216 (got dehydrated yesterday)

workout day: legs

went pretty well. Get pretty burned out after a few sets. I never need to train much volume at all. Looking forward to being on cycle and having a lot more muscular endurance.
 
Unreal, how fast do you get into ketosis? I guess HIIT on the first keto day would help alot. I've never seen the diet cycled like that. I might have to implement that technique in my next bulk- i store alot of fat as well when bulking, even if I eat clean.

I'm not 100% sure but I think if i eat X calories of carbs, i need to wait until i've burned off X calories of carbs before my body can transition to burning fat.

Main goal is staying close to ketosis to maximize insulin sensitivity as well as supercompensation. Everythng is planned a specific way so that he is eating only what he depletes plus a tad more. To ensure slow feasable muscle gain.

This is why keto days are important and on those days its ok to eat a slightly over maintence with protein and fat alone.

220 lbs

workout: arms

not bad, trained more for a volume and a pump than for strength as usual, got some good sets in, my favorite was seated alternating dumbell curls, 55*10*3

That's more like what i expected for an answer. Has this technique worked before? I know you said everything is tentative, but it's hard for me to believe that someone could grow substantially from just eating a little more than they're burning, even with AAS.
 
It does work, my weight is up about 5 pounds from when i started this diet and training, no supplements. The diet and training was tailored for me because I gain weight easily, i usually gain muscle decently well too, it's doing it without gaining fat that's a problem. The carb cycling helps to greatly attenuate fat gains.

Its crazy but that's also the genious with the refeeds. Forces anabolism. Have.a day to drop water then solidify the gains over the next 10-12 days.

Its really something you have to try to see it work.

Its all very person dependant as well. Also the keto days increase insulin sensitiviy and the low carb before workout helps deplete more glycogen to enable better supercompensation.

There's really a method to it. There's always some kinks to be straightened out while starting. The first 2 refeeds are where u learn the most about ur body

Remember even keto days ur not really counting ur intake. Just make sure u hit ur number for protein and just add oil to every meal or what not. It'll keep calories high so there should not be a dip in weight loss. Salt is important on keto days as well to keep ur hardness

Day 1: 218 lbs, +0

Really exciting moment for me right now, i'm opening up my PD SD-1... I always unscrew it to force that plastic wrap off the top, then rip the wrap off... I'm getting the cotton out... Pills are BIG, and blue, much bigger than most of the 10mg pills you see in the transparent caps... And i'm downing it. HMMM Superdrol.

Took it with a nice fatty meal; i'm keto today, no lifting. I do DC training tomorrow and Wednesday

I have to apologize to everyone for one mistake i've made, i didn't have all the syringes i need on hand before i announced this, and they should have arrived last week but it'll be today or tomorrow so i'll have to delay my injects a couple days... No big deal though... SD is still ON!

Edit: Ok weighed in at 218 today. That'll be my baseline for this cycle. Let the games begin. I did 20mg SD-1 Pre-WO and 10mg post-WO. I feel like there's more pump in me but first day is all about placebo so i'll holdon a few days to see how good this stuff is... Tomorrow is DC chest/back/shoulders, I can't wait to start killing it, i'll do 20mg SD pre-WO, see how good the pumps get... :)

This is very interesting. I'm thinking about changing my diet up now that my metabolism has started to change over the past 2 years.

I might have to look into something like this. I make great gains with large CHO intake, but it comes with mid-section fat gains as well.

If you don't mind unreal, what does your DC training regimen look like? Also, do you like the five day, individual body part split more so than a back/bi chest/tri etc. type of split? Or is this particularly for the lean bulk cycle you are running?

DC days are 1) chest/back/shoulders and 2) legs/arms

I like the 5 days of consecutive lifting, gives me a great chance to pound everything very hard. The goal is to get every part of my body sore. I don't like chest/tri and back/bi pairings, as after all my presses, my triceps are too tired to press as much, and after all of my pulls, my biceps can't pull as much; i feel these pairings limit the amount of heavy weight you can do for your isolated arms exercises.

