Went back for more cardio and a few sets of back to get the blood flowing and a good sweat on! (In my hoodie and alone-just me and my music) Such a stress reliever to get to go after work and zone out for a while!

Yay for Friday! Today was leg day! On paper, this one didn't seem too hard but it was a butt kicker for sure! Exhausted legs before squats and deads! Legs are fried! It's definitely a completely different tired that my previous workouts that had more aerobic style built into them.

Happy Saturday! Got 9 hours or sleep last night! Ahh felt soooo good!! Legs are nice and tender today but functional. Let me say it again...I love MacaPro! Af usually stays for 8+ days but 4 days and I'm done and only 1 rough day!!!!! YAY!!!!! I usually take Saturdays off but hubby went golfing, daughter is at a friends house, and my son loves playing in kids care at the gym. So that's what we did! :) I took him to moes afterwards. Haha it only took about an hour. It's amazing! I try to catch up on Saturdays! I like my sleep! Lol

I think she is actually Wasme sister with all that volume. Killer workout! I've never had 9 hours of sleep even after taking an ambien.

Haha wasme's much younger milf sister! Lol

I use to sleep for 16-24 hours on my sleeping pills and wake up drowsy as heck. My weekends didn't exist. It was crazy!!! I function better with 5-6 hours of sleep. :)

Calories increased to 1800 and drop in BF means you are adding on muscle! Very high volume workout there! Be proud Kat!

Hahaha thanks Puccah and Turff!! :) I'm a high maintenance sleeper- I require 8 hours to fully function so the 4 1/2-5 hours throughout the week kick my butt!

Happy Monday! Last week of summer so a rough week at work ahead...start it of with an awesome workout. Daughter called in the last 10 mins panicking because the dog had gotten sick in her room...and then got pulled over on the way to work for not coming to a complete stop before turning right on red!
