Good lord Kleen! You are still making remarkable progress! Down to 7% now and it shows. The cuts on your ABS look much deeper than previous pics. I want them deep ab cuts that makes them look great even relaxed. I may have to keep working and try and get myself to 7% because that looks pretty nice man. Well done! Only about a percent or so away from your goal now! :)

In other news... Is everyone ready for a BIG LAUGH? I must be dreaming about CHRIS and our little Leg-Press competition/friendly bet because my wife asked me today when I was getting ready for work..."Who's Chris?" and I said, " I only know of 3 Chris's, one from my childhood past, another I worked with now and again, but have not spoken to or about him in at least 6mos. and then there's you!" Then I asked her why she wanted to know? She said because I was talking in my sleep and she heard me say "Chris" more than once during the night while I was sleeping two nights in a row, LoL Yes, talking in my sleep is common when my mind or body is under new, different, or more stress and I guess since I have started dieting, lifting and doing cardio very intensely, I am more tired, sore and worn out at the end of the day, therefore sleeping harder, dreaming way more and starting to talk in my sleep more! I just hope it doesn't get to the point like it did when I was younger and I start to sleep walk again, LoL!

6/10/11 - 203 lbs, 8% body fat, LBM =186.7 lbs, Fat =16.3 lbs
7/16/11 -201 .bs 7.1% body fat LBM 186.7, Fat = 14.27

Now keep in mind that this last weigh in was relatively depleted compared to the starting point which lowers LBM considerably. I would actually assume about 2-3 lbs difference in LBM if I had been at normal glycogen and water levels. For my pics on Saturday the weigh in I will be dry but full of glycogen like in the beginning so I can have an accurate idea of what I really gained. I KNOW I am bigger than when I started. As a matter of fact today is a build day so I will weigh myself in the morning tomorrow and see what I weigh in at. I will be taking in about 300-350 grams of carbs today so should be full but not completely to the point of spilling over.

Just for giggles if we said that with normal glycogen levels I would be at 203, 7.1%, that is 188.59 LBM and 14.41 fat. At 204, 7.1% it is 189.52 LBM and Fat 14.48 when I weigh in tomorrow I will have a better idea of what I am weighing in the same circumstances as the starting point.
 
Chris... all I can say is I Love your honesty and your direct scientifical approach to all this, seriously! There aren't many out there better to test our products than someone like you, someone so in tune to their body, I'm just glad that someone, besides myself (an obvious REP) is able to accurately and precisely LOG exactly what they are gaining from our product/s! Very refreshing, thank you sir!
 
Thanks, I am really enjoying the product too. Oh speaking of strength, my hip was just not feeling the love. So I decided to squat instead of going ridiculously heavy on leg press. Well rather than go into the whole workout I will give the highlight for me. I hit 315x12 and full ROM on Barbell Squats. For me that is impressive. I am not sure if it is a PR but it is heavier than I have been for a while at that many reps.

Thanks! Yeah I am kind of compact. When I compete again I may be able to pull it off around 193 or so. Will be ridiculously bigger than last competition since I wont make the same mistake I did last time.

I have thought about the mans physique however my legs are a strong point and something I love to train and just wont get over covering them up since they actually make my physique stand out. Your legs are looking good

I ll probably never be a freak I just am not willing to use what it takes. Think Arnold Schwarzenegger, That is about what my ideal physique is.
 
Well I was going to hold off and put the pics up at the end of the week but since I took some anyway to see where I was at, I figured I would share with you. I haven't weighed myself but I am confident I am still above 200 lbs. Don't mind the mess in the room my computer room is the dumping ground for anything cluttering the rest of the house.

I haven't lifted or even had a drink yest just woke up and you can see it in my eyes. I will post up my workout and weight when I get back from the gym.

Oh yeah 7.1% as of today. I feel like I look like I lost more than a half percent. However it is hard to tell with my skin being a little loose. You can see how it smooths some things out and how it gathers at the bottom of my abs in some of the shots but it is getting much better!!!!

I see the lean gains and 1-andro is really treating you nicely.. I have been wanting to try 1-andro for some time now and PCT black just looks like a killer deal considering its ingredient profile.

After a build day pics, and weigh in as promised.

I took some pictures and weighed myself this morning before doing anything else. However getting up late the sun was beating in through a window and washed out the light from overhead so not as easy to see without the benefit good lighting but I still look good and the difference it made in thickness is apparent. I had to move about a bit to get a shot the light wasn't washing out Although, I think I may have held on to a tiny bit of water but not much at all. I weighed 206 this morning. I think if we drop a pound, pound and a half off for extra water it puts me right about 204.5 - 205 which means I have gained over 3 lbs LBM while dropping 2 lbs body fat. Even at 204 I am right at 3 lbs gained which is great.

