I think eating right is the biggest battle...if you find you’re not dropping like you want then drop 1-200 calories. Do that for a week or two and then drop another 1-200...so much easier (and long lasting) than big cuts all at once!
This. Not only is it easier, it's also more sustainable. People that do the drastic cuts can't or have a very difficult time maintaining that cut. It's very easy to get burned out that way.
