Day 9, 227 lbs (+9)

Up 9 pounds in 9 days, sounds about right for SD :). A little bloat I think, not sure why, but my muscles are so big and swole that I don't care too much, i'm sure i'll dry it off over the next few weeks.

Trained back today

BACK

bent over rows: was up 2 reps on my working sets for these (I am doing 275 atm)
t-bar rows: i increased 25 pounds but went down 2 reps, overall it was good to hit higher weight
pullups: 12/9. I was so psyched to get 12 pullups at my fatass weight of 227.
pulldowns/cable rows: don't really keep track of these, i felt dead

I killed myself on the first two lifts, which felt good. Bent over rows is my favorite back lift (don't do deads) so i was real happy to get a couple extra reps, as 275 is pretty heavy weight for me anyway. The weight just felt lighter; that's the feeling with SD i love.

I got bad backpumps from the bent over rows and t-bar rows. I had taken some taurine quite a few hours before the workout but apparently it wasn't enough. They didn't stop me or slow me down though, just ignored it as always, and they went away pretty quickly.

My shirt was feeling pretty tight on me, my arms/shoulders/chest were all swole and bulging. Looked big. I'm happy if i can impress myself; i've got high standards.

My mood and confidence have been great all afternoon. I love being on cycle, just something about it that makes life so much better. And i really love superdrol. I can go into every workout and I know no matter what, i can make some increases somewhere.

Edit: sh1t i guess it's about time i update my profile stats, as I've got 230 pounds in the bag now. :P

Dude great job! And yeah in those beginning pics you look at about 7-8% bf to me. I'm leaning more towards 7%. So you are doing keto days on off days. That's pretty interesting, I've never heard of that. Are you doing the cardio on weight training days too or just on the off days? But anyway great progress bro! 9lbs in 9 days is great man!

less weight, oh noes! lol it's fine with me, you know what feeling when your fat gets really soft and seems to hang looser over the muscle that now feels much harder... that's how it seems now... I think the fat is mobilizing and gonna start dropppin... :)

Curious thing happened last night, libido seemed a little up, i was like WTF, then i noticed my nips felt a little sore, BIG WTF, 4 shots? 60mg of test prop per mL of sust means i'm at 240mg of prop in a week, maybe some of that built up... At any rate i've increased letrozole dose to 2 drops a day to try to control estrogen.

did my 5th shot today. i like injecting.

Day 10
SHOULDERS
military press: up a rep
upright rows: not particularly "up" but i was doing my sets with 155, felt good enough
shoulder press: new exercise, did it for concentration & isolation
db shoulder flys: did front and lateral. First set was normal, 2nd set was up in reps, so it seems my recovery is a little bit better

Shoulders got rock hard, all my muscles felt really dense today, kind of a spring loaded feeling, it felt nice.

Juice, i do cardio only on nonlifting days, which are keto


Another thing I wanted to touch on is i have talked to CompEdgeLabs about my Mdrol experience and he has really been very kind to me throughout the whole controversy and to make up for my bad luck he has agreed to let me run a CEL product in the future. I wanted to make it clear... that even though i've said this a million times, the overwhelming majority of the mdrol is perfectly good... I was pretty unlucky that's all. I've gotten a lot of PM's from people with Mdrol asking me what other SD clones to get and I'm a little tired of it... Most clones are perfectly good.... I usually buy the cheapest ones I can find. I don't want the word BUNK being thrown around too much because in actuality it is a very rare thing.

Nice progress bro and thanks! And thats good with the fat man, I know exactly what you mean. It's always good to feel oxidization (and you really don't have that much fat to drop). And your up to two drops of letro...that's d*** powerful stuff so if any estrogen problems are there they should be gone VERY soon. Nice work so far bro! Keep us posted

That's good to hear. Everyone I know who ran Mdrol blew up. I'm sitting on some right now, waiting to run it with test and you talking about how yummy your SD-1 is is making me wanna start even more. P-plex made me euphoric and I'm hoping to get that feeling again with mdrol.

Mdrol never gave me that euphoric feeling. It's phera that does that. Mdrol makes most people feel ****ty actually. It definitely makes me tired as hell though.

I wanted to update now because it's weird, i have nipple sensitivity, it's not bad but if i press on them they are noticably sensitive, and my libido feels a little boost, I am thinking that very small amounts of test from the prop and phenylprop esters are starting to take effect.
 
I love being in on cycle. That is one thing I didn't expect once I started using aas, is how great it feels and how addictive it is because of that! 500+mg of test and I swear I feel like freakin king of the world!
 
man i told you i wasnt trippin when i started having nip problems in week 2! haha. good thing you got some letro bro. i love being on cycle just as much as everyone else in here. ill never forget my first cycle...i seriously felt so euphoric thru out the entire 4 week run. i like drugs....and if you do too, you know how great that felt! hahaha. i wonder what gives certain types the euphoric quality? is it like the more androgenic the substance, the more euphoric it is? idk...im just taking a wild guess. maybe theres a reason? maybe theres not

it could just be that the elevated testosterone levels are giving you that alpha male feeling, and in turn causing a euphoric effect as well. thats how i always feel, as if im on top of the world because i know im going to be getting bigger and stronger as the days progress...

