duh!! Upon feeling where it hurt he looks up and says wow. You have quite a strain/sprain there. I can feel all of the sweeling around the end of your quadriceps lateralus. Both the muscle tissue and the tendon are strained / sprained, may have some micro tears in the muscle tissue where it connects to the tendon. He asked how long I had stopped lifting heavy I told him 2 weeks he said "Great, about 6 more weeks and you will be good to go..." WHAT?!?!?! Wait a minute Doc? Did you say 6 weeks? You are kidding right? He told me I was doing exactly what I needed to except my timelines were off by 6 weeks. I was thinking 2 weeks no heavy lifting, he said 6 weeks very light weight and high reps. I asked what he meant by light weight he said around 100 lbs to start for first few weeks then only increase the weight very gradually but I should still be lifting very light weight at the 6 week mark. I am thinking no more than 200-225 on a squat 315 leg press. Then I can slowly increase throughout my upper ranges however I wont be pushing into the 315 range on squats for probably 4-5 months from now realistically after my show in July. For now it is basically machines for legs only so I am not stabilizing and higher reps. He also said I could use the Tendonosis workout since it was all light weight and geared towards tendon recovery.

As far as the elbow, I am waiting for the MRI place to call to schedule an appointment. He said could be the tendonosis I thought, or I may have a tear in the tendon. Either way not likely to be only tendonitis. So the only question now is does this require surgery to correct or not? We will see. He also told me I could do the tendonosis workout on this as well so that is my goal I just have to revamp my workouts now to incorporate this. Will not be doing a full body during this time the lower weights are going to require more volume and longer recovery periods between bouts.

I will update more later, revamping plans for now.

Cardio this morning 418 cals bike 3 scoops of AP this stuff has a nice thermogenic effect on top of the energy. I may go to 4 scoops for cardio though since I am bored out of my mind I need the extra push to keep going now.

Wow that sucks. Hope you don't need surgery for the elbow, you seem to be taking this very well and going about it the smart way. Best of luck for the MRI results buddy

Well I have known for a little bit about the issue with my elbow possbily needing surgery and after ignoring my shoulder to the point he was in there for 4 hours fixing it he told me I need to bring myself in when it hurts like that. Said my pain tolerance was too high for me to go by whether or not I could handle the pain. By the time it got to that point I would have screwed myself pretty good. So just sticking with his directions and having him check. If it is a tear and requires surgery to be fixed and it is not too bad for now I will train through that for the contest and fix it after. If too bad then I guess my 2010 competition season will be stopped in it's tracks. I am just hoping for tendonosis instead of an actual tear that needs repaired. Fingers are crossed.

Damn!! yah we all have pretty high pain thesholds but we still need to discern injury, we can only work around it for so long.... look at the pot calling the kettle black ... :439: Physician heal thyself!!

I think that people who workout intensely end up having some of the highest pain threshholds just from being exposed to repeated bouts of severe DOMS. A crucial leg or chest workout can have you crippled for days in pain that if it were unexplained by DOMS would have us running to the ER to see why in the world we were in so much pain. Yet we revel in that... I have had DOMS so bad not too many other pains have compaired to it including the pains I am having now. However the feel is completely different.

Don't worry though, I will post up some good workouts and more knowledge as I delve deeper and deeper into other possible ways to correct this even if surgery is recommended.

There's always a way to get it done!!

Well the news about the 6 weeks is bitter/sweet....bitter in that ur gonna have to hold off for heavy legs and intense routines involving legs for the next 6 fuggin weeks...sweet in the fact that hey, it could be so much more worse.

Lets see whats going on with that elbow pimpin once u get that MRI..

As far as pumps go....a 1/2 inch pump is pretty standard for an intense workout focusing on pump and blood flow. I dont see why if u really push urself and with the right supps the occasional inch pumps is do-able....maybe not the standard but not impossible.

You are probably right especially on you guys with 18 inch guns! I am lifting tomorrow maybe I can remember to check this out. Oh yeah by the way my Biceps are still sore from Sunday, and I only pulled to a 90 degree at the elbow. It doesn't hurt there. So I think I can still push it a little there and then lighten up and do the top range of the movement where it effects it.

Kleen I had the same issue... docs unsure as to what the real injury was... needless to say, after MRI and 2 hours of surgery, my knee was put back together and no more heavy squats... ever... I PRAY that you have better luck than I my friend!

Me too, the Doc seemed pretty sure about the knee said he was happier that it was not actually in my knee but the muscle above it. That a joint issue could have been something to plague me. So he seems confident in my leg recovering. It is more whether the elbow is a self healing injury or requires surgery. Once again this is not a joint issue so if surgery is required it may not be as bad as if the actual elbow joint were injured.