Okay so I put my first attempt at the Layne Norton Cheesecake in my fridge overnight. I made it double, added 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder. Then cooked it in a 9 inch cake pan instead of a pie tin. I laid low fat honey graham crackers over the bottom for a crust like layer and line up the sides with them too, then put it in the oven for 60 minutes. I think less would have been fine like 45. Now I can't wait to try it but that will be later today. Its not time to eat.
 
Yeah you can really see the difference in thickness. Still an amazing change either way. There is no doubt you will continue to stay lean and be in great shape for when you choose to do a show. Fantastic work my brother.
 
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the cheesecake. The Graham cracker crust idea is a great one. I might use that next time I make it
 
It was good but consistency was off a bit. The graham cracker crust wasn't bad but would recommend if low carb is not needed to put some honey on the graham crackers. I used chocolate protein powder since it is what I have and not sure if it was the best choice for retaining a cheesecake taste, but it is good. However I think I just didn't get it mixed enough. The taste was good but not sweet enough on its own. Probably should have increased splenda a little when I added the extra protein. since I had Jumbo eggs I used 6 whole and 2 egg whites instead of 8 eggs. However like I said it still tastes good and with a light honey glaze amazing. I am sure peanut butter or artificially sweetened chocolate as well. Maybe make a peanut butter and honey icing and spread it over it. MMMMMM!!!!

I'm probably going to stick mostly with the original recipe outside of adding some vanilla protein for flavoring. That cheesecake is damn good the way it is!!

Experiment! There are so many ways you can change it for some variety. The best I've had was plain with vanilla myofusion, and a little undercooked, but I like the variety of trying other flavors.

One thing I do is use small ramekins and make little batches mixing in various things before baking to see how it tastes without having to make a whole batch. It helps me figure out which ones I really like. I've done PB, Strawberry, Cinnabun, Chocolate this way. Cinnabun was good, the others I need to adjust to get right.

When you add protein powder, you do have to increase liquids a little, but I generally add some extra skim milk.

I tend to go a bit higher on the vanilla exrtact, splenda, and cinnamon when I make it, and tend to undercook a little (40 minutes in my oven).

For prep, I let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature for 30-60 minutes to soften up (tub cream cheese is better than the sticks IMO), and then I beat it at the highest setting (turbo boost) until it's really, really smooth. This helped the texture a lot when it bakes.

Sauces, whipped cream, berries, etc. are all great additions once it's prepared.

You've given me an idea, instead of a graham cracker crust, I wonder if you could make a Whey Crisp type of crust? That would boost protein content and keep carbs minimal, but add some additional texture... I may have to try this in a small sample...

I will have to try some of that. I definitely didn't get it perfect but honestly it tastes pretty good. Consistency is not bad but it isn't perfect either. I bought some vanilla protein powder at SAM's yesterday so we shall see. Oh yeah I made the recipe double Milas, that is why I said 8 eggs, but since the eggs were jumbo instead of large I went with 6 whole and 2 egg whites. I think part of the issue with mixing is my mixing bowl was not quite deep enough for me to just really go at the mix at very high speed without making a huge mess. So far I tried honey, raspberry preserves and cherry preserves as toppings. I have to give the best flavor so far to the honey but the cherry preserves werent bad either and at 11 grams of carbs per tbsp it isn't adding a ton to it.

I think next time I may double it up without adding protein and see how good it is. Being doubled up will still make it 40 grams of protein per slice. I will say that the more I have had it the more I enjoy the graham cracker being there.

Man it is really hard to believe that I have less than a week left on this run. The time just flies by. As much as I am enjoying it I am ready to be done with PCT. I need normal levels of estrogen in my life, it being low the past several weeks has really taken a toll on my joints. All of them not just my shoulders, admittedly the shoulders are the worst but that is also due to some arthritis that the dry joints are exacerbating. It is going to be a tight rope walk to stay on the line between avoiding estrogen rebound and getting enough estrogen to lubricate my joints a little more.

Oh Yeah not exciting or anything but I burned 450 on the treadmill this morning. Will be walking again during lunch too. Most likely will fast until about 3:30 maybe later.

Well I'm still hoping for closer to a 5Lb lean muscle gain at the end of it, but it is looking like I will have to settle for 3Lbs, which in light of things is not so bad considering you just bridged from one cycle to another where you had already put on a decent amount of lean mass! Great Job Brotha, keep up the great work and finish strong my friend, like I know you will!
 