It's the madol that does that.The dmt makes you feel up persay. Almost everone that takes phera gets that.
 
Day 11, 227 (+9)

so today has been pretty good all day, i'm feeling really hard, had a random nosebleed this morning, and felt pretty good & alpha earlier today, like "just try and start **** with me," that kind of feeling. But i dunno, i usually feel like that after a good workout, and it was a good workout today

LEGS

pretty much just did a lot of squats and calves, i had some back pumps acting up and i decided SLDL's would be a bad idea. Back pumps were annoying but went away as soon as I stopped doing squats.

Squats were up 2 reps on my heaviest set
Calves, i didn't increase reps, but i went to a higher weight and repped it pretty hard.

I'd say the main thing I noticed with my workout was improved recovery and a feeling of confidence. I love being on cycle, I know i can make increases every week when I'm on Superdrol, so I just plan it out and I do it.

Nips still feel a litlte sensitive and libido still feels elevated

I know exactly what you mean, I think i get it more from SD than from test though, SD makes me feel jacked 24/7 and the strength makes me feel invincible.

Yeah i had heard so many people talk about taking 4 weeks to kick in i didn't think very much about the release times but it makes sense that i've taken 5*250mg = 1.25g of test in a 10 day period so yeah I should be feelin something ;). You know I love drugs lol... they are powerful tools at our disposal. As for causing euphoria, it's supposed to be from steroids like testosterone or steroids that are similar to test in that they aromatize like Dbol. But i've never completely understood it. Maybe it's the steroids that are supposed to boost libido that cause the most euphoria and "up" feeling, as these should be steroids similar to test.

Because then I feel anything is possible and that I am just unstoppable, temporarily immortal, lol... So i get this feeling from SD because of the strength gains, and the lack of soreness, feel so capable, so powerful.

Man reading this is making me want to be back on cycle. I did legs today and felt like quitting after squats. Felt like they were going to explode.
 
Day 12, 226 (+8)

Day 12, I am loving it

Nipples still sensitive, good libido, feel good & alert at all times. I am still playin with letro doses to work on the nipple sensitivity, currently at 3 drops ed, although i feel even more will be needed

Shot 1mL of sust and 1mL of mast (6th injection). I love injections... all previous injection sites feel normal now, and since i'm on the 2nd round in each muscle, i'm not really noticing anything in terms of soreness or pain.

About my weight, i did expect it to keep increasing, but i feel a little bit of leaning out is in the works, i do not feel leaner than pre-cycle, but i feel leaner than most of the previous days in this cycle, so i'm getting rid of that initial bloat but staying up 8 pounds.

ARMS DAY
every bicep & tricep exercise supersetted (with resting time)
close grip bench
standing ez bar curls
weighted dips
seated db curls
cable pressdowns
concentration curls

Everything was either up or just felt more solid. I haven't trained close grip bench in a while but I got up to 285 which I feel is pretty good. Standing ez bar curls up to 155 (my PR is 155*8 and i did 6 so i am close). Dips really felt normal, was not impressed. Seated dumbell curls I was able to go nuts on, i did a set with fast intense reps for 60*12 and then a set with slow and controlled reps for 60*8.
The cable pressdowns and concentrations curls were the finishers, they felt really good though, great mind-muscle connection, and a great ability to do an extra rep or 2 rather than fail.

Maybe you can tell, i like arms day a lot, lol, it's my favorite day.

Pump was great but i've had similar pumps naturally before. The increased hardness and vascularity was really noticable though. And thanks to SD my whole chest and shoulder area was just popping out. Looking nice and jacked and stacked.

I'm happy

Day 13, 226 (+8)

Seem to have stabilized out at 226. I think that my BF looks the same as when I started now, so the gains are lean. I feel that at first, i blew up quick with a lot of water, and i have since been exchanging water for some more solid mass slowly. I feel that's really what SD and a lot of quick bulkers do, is blow you up fast with water and glycogen, facilitating actual LBM gains in the weeks after that, so weight gain levels out even though LBM is increasing and some of the initial water is going away.

That's why I don't like 3 week SD standalone cycles and don't understand how people think they are gaining 10lbs of LBM on them

TRAINING
Got myself deep into keto and did 40 minutes of cardio with pretty high intensity, i'm continuing the ketosis with protein powder, peanuts and steak in the meantime while i get some work done.
I like pushing cardio a little longer and harder when I'm on cycle because I am not at all concerned with going catabolic.

