Kleen (and others).. what are your thoughts on fat burning or other supps during a recomp with LeanGains?

Use only on burn days or every day..

Mainly alphaT2/erase and anabeta as an anabolic

Now ERASE has other benefits so I would run it and the Anabeta daily and the A-T2 on burn days only. That is just me though.

Yah I might think of using something to control appetite on burn days if I got very low in cals, doesn't seem to be necessary so far...
 
Once I am maintaining I won't even consider them. DatBTrue has a mix he uses to alleviate hunger, has psyllium husk, pectin and something else that a little of is supposed to curb the appetite. I may go with that but it is easy right now just to use what I have available to me.

That sounds like a more natural appetite suppressant concoction, can you share the full recipe when you get it, I'm very curious?

Thank you, I will have to give that a try, the only one of those I am familiar with is Psyllium Husk Powder, it is used in most natural cleanses, full of fiber and really gets the bowels moving!!!

Lol well I wont need that I go a lot as it is. Lol. Now as far as Fat burners I am taking Pro Xanthine 500-xt everyday. So yes that means on burn days and build days.
 
Did I mention Fuddruckers has a 1 lb burger patty and I am going there for lunch? Just thought I should mention that again. Since I am cutting I have to eat like this so I guess I will just have to deal with the food choices my diet lets me have. ;)

I was robbed they didn't have the 1 lb burger at this location, more of a Fuddrucker's express. Only a half pound burger and that was 10 bucks so didn't get a second one. About to finish the rest of the food required for a fast breaking meal.

Damn Bro, sorry to hear that, I hate when that kind of stuff happens, I'm serious, back when I was actually holding on to how lean I was for that 9mos. stint, I basically followed the same diet y'all see me on, maybe a tiny bit more relaxed, but cheated my a$$ off with anything and everything that I wanted on Sundays and I've gone out of my way to a specific place only to have them out of what I was looking for! So I feel your pain brother, sux when you set your taste-buds on something and you can't deliver!
 
Yeah completely, somehow 3 scoops of whey and a bagel with apple butter on it wasn't as satisfying. At least I got a half lb burger and some steak fries though.

We used to have one around here, but they closed it down. I would love t find another one. Their burgers are the sh*t!!!

I love the looks on people faces when I order food sometimes. I go into this foodcoart salad type place and you can get chicken on your salad but the portions are small so I ask for 4 portions, then I get to another station and they have a talapia dish and I ask for just a piece of fish without sauce, there was one on top that wasn't touching the sauce. I get to the cash to ring it up and she didn't know how to price it. lol she figured something out and charged me 15 bucks. I know that sounds expensive but could have been a lot worse. It's what you have to do when you have specifice dietary requirements... I want it my way lol

I agree with you, but here is what ticks me off about it, I SAVE money when I'm dieting as far as groceries and stuff are concerned (so that knocks the notion that dieting is too expensive), but the problem lies when or if I try to go eat somewhere to get a similar, just as healthy of a meal, it always costs at least 1.5-2 times more than what I would normally pay if I was not dieting! I just don't dine out when I'm dieting down, I mean when I get back to maintenance, I'll probably give myself one night a week to go out with the wifey and eat whatever, but it just isn't worth going out now, especially when I don't even enjoy the food any better than if I cooked it myself (most important point)!

So I just enjoyed that "little" 1/2 lb burger and came back here and had a bagel and 75 grams worth of protein via a protein shake.

Okay now for the fun stuff, I weighed in today and am 205, I haven't done any BF Tests, and since I slept in didn't have time for pics this morning but my abs looked phenomenal. Very pleased with how they were looking this morning. Today is a burn day but I am going to make sure to keep cals and carbs high enough not to be depleted by tomorrow. That or I will take some pics tonight. More than likely though it will be tomorrow. Even my lower chest is starting to lean up more. I will be lean enough for maintenance once the fat is pretty much off the bottom of my chest which will have me around 6%. Sucks that I have to remain that lean to keep the fat off my chest but with Lean Gains in my life I think I can do it.

