I am sorry for your family's loss. It's sad how sometimes it takes a death to actually get families to come together. The busy schedules of our lives seem to make getting away impossible until something happens. Hope you have safe travels and can focus on the good times while there.

Ugh!! Managed to hurt my back again! Lower thoracic area like I did a few years back. Was just warming up on Deads and felt it on rep #3. Stopped Deads and stretched/rolled immediately! Took a muscle relaxer and iced it post workout! Sure hope I caught it before hurting it as bad as before! It doesn’t feel good, that’s for sure! ����*![]()
Damn Kat sucks to hear of the back giving you issues again. Seems every month I see something spiking for you and that blows. Nothing like a set back to keep you grounded and plateuaing. :/Ugh!! That's too funny and so true!!! Let it go man!!!! Liberate yourself from the insecurity of MPB!!!! Once you put the razor to it you are in control. You are no longer a victim of MPB but someone who cut it off at it's root!
I always promised myself I would NEVER have a comb over. I just think they are the epitome of insecurity when it comes to making people do things that make things worse... The day I shaved my head was the day that I was in the mirror fixing my hair, I had that old ceaser cut where it was short and everything pulled forward. I notices I was "guiding" some of the hair over a thin sport in the center of my hairline and suddenly realized. HOLY CRAP, this is how it begins!!! I immediately rinsed the product out of it and took the clippers to it. I have felt more confident and less worried about something so inconsequential since I took control of the situation. It is well worth it if the thinning actually bothers you that much.
Now if you have a melon shaped like Sloth's from the Goonies then maybe you should hold on to your hair as long as possible...

LMBO! My problem is that when I cut my hair too short on the sides I look like I have Ross Perot ears. Shaving it completely bald would probably be even worse. Lol!

Feel better Kat! Hopefully you caught it in time. You might try adding in some KB Swings in your pre Dead warm ups to help warm up and activate all of the muscles needed for the lift.
Back is much better today! Thanks everyone for your well wishes! Thankfully I’ve been able to continue my workouts. Just a few modifications & lighter on a few exercises. I’ve been using a nice hard medicine ball to roll at the end of my workouts which seems to be helping too! The muscles around my hips and glutes stay ridiculously tight these days!
Sounds like you just need a good hip and glute massage every night......and maybe morning.......and maybe mid-day. :evil:
