I Grille almost every Sunday Evening my lunches for the up coming week - This week Steak & Chicken !! It's quick and easy and not a lot of cleanup !!
 
I broiled some salmon for a couple of my meals. Gotta go to the store for the rest of the meals though!

Office was closed last week and hubby took off so we had a week long staycation! We did take a small, one night trip, to the beach but otherwise just hung out around the house. Lots of lake time for sure! It was a nice break! Back at the gym this morning. Felt good to be back!! Even excited to see a little separation in my upper chest

It really is! That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay home! We went out on the lake every day either kayaking, floating, and/or fishing. Love it!!!

I love wearing my scrubs to work! Almost as good as workout clothes! Haha

I got a bit lenient with choices on my nutrition for a while. Making poor choices. I never went crazy and ate super bad but just more processed crap. Plus, I was drinking a good bit of adult beverages which are definitely not low in calories. lol Needless to say, it was not helping me reach my goals. Just under a month ago, I changed that as well as starting osta & cardarine. I am looking to add pharma clen and t3 as well. I haven’t taken measurements (bc I can’t find it ) I have only lost 1 lb according to the scale but I can tell a big difference already. Nowhere near where I want to be but progress is progress!

Good morning! I’m gonna get back to logging my workouts. I am currently training a friend so trying to keep things where she can train with me at her own pace. (Well, somewhat lol) We superset most everything so there’s little to no rest between sets.

Started with cardio intervals of incline walking and running. Tried to keep the intensity about mid level to keep from wearing myself out too much for lifting. She can’t train until 6 so I just get there at 5:30 to get cardio in.