Today starts my PCT - I will be taking the PURE TEST every night 3 grams worth of DAA. I am taking a 3 PCT REVOLUTION BLACK a day for a few days then will begin tapering down to 1 cap a day then finally 1 cap every other day. I will take TestoPro in about a weeks time to increase free test while also modulating the estrogen keeping it from having negative effects on my body as the estro levels increase back to normal.
However I am really banking on the DAA in PURE TEST and the PCT Rev Black to quickly elevate my overall serum testosterone levels so that the Testopro has testosterone to free up.

I don't think I am shut down too hard so I expect a pretty good recovery and possibly even making some progress during PCT. I plan to continue my recomp strategy and see if I can't continue to lean up without losing any muscle. Basically hoping for a DW type of recovery. EI... just keep on making progress.

Final Review of 1-Andro

My final review of the 1-Andro 6 week bridge.

First thanks again to FINAFLEX and ScottyDoc for sponsoring this awesome run.

I wasn't expecting too much from this run, not because of the product but because I was bridging it from a test of a beta product that put 7 lbs of LBM on me already. All of the other logs I read on 1-Andro products the guys had gained about 5 lbs in 6 weeks being fresh not bridging into it. So basically I assumed running this I may be able to put on another 2 lbs of muscle while continuing to lean up. Well happily I can say that is not what has happened. I will just use some bullet points here and show the stats and result rather than bore you to death with useless dialog.

Strength - This product really shined when it came to strength. I kept increasing on every lift even when I had really pushed it on the last workout.
Composition - This product seems to respond to whatever you do with calorie intake. When I ate big I gained quickly, and when a limited intake I dropped quickly so I would say it is great in either situation.
Mass gains - As I said above I was able to add mass easily. I was surpised to see that I put on 4.8 lbs of LBM after already gaining quite a bit on the beta. To me this means this product is probably noticeably stronger than the other 1-Andro products considering I was able to gain as much as them coming off of that. Although it also has an extra 10mg od 1-Andro and the DHB which is an anabolic amplifier.
Aggression / Alpha Male - At first I noticed some mild aggression and alpha male feel but it was short lived and gradually as the run went on aggression and alpha male feeling is only a memory... Then again this is a low androgenic product and I was shutting down so that is to be expected.
Libido - Once again this went up shortly and then I gradually became less interested in sex. once again a result of this being low androgen and highly anabolic.
Sides - Honestly other than the expected shut down that was going to happen just from 10 weeks of PH's I didn't have any sides to speak of. I had a couple extra pimples but more related to heat. Shut down obviously, which cause the lower libido and less motivation. I did have lethargy, and the tingling / itching feeling at the end of the urethra when peeing which is common of all 1-Andro products from what I have read.

Stack I would like to see ran. -
1-Andro and EPI-V, the androgens in the EPI V would balance out the low androgen in the 1-Andro, it would also keep any water off of you so you could eat more carbs without holding excess water making it a killer stack for adding very lean and dry mass.

Thanks Gentlemen! Man I am looking at that rear double biceps and my peaks on my biceps are looking pretty damn sweet right now. Focusing on arms for a few weeks paid off! I was fighting with the light again, but what you all can't see is the veins coming up my lower abdomen and across my obliques. Looks sick! My arms are more vascular by a good amount although you can't really see it as much in the picture. I have veins now in my quads not ridiculous ones yet but about 1 lb away from that. Striations in quads are a little deeper also. As soon as my skin tightens up more I am going to look ridiculous. You can't really tell but I have separation in my lower abs but the skin is pooling up there a bit. Don't get me wrong I am liking the way I look and my lower chest fat is going away more quickly and should be gone by the time I hit 6% or just under. Doug remembers from my first competition prep 2009. I am going to be much bigger when shredded this time. I can't believe how my chest looks in that most muscular since I didn't work it the last few weeks other than some dips last workout.

