Thanks guys! I think we are far enough inland that it should be mostly rain while wind is guesstimated to be up to gusts of 35mph. Definitely praying for the safety of all it hits though! Could be pretty bad!

Just gusts 35 mph? That's normal for here in Kansas! Especially in Western Kansas. Lol!

Haha yeah I totally meant that as “only 35mph” ...stormy winds but nothing to board up windows or anything.

Right. We didnt even board up windows for Hurricane Betsy, or Hurricane Andrew. I could fish in my driveway the next day but wasn't that bad. Good Luck

Oh I tried...he offered this past weekend and as expected it took less than 30 secs for him to start getting distracted. Less than 5 mins before there was a completely different focus if you get my drift! Lol

Just tell him when you have him start... see this 15 minute timer? You can't have the goods until it goes off Mister... Do the work and don't get distracted or no sessy time for you!

Was running a bit behind this morning. Got confused on what time to leave I guess. Ended up getting to the gym about 10 after 5. Shortened my circuits to 12 mins each but was able to still push the full 5 rounds.

So training this morning was great! Really loving my new workouts! Today was lower body day. Legs were shaking and dead when I left! Went back for cardio but ended up doing more rolling/release work around my hips. (Sooooooo painful but so worth it!) Goal is to be able to get back to full function one of these days!

Just put your towel on it and tell him you are using it already. Ask him to use one of the other ones, or at least be willing to move when you come over to use it since you had it first... If not a total ass hat he should be willing to comply.

No just put the bag on the seat, or hanging from a moving part so that they must move it to use the machine... then they can not act like they did not know you were using it.