My spirits are high right now that it will all be fine. I have to settle into this situation and make the new game plan for the next 6 weeks. What to do, what to do... I will find a way to make it work.

have you tried knee wraps and sleeves?

have you tried knee wraps and sleeves?

have the ATP wraps for the elbows, getting custome ones this spring for the knees. They work, but wish the pain wasn't there to begin with. I find that getting older and lifting more means more wraps. I am stuck using wrist ones when pushing over 300 on chest... sucks big time :dump:

Feel your pain AG...any exercise I go over 300 hurts in bad ways. It is now a matter of lower weights and higher reps in my future. Still plenty of growth possible!!

yes but I am hard headed... not a strong suit let me tell you... I see the weight and want to push. Last time on bench hit the last set at 335... let me tell you... I felt it all the way in my ankle bones. Muscles did just fine, but the shoulder and elbow joints... they were very unhappy that day. Using Kleen's Crazy A$$ workout now and it is helping with the waist line as well as the joints... but I am craving the weight again... wish I weren't sooooo darn retarded!!! (sorry Sarah Palin) LOL

I don't know the rep range you are getting with 335 but you just need to pull the weight back and work in a higher range. I think a guy that can rep 250 on bench for 15 -20 looks kind of strong in my book!!

have you tried knee wraps and sleeves?
I know you were asking him but I am looking at ordiering some this weekend.
Something to help me be able to train more safely been in power lifting section asking what the best elbow and knee wraps are.

Definitely! I should have kept my ass to the over 35 rep range on DC! Oh well that extra test had me feeling like a young buck!

LOL, man your weights will come back up on that look at Thunder's it is a conditioning thing as your condition impoves your weight will go back up quickly.

Yeah I agree with that too. This is my wake up call for a little safer training. Don't get me wrong intensity will be there just higher reps or same reps and slower reps. I will still go heavy for sure but I will have sleeves on when I do. I will also do tendon strengthening exercises regularly once this is healed up to keep this crap from happening again. It is all a part of my evolvement to the next stage. I am pretty excited soon I will be able to compete in the Masters too. Can you imagine with todays supplements what I can do in 3 years once healed up. If I gained 5 lbs lbm a year I would be huge, on my smaller frame anyway.

This just in... AS-GT BIATCHEZZZZZ!!!!!!

IC,
Thanks for the hook up Bro! I can't wait to get at it tomorrow. I will figure a way to do some Van-Damage! LOL Hyped up to check this stuff out. I even have to get up earlier to take it. Would this stuff be stable in liquid overnight? Like say on my nightstand? I already get up at 350 to go to the gym I dont mind getting up a lil earleir but if it would be ok say if I mixed it before bed then waking up shooting it and hitting snooze twice.:sleeping::sleeping:

Can't wait to hear what this does for you Kleen. I am itching to get at it when it comes out!!

No, not stable overnight. It has creatine monohydrate in it.

Just do what i do....leave the powder in a shaker cup with a bottle of water on ur night stand. When u wake up poor water in powder give it a quick stir and drink. I do this for either jack3d in the morning...or any supp that i wanna take first thing upon waking.

Worked like a dream for OEP...too two pills after the alarm went off....didnt even need a snooze button cause 20-30 minutes later i would be wired for sound

The APT wraps do help tons. Make sure you meassure your forearms correctly. If not than the wrap gets a little tight, or lose for some. The best part is they are pretty cheap. I won't do anything with tri's without the one on my left elbow.
The wrist ones are great. I have no problems with them at all, and they are surprisingly very comfortable. When I go heavy, they come on.
As far as the weight goes, you are both absolutely correct... my hot wife tells me the same thing... some times being a hard headed man REALLY sucks!!!! But for now, Kleen your workout is helping tons. I stick the bench to only 245 for the two working sets. hit 12-15 per and then come the dreaded drop sets. (by the way Kleen I am usually cursing your name by the end of the 2nd one LOL)

done that before many times... talk about a great way to wake up!!!!

Feel your pain AG...any exercise I go over 300 hurts in bad ways. It is now a matter of lower weights and higher reps in my future. Still plenty of growth possible!!

Yah I am starting to wear down and it's the fuggin cartiledge... could be inflamation around the patellar tendon though as the DC quad stretches help a lot. Actually that makes more sense. It is not that bad yet anywho.. It's coming though.

Careful DW, that is what I was thinking make sure you raise your rep ranges up to like 15-25 on legs if sticking with DC. I soldiered through and am paying for it. The extra test from the SWOLE stack made me feel like a teenager but my body wasn't prepared for those types of strength gains.

Yah I am being a bit more carefull and my last day of squats were last night. I did not opt for widowmakers and did not go to failure. That's when most injuries happen, when you're trying to push out extra reps and your form slips...

AS-GT in DA HOUSE!!!!

First I have to say that I am feeling like 20 lbs of spanked azz today. I seem to have gotten whatever sinus infection my lovely wife had this weekend and man I understand why she didn't want to go anywhere.

