I'm not saying if I had access to it I would not eat it in a pinch, just I have never purchased it, always have tons of cans of tuna on hand and usually cook like 30+ Chicken breasts at a time and put them in the freezer, etc.

I think lean cuts of pork are just fine. And the taste is superb.

I'm with you. I enjoy pork chops probably close to once per week. I try to stay away from fatty cuts, but even if they are a little fat they add to the flavor. I've ate them on burn days every once in a while without hesitation.

I have never really frozen my chicken after cooking it. How does it come out? I was never a fan of the frozen grilled ones from the store so I never froze my own.

Trimmed pork loin has the same amound of fat as chicken breast per pound. Used to be the trichinosis was a worry when they ate slop but pigs are fed much better to keep them lean and disease free now. Chicken Breast, Pork loin, Ground Turkey and lean cuts of beef are my staples. I have fish about once a week.

So this morning I took it easy on the leg and swam laps. I did 40 minutes of sprint swimming up and walking back in a 25 yard pool.

Honestly, this really might just be me mindlessly following the words of an old friend and mentor, who was always ripped to the bone and HUGE by the way, but he just always said when trying to lean out... stay away from bread, pork, & dairy and obviously anything loaded in sugar, fat, etc. But it was just something that stuck with me! Another thing he said to me, when I brought up the whole... what about a super lean cut from the tenderloin, he just said there is something about pork that he was always taught to stay away from when trying to cut down and he just asked me, have you ever seen a lean pig? With that being asked, he said that is why the leaner the animal eaten, the leaner the meat and the better it is when trying to eat lean! Again, he was "old school" but I have always stuck with these principals and the guy that has been mentoring me and my diet/nutrition the past 5yrs agrees with the whole "Stay away from bread, pork, & dairy" principal, even though he and I never went into the whole why or what about a lean tenderloin cut, etc.

On a totally different note, don't think I'm preaching against the almighty PORK, I Love me some pork! I love it all... Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pork Loin, Pork Chops, Bacon, Pork Skin, you name it, I just stay away from it if I'm trying to get lean!

Man I have been neglecting this log a bit. Work has been hectic and not much time at night to get on here recently. My workout on Saturday was pretty good I moved up in weight or reps on just about everything which is pretty good considering I went up in the Thursday circuit workout and have been running on lower calories this week.

Increases - Bench +1 on first set, Chins - same weight - Up 1 rep last RP, Military Press - Up 5 lbs, Curls - done on Oly bar this time and down 10 lbs but up 5 reps, Dips - not done prior, Romanian DLs - same weight up 8 reps!

Leg Press not done prior workout. We were running out of time and I did not get to go up on my second work set. I had planned to go to 8plates per side to to test the knee and then go to 6 plates per side on the widow maker with time running out I just opted to stay at 7 plates per side and do the Widow Maker heavier than planned to make up for it.

Diet - I kept my diet in check this weekend not veering to far off. I don't want to end up in a diaper doing the Oogachaka Slide! I actually did not do my typical weekend blow up so I assume I will see some progress in fat loss this coming week.

Supplements - I feel the supplements are doing their job. It is really hard to tell sometimes if it is just bound testosterone being freed up or new production. Judging by the size and firmness of my testes I think it is more likely that there is some level of higher testosterone production at this point. All things considered me going through a bit of a rough patch libido is pretty good, confidence is pretty good too. Some aggression, I definitely have a desire to hit the weights. Only doing 1 heavy workout a week is driving me bonkers at this point.
 
Its nice seeing things are going pretty good Chris. I know how hard it is to keep the diet in check on the weekends too. During the week is easy, but weekends are a whole other story

For sure RR I'd like to carry my LOGs through the weekends, but time just flys by. It's definitely something I'm going to work on though. My diet stays pretty straight. Man I barely even get on AM during the weekends. Keep working hard Kleen we know you do even if it's not posted up here.

LOL It is definitely good stuff. I am enjoying the run so far. Between the combination of all 3 things I think I am doing great. I enjoy the taste of the Formula X and like that on non workout days I can take it at night. I am going to start to taper down to one pill of PCT Black now and then will use a few of the ERASE I have left to finish the taper. I had already used a little bit of the PCT Rev Black when I started so it won't make the whole month at 2 a day. I can tell you for sure I am producing more Uhm... Uh... well the volumes is up a bit. So I can assume that is another good sign pointing towards recovery. Typically when I run a Testosterone Freeing supplement my testicles don't really change to much in consistency. So the combination of the DAA and the Fadogia seem to be doing something for me.

I did not work out this morning. I was relatively wired up from walking around with the kids last night then having about 6 small boxes of Milk Duds you know the ones with like 3 to a box... Oh man they are like Kryptonite for me. LOL I saved up my carbs all day because I knew I would end up having some candy last night. I honestly don't thing I came anywhere close to my 150 grams for the day but still they were the wrong kind of carbs.

Anyway I am going to keep relatively lower carb during the day today 50-80 grams and then hit a lift when I get home tonight. I kind of doubt it will be the circuit workout because i crave heavy weights. Or at least semi heavy weights. Then have my big meal which will consist of over 100-120 grams of carbs 30 or so of which may be from candy. LOL After that we will separate the favorite candy from the who cares candy leaving the kids with a good amount but nothing ridiculous and I will take the extra stuff to work and drop it off in the break rooms.

Yeah, but then again, only blood tests will tell the tale. Remember, he "felt" like his test levels were high before that blood test that revealed just how low they were. We can't go by "feelings" in order to determine our hormonal levels.