I don't have any sides to report today, I feel pretty normal, just with better muscle hardness and vascularity, and my muscles appear a little more swole. I guess i do have nip sensitivity as a side -- i am still figuring out the letro dose that is the absolute minimum to deal with it, looks like it's going to be more than I had thought, i'm now taking 5 drops a day which is ~.3mg which I think should be sufficient...

It is so difficult to decipher any mental effects from placebo, maybe I am a little more focused and feel confident & decisive, but I might feel these mental effects just from the physical effects alone... Anytime i've got guaranteed progress, I feel capable & confident.
 
I hear ya about the placebo stuff. Im almost done w/ my 1st cycle and looking back, it took about 5 weeks for my stuff to kick in. I didn't know what I was really looking for but its liek once ya know it, you know. lol

I also wanted to say that I exchanged some PM's with seth roberts today and he is THE MAN. He's been extremely helpful for me, moreso than I can say.
 
Day 14, 227 lbs (+9)

2 weeks down, up 9, I'd say the same bodyfat, pretty much just looks like my muscles are pumped further.

Today is supposed to be another day of ketosis but I wasn't sore anywhere, so i decided it's time to hit the iron again, and moved up a day on my schedule and trained DC back/chest/shoulders

TRAINING
DC style on everything
Incline with negatives
T-bar rows
Incline dumbell flys
Pullups (wide grip)
Lateral raises

I only got one significant increase, and that was on the DB lateral raises (was hitting the 40's, 38 DC reps). Everything else felt good but really did not increase significantly. I had an amazing feeling in my lats when doing the t-bars, like they were just tearing up, but after that i still did 14 pullups on my first DC set. The incline bench was tough, 225 with negatives isn't easy for me. Anyway, had a superb pump and I definitely killed myself.

I've been feeling good and mellow. Really i was feeling more wired a few days back when the SD was kicking, i think the side effects and the effects that you can easily feel might relate to the derivative of the concentration curve, so as it's building up, body adapts faster, more effects/sides are noticable. Cuz now i feel pretty normal, no mental effects to note. And i had gotten back pumps last time i trained back, this time nothing.

I'm gonna stick with 5 drops of letro ED for me, the nipple sensitivity is diminishing and the puffiness is reducing, hopefully this is the minimum I need to keep estro in check.

What else... can't wait for the damn injects to kick in. I had noted a libido boost earlier and now I don't really notice anything. We'll see.

What time of day do you take your letro? Does it matter when one takes their AI?

always at night

i don't know how much it matters... I have just heard that estrogen peaks overnight, so I've always dosed AI's at night

Day 15, 225 (+7)

Ok so today the weigh in was low and my workout disappointed me, didn't make any increases this time

TRAINING
dc arms/legs
preacher curls
close grip bench (smith)
seated db hammer curls
cable pushdowns
widowmaker squats
calve raises

The only exercise that I was satisfied with was my seated hammer curls, pumping 70's for DC reps. Overall though i was surprised at the lack of increases yesterday and today (my two DC workouts) because I had made good increases during my regular heavy workouts earlier on

So i talked to Crazyfool405 and we're gonna change up this routine:

Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Arms/Shoulders
Friday: Ketosis day, cardio/abs
Saturday: Depletion workout followed by carb refeed (600g carbs)
Sunday: Ketosis day, cardio/abs

To get the weightgain started again, fat will be increased (more olive oil) everyday, mostly in the afternoon because I'm always going for keto in the afternoons. Remember this is mostly keto, I just have carbs in a few meals pre-WO and post-WO. Outside of that i only have carbs very rarely in the evenings on lifting days (if i am particularly sore, or the food is particularly good...) and on the refeed day of course.

I dunno about these injects kicking by the end of this week (3rd week) so I am thinking of running the SD a little longer into the 4th week, I'll see


SIDES
Really feel very normal today, just feel a bit more hard and vascular than natural, other than that there is very slight nip sensitivity but obviously decreasing from 5 drops of letro ED. If my letro is sufficient to knock the tenderness down to nothing then I will decrease the dose and adjust from there.
No mental affects, no lethargy, no headaches, no appetite loss, no aggression, no backpumps, no trouble sleeping... Really the only difference is like i said, a little more hard, vascular, and that nip sensitivity that my letro dose is apparently taking care of.

Oh and I look pretty good too. My abs have been showing a little better the last few days. Maybe... the letro is working to decrease nip tenderness so I can assume it's also helping to shed some excess waterweight
 
Yea that letro is potent. It could definetely be hindering gains. Of course other factors may be contributing, but I would alter the dose of AI and see what happens.
 
UR, Doesnt adex act a little quicker than letro, where letro has to build up, and is less harsh?

nope...letro needs some time to reach peak serum levels but should be effective from the first dose. As for less harsh...i dont know what your referring to? If you mean that adex suppress's estro more...than no again.