very nice to hear Chris. and as most may know bicep peak is genetic. My training partner sticks- great genetics while I have good genetics (just my opinion) I outwork him though his biceps since weve trained since 2002 are nice and full, mine are full but nothing and plump and full as his, on the other hand my triceps are a lot bigger and my arms have been bigger than his because of this. You can only do that best with what you have with your own shape, symmetry etc- which is genetic.

having said that, Too many people think getting big is genetic when generally most people if they eat right, traing hard- do what it takes can get large and in charge-they use genetics as an excuse to sell themselves short

You are correct, although I am eating a recomps style and have been for a while. I may increase my carb intake a little on build days if I notice it is needed but plan to keep on recomping until I am a full blown 6% or don't have any fat under my chest which ever comes first. I think I am about half as shut down as the Super-DMZ run had me so I think recovery is going to be a breeze. You are correct, although I am eating a recomps style and have been for a while. I may increase my carb intake a little on build days if I notice it is needed but plan to keep on recomping until I am a full blown 6% or don't have any fat under my chest which ever comes first. I think I am about half as shut down as the Super-DMZ run had me so I think recovery is going to be a breeze. Thanks for the info. O might bump my Cal's just a Tad but I should be good for the most part in PCT because I have been on a recomp diet for a while.
 
My final review of the 1-Andro 6 week bridge.

First thanks again to FINAFLEX and ScottyDoc for sponsoring this awesome run.

I wasn't expecting too much from this run, not because of the product but because I was bridging it from a test of a beta product that put 7 lbs of LBM on me already. All of the other logs I read on 1-Andro products the guys had gained about 5 lbs in 6 weeks being fresh not bridging into it. So basically I assumed running this I may be able to put on another 2 lbs of muscle while continuing to lean up. Well happily I can say that is not what has happened. I will just use some bullet points here and show the stats and result rather than bore you to death with useless dialog.

Strength - This product really shined when it came to strength. I kept increasing on every lift even when I had really pushed it on the last workout.
Composition - This product seems to respond to whatever you do with calorie intake. When I ate big I gained quickly, and when a limited intake I dropped quickly so I would say it is great in either situation.
Mass gains - As I said above I was able to add mass easily. I was surpised to see that I put on 4.8 lbs of LBM after already gaining quite a bit on the beta. To me this means this product is probably noticeably stronger than the other 1-Andro products considering I was able to gain as much as them coming off of that. Although it also has an extra 10mg od 1-Andro and the DHB which is an anabolic amplifier.
Aggression / Alpha Male - At first I noticed some mild aggression and alpha male feel but it was short lived and gradually as the run went on aggression and alpha male feeling is only a memory... Then again this is a low androgenic product and I was shutting down so that is to be expected.
Libido - Once again this went up shortly and then I gradually became less interested in sex. once again a result of this being low androgen and highly anabolic.
Sides - Honestly other than the expected shut down that was going to happen just from 10 weeks of PH's I didn't have any sides to speak of. I had a couple extra pimples but more related to heat. Shut down obviously, which cause the lower libido and less motivation. I did have lethargy, and the tingling / itching feeling at the end of the urethra when peeing which is common of all 1-Andro products from what I have read.

Summary -
I am very please to have gained almost 5 lbs lbm and lost a little over 2 lbs of fat. Was a pleasent run and would do it again for sure. This is a very solid product considering the low sides I would like to run it around 6--8 caps over an 8 week period and see how much mass I could gain on a bulker.

Stack I would like to see ran. -
1-Andro and EPI-V, the androgens in the EPI V would balance out the low androgen in the 1-Andro, it would also keep any water off of you so you could eat more carbs without holding excess water making it a killer stack for adding very lean and dry mass.

Don't anyone unsubscribe, we still have the PCT to go through. I will be 6% by the time I am done recomping!
