Keepin' it Unreal: Sust, Mast, SD-1 Pseudo-Log

you should feel pretty big at 230 6 percent haha. ill say it for never....shame on you for starting without having everything!

Not 6% bodyfat that's like amateur bodybuilder status but i think i look the same as pre-cycle where i estimated 9% although some of you readers said 7-8%.

i started this cycle without a PCT on hand too... I figured the cycle is 4 months long, i've got a while to figure it out, lol.

My nips are still sensitive which surprises me, i really figured i was using enough letro (i'm at 8 drops every night now). I think I am going to dose 1.25mg for a few days until i kill all sensitivity and then try a low dose to keep it down.
 
unreal, i just ate a HUGE juicy steak....just a steak and i dont think ive ever been so pumped in my life, my upper body feels like i just left the gym....and i only worked legs this morning lol.

u getting the same way from our similarr diets?
 
yeah nos fatty meat gives me an excellent pump... I remember eating a ton of ribs gave me a sick pump in the gym the next day

I had some steak today too. I am definitely feeling some pretty good muscle hardness. I would like to think it's the sust and mast kicking in (mostly the mast). I've had a few muscle cramps and seems like my thirst is increasing (in the last couple days).

Actually i recently got some clomid at a good price so i'm g2g on pct
 
Day 23, 227 lbs (+9)

Looked at the scale and said goddammmmit

Probably is just getting hard for my body to put on LBM without eating enough calories to put on fat. As long as strength increases, i am doing good though.

TRAINING
Legs
Squats
Straight legged deadlifts
Calves

Pretty simple, i think 3 exercises is all i need on my leg day, i really kill it with those lifts. Got a PR on squats (was up 1 rep on my best set). Not a PR by much but it was something. The SLDLs felt light (working sets with 315 and 335) but i got a hell of a lower back pump after the last set. Sat down for a couple minutes and i was g2g again. For some reason my calve raises have always been very strong, i go to the smith press like i'm going to do backsquats, then put my toes on a plate and just to calve raises, last set was 465*20

I'm a little low on calories today but i'm working on it. I keep thinking that my appetite is in the gutter, but really that's not the case, i'm hungry 24/7, but I'm hungry for things I can't eat. Soo while I could easily eat 4000+ calories everyday if they're dirty, I have to really force myself to eat just 3500 clean calories a day.
Would smoke more weed but there's work to be done today.

Day 24, 231 on my scale

The gym is closed because of veteran's day. I'm a little annoyed because I don't usually miss my workouts, ever, but i can't get my back workout in anywhere else.

So i am taking the day off I guess... certainly not by choice

My scale always reads a couple pounds heavier than the gym scale

I have considered using nolva plenty, but i have dismissed it. My cycle is 4 months long, so taking a mL of nolva a day doesn't seem like a viable solution. I'd need about 100mL of research nolva just to get to PCT.

Instead i started taking 1.25mg of letro and i'll continue this until the sensitivity subsides, and then work backwards on the dose.
 
Once it subsides use letro every other day on on the days off use nolva. Or just use nolva mwf and letro the other days. 10mg nolva all u need

Day 25, 230 lbs (+12)

Finally hit my mark! I'm 230 today. Still lean... I'm planning on getting pictures tomorrow

bad news is i had a rough day and couldn't make it to the gym until real late, had a pretty abbreviated workout

i did 10 sets, it was a small workout... i hate going to the gym so late in the evening... It was a good workout though, got pumped instantly, increased reps on my rows, all the other pulls were solid, the pulldowns never felt so light before.

I'm getting cramps all the time... My libido has gone up significantly in the last few days... I think my gear is kicking in and I'm real excited.

I've been doing 1.25mg of letro for the past few days and my nips are way less sensitive so i'm going to keep that up. I had some wrist pain earlier today, thought it was the letro, then it completely disappeared, so i dunno, whatever.

Oya, forgot to mention, i feel like the extra size I've got isn't as noticable to me as the fact that my shirts are fitting way tighter. It's weird. I'd say about 1/2 my shirts don't fit... They're Larges which means if I wear them I look like a douchebag trying to show off or something... Then there's XL's which still get tight around the shoulders then balloon out too much around the waist... ****ing shirts.

at least your tall....my xl's hang down to my knees and i look like a midget!
 
^^^^^but in retrospect id rather look like a fat midget than a duechebag abercrombie model in a skin tight shirt any day of the week.

Some of the shirts I have fit me pretty well and are just a little big around the waist, but then the sleeves are almost skin tight. I dunno why shirts are made for pole-armed men like that. I've also seen some really sickening things going on with really anemic looking skinny dudes wearing skin tight pants and skin tight shirts... Ok now that is the real crime... I think people would rather see the contours of a well-muscled body than of a skeleton.

Speaking of skin tight pants, my quads are filling out my pants far too well, i'm actually losing flexibility when I wear pants.

I have such a problem with clothes. My shoulders around are 48" and I'm 5'9". Buying a suit jacket is ridiculous, the pants need to be taken up like a foot. As for t-shirts, forget it. Either I'm swimming in them like I'm a rapper from 1995 or they are skin tight around the chest and shoulders and then loose in the belly, like its a pregnancy shirt or something. I tell you - a specialty clothing store for mesomorphic men would make a killing if the marketing was right.
 
