I really don't think i will need a SERM, that's why i asked for Katana. If i am wrong please someone let me know. Although it goes against conventional wisdom, i've been on PH for 6 weeks and recovered fine with ATD and test boosters.
Which brings me to, Katanadrol 30 days at 250mg a day? or should i a dose it differently? Current stats are roughly 5'10" 175lbs
Thanks CM. I've had good luck with OTC PCTs earlier, back when i didn't know as much as i do now. If i was going to run hella, i would probably have to pick up 2 bottles just to get a 6 week cycle out of it.
I don't expect serious LBM increase in this. I'm just hoping it will pick up my recovery a bit, while shredding me up. I think i am going to try and keep my calories just above maintenance to see how this compound can help me out. I guess after a couple weeks, if nothing spectacular i should drop calories below maintenance with a higher protein intake and just work with the shredder. Either way, i'm pretty happy with the progress i am making on the basic supplements right now, so i have nothing but good things to look forward to.
Good sh*t. That is a good plan. Just remember it takes longer for LBM to come in with this so if you have your heart set on LBM gains don't give up too early and really up those calories.
If not, a little below maintenance with a bump in protein and you will just shreddddd the fat off of you and look very ripped.

Yes sir, i don't know if you saw, but i plan on running it at 400mg for about 5 weeks. I'm actually pretty stoked to run this. When i get back maybe i will get the chance to run dieselbolan, very interested in it.
Also, i take back what i said about 2 bottles of helladrol. 1 bottle is enough for 6 weeks at 100mg/day. That's awesome.
ASAP - Which ever bottle gets to me first, i will start it right up.

mix em up in a freezer bag with 7 or 8 chicken breasts and let them marinate and grill em up. just something i like

I know how you're not supposed to weigh yourself every day and get worked up over it, but i was down today for the first time in forever, and i didn't even take my ritual crap intra-drinking PreWO drink. lol... oh well.
I always weigh myself at the start of the gym. 95% of the time i take a **** right before i go to the gym, and i piss on my way in, so my weight is pretty consistant. I've been steadily gaining ever since i put a real big focus on eatting every day. It's not a big deal, i just need to finish this day off eatting