Yeah, I am sitting right where I hoped/expected to be and very pleased with it. I knew I would not gain like someone taking it with fresh receptors. I am not done yet and am up at 8 caps this week so let's see if we can't squeeze another lb out of this.
 
Wow, I posted something here last night and it is gone... Well I was just mentioning that I looked awesome, any water that was there is not there any longer, and I am still pretty full.

Lift was good today, started some of my upper body back into the fray. I did dips for chest and will continue to do this for a little bit. Supported DB Rows for back, cybex shoulder press ROM to just above the shoulder and all the way down. I got sick after that which is out of the ordinary for me. I wasn't over stimmed by any means, but I was nice and green and then lost everything.

Dips - 15, bw+25x15, bw +50 x15, bw + 60 x15, bw + 60x15
DB Rows - 50x15, 60x15, 65x15, 65x15
Cybex Shoulder Press - 110x15, 125x15, 125x15


Last meal for last night was 12 oz Salmon, 1 piece of double thick cheesecake, asparagus and a banana. Came to about about 55 grams of carbs and 110 grams protein and 45 grams fat. Add that to the 3.5 scoops of protein powder and half oz of almonds earlier Comes out to 195 protein, 65 carbs and 54 fat for the day. So right about 1500 for the day. Today is a build day and I will get in every bit of 3000 calories minimum.
 
I am digging your dinner last night, mine was far less exciting. Nice dips!
 
About to have a good meal in 17 minutes. MMMMMMMM!!! FOOD!

Yeah, I am going to have a bagel with some apple butter, a cup of rice, some peanut M&Ms, about 8 oz of skirt steak and 2 cans of tuna in a tuna salad for my fast breaking meal. At most in one meal before i would have a cup of rice. Not that and other sources of carbs. Pretty awesome for sure.

Hard to believe I am about to start PCT, although I am truly ready to have some of my own test back. Not having high test for this long has messed with motivation and the lack of estro has messed with every single joint in my body at this point. I am going to be playing a tight rope to keep from having estro rebound but keeping it high enough to relieve my joints also.

Just stay in tune with your body and ease off the PCT REV. Black a little and maybe throw one in there once in a while for good measure, etc. The DAA in PURE TEST will help jack the Test levels back up within a matter of 3-4 weeks, like I said from my results from my mini-study, it really does get you around 40% higher in a matter of 21 days!
 
Sounds good to me. I am expecting a full recovery and hoping to even make progress in PCT. I am shut down but I don't feel anywhere near as shut down as I was from 3.5 weeks of Super-DMZ. If my recovery is faster than then I will be making progress during PCT for sure. I will also be running Testopro starting about a week into PCT to free up and make the most out of any testosterone I have started producing by that time.
 
Guys I am not showing much in the way of signs of lower test. I have been taking 6 testopro ed though... libido is kind of uncomfortably high..
 
The EPI-V converts into DHT so it is very androgenic, even if you start to shut down you probably won't drop in libido more likely an increase.

Yah I am pretty stocked... a lot of those I will leave out I guess. Think it will end up being Tor, S1, Testopro, Stoked, PCT Black, DAA if I don't have enough black t run 4 ed during PCT I may have and Creatine Nitrate... wow that's still a lot...

From what I understand with the EPI-V you may not have any lethargy issues from it. Doesn't it have stims in it? With as androgenic as it is I doubt there is too much concern for lethargy. Also you seem to have a strong hpta that doesn't change much when on. EPI didn't really shut you down much the first time either if I remember correctly. Lucky!

Okay so just as planned I have 2 extra caps today, and will just add them into the normal dose so today I will be taking in the final 10 caps, 3 of which have already been consumed. PCT will officially start tomorrow and I will take pics this weekend more than likely.

Today is a build day and I have my lunch date with the wife. Not sure where we are going but it will be plenty food, or I will just come back here afterwards and have some more grub. Decent chance we end up at Wendy's unless she wants to have someone serve us.

As far as Wendy's goes, I could eat one of those triple cheeseburgers, with an order of chile, & a fully loaded bake potato, and end it with a Frosty! Whew, I'm awake now, sorry, that is about as close to that kind of food I will be getting for the next 14 & 1/2 weeks!
 
You basically outlined my plan of attack if that is where we go. Potato won't be loaded though, I like to put the chili on the potato. Since today is a build day I am thinking it is time for a Strawberry shake if that is where we go. If we don't go there we will go to a place called Eat's they have half pound buffalo burgers so I can get a double there and be good to go. Oh yeah just remembered they just built a Fuddruckers down stairs. Maybe we will go there...
