**I was having a lot of trouble with getting lightheaded/dizzy and my heart was racing. I tried to ignore it and just take deep breaths but I was nervous pushing it with my blood clot not knowing if it was related or not. So I went upstairs and dos cardio on the Cybex machine

20 mins cardio

**was feeling ok so I decided to go back downstairs to try lifting again. This time I just went with exercises that would keep me upright instead of bending down. Seemed to help.

I really didn't seem to have anymore trouble as long as I didn't bend down or change positions drastically/quickly. It may also be my blood pressure. It's often fairly low. It was 105/61 after work but I didn't think to check it after training. Will probably go without my PWO to see if it's stim related as well.

Your BP is superb. I hope this issue is temporary and seasonal.

That could be considered a little low for a female our age. Target bp for us is 115/75. Mine usually runs 110/70. Is that a normal reading for you, Kat? What you are describing is common symptoms of low bp. That's how I get when mine gets a little low.

When I lost my 85lbs my blood pressure was low for awhile and would get dizzy when I would bend over or stand up quickly.

Thanks everyone! It is probably blood pressure. I usually have fairly low bp. My resting HR is usually very low as well. I didn't have near the trouble today but I didn't have to bend over much either so that helped!

**Seated box jumps were originally part of this workout but with the blood clot, I have avoided box jumps/sprints or any impact exercise like that.

Yeah this is what I told her it wasn't the 105 that made me think that, it was the 61, that is low, and that is the one that drops quickly when standing fast. because there is no pressure in between beats. My wife deals with this on a regular basis.
Thank you! 34 feels pretty good! :)

Happy Belated Birthday, I missed it, sorry!