TG... I totally agree with you Bro, it is actually a shame too, because I would have never guessed my Test levels were below 200 when I got tested months ago for the special ingredient which is being introduced to our PURE TEST very soon, which I will have a big write-up about soon. Anyway, I thought my test levels would have been closer to 500, but uhhh, nope 169 ng/dL to be exact.

That reminds me, I really need to schedule an appt. and go get my levels checked, I've been on TRT for a while now (200mg/week of Testosterone enanthate).

I rather think you'd be surprised to know your true test levels. It might drive you to HRT sooner than you imagined.
ScottyDoc just mentioned that he never would have imagined that his test levels were below 200.........and that's VERY low.
I'm sure he would be willing to relay to you how much better he really feels now that his test levels are normal.

Yes TG, I am very hesitant to say that I am recovering or just enjoying the fruits of unbound testosterone. Obviously I am meant to be a behemoth whether I am testosteroned to the gills or not. So my size is no indication.

So here is the fast paced chaos I decided to put myself to for my workout this evening. I only rested 15 -30 seconds in between each set trying to keep down closer to 15 but there was one on bench I definitely hit 30 and you can tell because my reps shot back up.
All weights per side but on the leg work

Horizontal HS Bench - 2p per side x10, x10, 2p+25 x10, x5, x5, x5, x10, x5, x5 - This was hard work with such short rest but I had a magic number of at least 50 working reps per exercise in my head from this point on.

HS Rows Wide Grip - 2p x10, 2p+25 x10, x10, x10, 8x, x8, x6, x6 man I loved the way these felt my contractions were awesome complete and critically intense.

I kept a hard and fast 15 -20 seconds here on the legs I didn't have time for 2 extra sets so mentally forcing the reps was a must to get my 50 working reps. I was dying by the end. Almost thew up 3 times during these sets. The last couple sets had rest pauses in them to finish.

True Squat Hack Squats - 315x15, 405x10, x10, x10, x10, x10 - Like I said I held back or even threw up in my mouth a little about 3 times while trying to complete these. My legs were so pumped I looked ridiculous.

I was completely soaked through with sweat the entire workout took maybe 30 minutes with my 5 minute warm up on the elliptical included. Not one part of my shirt was dry, underwear and workout shorts both soaked. My phone was even wet in my pocket. Was friggin phenomenal!!!!

It have done a lot of thinking myself about getting my levels checked. I have never had a full hormone panel done, but I think I will once I am a few weeks out from PCT to see where I am at.

Yah it's entirely possible I have seen it in others where they did not have symptoms, I think there is a clinic in town somewhere...
 
Once I get back home to Hawaii im running a FULL hormone test lol.

I just contacted a private clinic with a few questions. It's 1000 dollars a year for full service I think. Might be extra to do the tests.

My work insurance might. This is a private clinic so it does not fall under the category of free medical in Canada. If you want good service you have to pay for it. I inquired about my health insurance coverage with them. I don't know where they stand on private clinics...

I guarantee those of you who find out you have low-test levels and you get on TRT, you will feel SO much better than you have in many, many years. I do.

All I can say is... I feel better, look better than I have looked or felt in at least 10yrs! It took a good 3 mos. before I could truly say... Hey, I recover from my workouts better (more like I did when I was younger), my joints feel better (more like when I was younger), my sex-drive stayed high all through my cut and taking the EPI-V (which killed my sex-drive last Halloween when I ripped down).

I have not seen any adverse sides what-so-ever from TRT, only the positives, again... I'm on what most consider a low or truly therapeutic dose (200mg/week) split in two doses 1/2 cc of testosterone enanthate (200mg/cc) on Monday and another 1/2 cc of testosterone enanthate (200mg/cc) on Friday, working like a charm guys.

As a matter of fact, besides that, I'm not taking anything right now, I'm taking FINAFLEX ALC+CLA, MetRx Arsenal Vit. pack, extra Vit. C (3g/day), extra Omega 3-6-9's, some Chondroitin, MSM, Glucosamine combo, my BCAA's, & 1 cap of PCT Black @ night and oh a baby aspirin 1 x a day for heart health (heart dx is rampant in my family) that is it guys... my TRT, PCT Black, and just some vitamins and nutrients for overall health and I feel amazing in every way!

I mean yes, you can use TRT as an excuse to take your levels to the next level so to speak and grow with it, but I believe all Jeff is referring to is getting your levels to the high end of normal for health reasons, the rest is on you! If that is not Jeff's opinion, I did not mean to speak on his behalf, but that is definitely my opinion and stand on it at least at this point in my life!

You can do that. I know guys who are on TRT and their doctors don't keep an "eagle-eye" on them, if you know what I mean. You don't get tested but ever so often. If you want to ramp up the dosages for a quick blast, it's okay. Then you just go back to the TRT doses and when you get tested, you'll be fine.

I hear of people doing this all the time as well. That or an oral blast right after the last test so they are back to normal before the follow up in what 3 months or whatever it is.

I agree, that higher dose was to boost me back up (3 mos then re-test levels), I was supposed to go & get re-tested a month ago to see where my levels are at now in order to lower it to a more standard dose of 100mg/wk, which I have avoided due to how amazing I feel & how everything is currently going!

Well you can probably remain there it is the high end from what I understand but nothing says you can't be at the high end. They keep BigT at an 800 reading which is very nice.

I take 150 to 200mg weekly of Nandrolone to keep the joints nice and buttered up and lubed. I've been doing this protocol for almost a full year now and my joints have NEVER felt better. Hel, I had more pain than this when I was in my 20's pumping the iron.

And Test dosage is 300mg weekly on top of the 150mg of Nandrolone.