Day 26, 231 lbs (+13)

Hmm weight just keeps increasing

Last day of Superdrol! How i'll miss it. Fortunately I think these injects are here... they have to be, I am pretty sure I've been feeling more than just SD. Horniness from the test, and extra muscle hardness and some cramping from the mast. Now, i have to cross my fingers and hope they can keep everything going while I drop the SD.

I'm going to take weeks 5 and 6 to evaluate the strength of 750 test and 600 mast and then make my decisions about how crazy I want to get with my doses... If I can still make gains then I'll let them be, but if i start dropping my SD gains then I'm going to have to increase something, I would probably start by taking the Test up to a gram or so.

There is a good chance that I won't need to do crazy doses at all though. I really just want to hit a little over 230, normalize for a couple weeks, and then add the T3 in and start recomping out at 230. The goal of this cycle was 230 with real low bodyfat, 8%.

Close grip bench
standing dumbell curls
weighted dips
incline dumbell curls
shoulder flys

Nor a lot of shoulder work... Ok, i hate working shoulders sometimes. Arms were fun, was very strong on my close grip benching. My close grip is just slightly closer than shoulders, just close enough to hit my triceps pretty well, just wide enough to keep my wrists from snapping on the way down. Repping 305 was fun. Not a ton of increases elsewhere

I took pictures. I was actually disappointed in them, but i'm almost always disappointed, i have ridiculous expectations sometimes. I think they look good enough, but I do think they show more of a bodyfat increase than I anticipated. Obviously gaining 13 pounds in 26 days, it's not going to be 13 pounds of LBM, lol. But i'm pretty early on in this cycle, and I've got a ton of gear and T3, so i'm not too worried... ;).

I'll upload them later.

First pic is the best, shows how pronounced the muscle fullness is, chest/shoulders/arms look huge. Second pic is the worst, shows how much bloat and CRAP i've got around my stomach that I haven't noticed.. UGGGH.

I could be happier, I think I underestimated the fat/water gain I had going on, obviously it'll be expected when i gain > 10 pounds in < 1 month, so now the next couple MONTHS of this cycle are going to be about staying around 230 and getting ripped to shreds!

squats are really my main exercise for legs, i don't do much else for them, I probably should, but a long time ago when I reading online I read "squats squats SQUATS!!!" so that's what I did.

I never do legpress, only squats. i dont like legpress.

I dunno, hope that helps.
 
ur chest and shoulders look a lot wider. ur definitely filling out a lot of areas as well. id say bf has increased MAYBE 1% but ur still def under 10%.

once u drop the superdrol i bet some water falls off then its 100% solid gains from then on

So, I acquired some Anadraulic state to log. I figured it would be a cool way to keep my workouts intense as I transition from SD to injectables. I dunno if I'll be able to log it because I don't know if i'll be able to get through it. After dosing 1 scoop, I felt weird (def. felt the tingle of the beta alanine. Stomach felt weird. As soon as I got to the gym, I had to take a dump. During the entire workout, I was burping and it was nasty Anadraulic State aftertaste. During the first half of my workout, my stomach was queasy enough to slow me down significantly.

Workout sucked at first and I wondered if i could finish it, although it got better towards the end. The only thought that kept me going was knowing that when I finished, I just had to make it back so I could take a fat hit of weed and fix my stomach. And that's exactly what I did and i've been eating carbs since then.

The anadraulic state really ****ed with my stomach, and my stomach is usually pretty tough, so i was pretty surprised, and I wonder how other people's stomachs can handle this stuff. I did take it right after a meal but I need a pre-WO meal ~60-90 minutes pre-workout to have energy and that is FAR more important than any pre-workout supp and there's no way i'd sacrifice food for a supp.

looking alot bigger, bit less definition, but thats expected, the size is definately coming in. doing a great job thus far, having fun following ya

Yes in the first two pics I can see what you're talking about, chest looks way more full instead of droopy.

only gained a pound from carbup...

No more Superdrol. I'm at the end of week 4, Sust @ 750 and Mast @ 600

Sides.... Not too much. Even got the acne under control. Glad I have 0 propensity for hairloss cuz this stack would mess me up. Oh, still battling with my nipples vs. letrozole, guess I should count that as a side. Probably gonna get some nolva. Every now and then i have noticed some minor cramps, i figure it's from the mast, it's mostly in my quads after standing too long or doing cardio, something like that.

Effects... Unnatural hardness & vascularity continues. Libido is way up. Wish i noticed some mental effects like aggression but I don't notice anything.

Use an anti-acne scrub on my face everytime i shower, takes about 3 minutes

Surprised there hasn't been any more body acne considering the doses I'm pushing

Obviously I'm not pushing enough :D
 
OK i have a new goal for this log: inject as many androgens as it takes to produce "roid rage"

it would probably be a pretty big #. Maybe if i did a gram of Tren a week and then never got any sleep i'd have some rage to take out on people. As it is, i'm too much of a mellow stoner to ever get very angry. A little frustrated sometimes.