With 5 days, i get to hit everything when it's fresh, that means more weight, that means better gains.. IMO... my training style is all about weight... always has been. My reps are fast, my negatives are fast, my rest periods are long, and I will get my form sloppy if it means i can agonizingly squeeze out more reps, to me this is how strength is born... I do more slow reps and tight contractions on DC days.

any affects from SD-1? you're taking 30mg, right? thats a pretty good dose that should make some impression!!

i feel like i have a good out of gym pump which is all i can expect from 30mg of SD on the first day but obviously it's too soon for me to say anything DEFINITE, i'm going to find out in the gym tomorrow, i'm expecting some pretty big pumps.
 
for a first day w/o working out thats all you can ask for... if you felt some pumps while out of the gym that an encouraging sign
 
Day 2, 217 lbs (-1)

Weight's down, i couldn't plan my meals out right before the weigh in, i will do better tomorrow.

I trained DC chest/back/shoulders

Went pretty normal, i think my pump was better than average, but my recovery was totally normal. I am a little behind on my cals today so i have to work on some food soon.

Good news, the syringes i needed came in today... shipment was just a lil slow but it's all good.

So how i'm going to do this is i'm going to pin myself today to make up for yesterday and then pin myself again tomorrow. So i'm right back on track.
 
dont know if its the sust or mast, but that sh!t leaves me sore for days....it blows. i pinned a lil more than 1ml sust on thursday and my a$$ is still sore....hope its not a sterile abcess....i need to see the doc about a cold anyway though...

I hope i don't get sore like that, i'll see. I just put 2mL in my quad, 1mL sust and 1mL mast, it was real smooth for me, no pain.
 
Nos be carefule with the sust and mast. Cut it with oil and tghat won't happen again or it will be significantly less. Don't injectg in there for 2 weeks
 
I have a real good out of gym pump... Muscle hardness feels very good... I flexed my bicep hard and it cramped up... I've been mad thirsty and drinking tons of water... All look like good indications to me.

Something is definitely going on though, the pump in and out of the gym is noticable... So i think my muscles are building up that anabolic environment.

My workout was pretty normal, nothing was particularly "UP" although i can't complain about anything. It was DC arms and legs. I got 255*20 on squats. It was really hard.

I pinned again this morning, another mL of sust and mL of mast. This gear is painless i don't feel anything when shooting 2mL and my quad where i pinned yesterday, i can barely barely tell i pinned there.

Anyway, **** should be getting good in the next few days

Wow I feel a little better now. I tweaked my back squatting 235*20 on monday. I feel ur pain widowmakers r a way of punishing urself for sure.

Hope this Super clone treats u well and u swell up some more.

what did you do you working set at? this diet looks very confusing to say the least! it had better make you hyooge considering all the headache thats gonna go into it. Cycle looks fun though, and you really didnt lose much during your time off....blow it up man! But remember, if you hit 250lbs before me then we are no longer freinds! for serial!

hey mooch glad you caught this. Yea i actually gained a few pounds in my time off, more fat than muscle but maintained a decent build. That set was my working set for legs. Did i mention i don't train much volume? lol... hit it hard, recover, and hit it again. I usually do more for legs on DC legs day but today I just did that and then calves, for my calves i did a triple dropset that left them pumped and aching.

Mooch if i ever hit 250 pounds again it'll probably be a fat or bloated 250. I really want to stay under 10%

What is your goal for weight? F$ken crazy cycle, that'd be awsome if you gain 25-30 on this one.

My cycle goal is 230 pounds and 8% BF.

I am not expecting a lot of weight gain really... I am not eating for a bulk, i am eating for a lean bulk. SD will put some weight on me, but from my experience with test I am not expecting much from that, and I expect 0 size from mast of course. I would rather drop some BF than add extra pounds... I don't compete so if i get much bigger i'll really stand out, especially when i wear a tight shirt, if i don't wear XL's the shirt is always skin tight around my arms.
 
oh...your widowmaker is your only leg set? i usually do two sets...one heavy around 6 reps and then the widow afterwords....with the proper warm-ups of course.