I woke this morning and could not breathe, the back of my throat was sore and my sinuses were FUBAR!

Last night I took the scoop of AS-GT and put it in a little serving saver and took a glass of water with a lid to the room and put them on the nightstand. When the early alarm went off I dumped the AS-GT into the water, shot it and laid my head back down. I got up about 15 minutes later and was feeling rough. Yet I was determined to go to the gym and so I did. I waited until probably 30-35 minutes after taking the AS-GT and took 5 Scoops of AP. I originally thought I would only use 3 but I was feeling so rough, and dead to the world 5 was what was needed. I arrive at the gym and energy is starting to increase. I don't have an exact workout planned yet because I haven't had the chance to get it all together. I was trying to find things that would not aggravate my elbow while still providing me a good workout. Here is how it went down.

Neutral Wide Grip Pull Downs behind the back - 75x20, 105x20, 120x15 - This was starting to become real work and my elbow was feeling it a bit. Not too bad but no need for a drop set. Mind-muscle connection is strong with this one.

Decline Bench - 95x20 - wanted to push chest and this was only pushing elbow through motions it didn't need to go through while not taxing the muscles enough. Chose to do some cable cross overs.
Cable Crossovers - 80x15, 100x12, 120x5>90x5>70x5 It felt really good to push myself here. I knew there were only certain exercises I can blast right now and any type of pec deck, fly, or crossover is going to be one of them at this point. Here is where I noticed the pump starting to really increase. I was pushing hard here and basically running on the stims in AP to keep me going. I was feeling rough but you could not tell by looking at me. My chest filled up like two balloons. Back was pumped from the pull downs too.

Chicken Wings - 70x15, 90x12, 110x8>70x5>50x3 My shoulders were boulders when this was over and done. At 110 lbs, I wanted to lift explosively but I kept my cool and maintaned my reps speed for the workout which was about a 1-0-1 slow enough to be deliberate but not "slow reps". Everything was in check and these felt really good. P.S. Chicken Wings are the name my wife has given the "lateral raise machine". She said we look like chickens trying to fly when using it. LOL

Front BB Raise SS with Rear lateral raises - 40BBx15 / 10x15
T-Cups with a slight bend forward 15x12, 15x5
No need for a drop set shoulders were toast by this point. These were done bent forward to activate more rear delt and increase resistance at top of front raise by having gravity in effect through a larger range of motion. My shoulders were so pumped after this it was awesome. Looked HYYUUUGE!!!!

All in all I would say for waking up feeling like sh*t with no energy and unable to breathe this was a very productive workout. I got a great pump, looked huge and full. I was very pleased with the Anadraulic State GT however I think I will be even more impressed when I use it feeling well. For me to have had a good workout I needed some assistance today and AS-GT and AP were the kick I needed to get it done. Honestly if I did not have the AS-GT to test I would have stayed home. Even now I think I have a slight fever so I am trying not to roam the halls too much up here at work.

Some good news at least to me. I weighed myself again shoeless and all and I am still just under 199. I feel I am hardening up some, but the changes have slowed. My vascularity is increasing and my stomach seems to be getting tighter. It fluxuates but the best now looks better than the best 2 weeks ago and the worst I look now is still better than I looked a few weeks ago. If I can stick around this weight and gradually lean up over the next 2.5 months I should be looking pretty sick by May. If in my opinion I am looking good enough to do so, I may do the Muscle Model category in the show I originally planned to be a body builder in. I can have skinnier legs as a muscle model and being around 5-6% will have me lean enough to be competetive there while not thinning out my face too much. So I won't look like a skeleton faced fool with muscles. That is completely tentative, just something I am kind of entertaining in the back of my mind. Seems I may really need to concentrate more on cardio now anyway and avoid pushing too much on weights for a bit. SO if I point myself toward a leaning goal anyway this will do well for me regarding recovery and acheiving my goals of being around 6% by May.

My son tried to give me a cold, I hit the ehinacea with furvor and managed to fight it off but it left me with a mild case of bronchitis, fighting that off pretty good too.

Muscle model !! say it ain't so!! lol Just kidding, I won't judge... I am too fuggin old for that so maybe I'm just jealous...

Well you know being a Muscle Model isn't quite as Alpha Male as a being a Bodybuilder, but it serves as a little motivation for me to have something to look at and not want to slack more than I need to with the injuries. Kind of a shark mentality, must keep moving forward at all times. You what they call a shark that isn't swimming??? Dead.

I haven't decided though, it is an extra expense to do but I also want to go back to that federation and show em. Imagine me rolling in around 5-6 percent looking better than some of the body builders. Maybe not quite as lean but big as fug for a Muscle Model. Really all muscle models are is body builders and fitness enthusiast that are photogenic. Somebody has to do magazine ads. ;)
