I'm currently taking scivation and love it. It's not too strong. Protein shakes are difficult for me because I don't like them too sweet. My go to will always be optimum nutrition. :)
 
Glad to see my two girls are still kicking butt!! Have you guys finished up your Christmas shopping??? I haven't even started. I go on the 29th for my surgery. Probaly out of gym well lifting anyways for 6 weeks.

APS and iForce Nutrition both have great protein powders that's she would like and I think she would like iForce's PWO max out unless she loves a killer stim PWO- then APS Mesomorph would be up her ally!

I am gathering that my blood pressure is the issue so I'm doing my best to avoid things that cause dizziness along with drinking more water to see if that helps any. So far the blood clot is still the same size. (About the size of a ping pong ball -just on the inside of my right knee) It isn't as tender but my right leg in general is uncomfortable. Still no word from the vascular surgeon. I'm sure it will be Jan before I get in to see him.

no Bueno ! Yeah make sure you stand up slowly to keep from your blood pressure dropping too quickly to compensate .

What's a goooooooddd otc appetite suppressant? For some reason my hunger has gone crazy.

Depending on BF%, Basic or Metabolic Rebirth have been helping guys (I'm waiting to crack open my Rebirth soon).

Epitome is hit or miss on it; makes some have no appetite and others ravenous lol.

IIRC, most say Norcodrene kills appetite, too.

I enjoy training them lol. Was super fired up for dead lifts (straight leg) did them after I was spent no energy for everything else


On aside note I was doing my hamstring curls single leg and some kid comes up to me (mid set the weigh is moving) asking if I am using the plate I just looked at him shocked

I'm just a recluse period. I force myself to get out more for my toddler, but I'm the ultimate introvert.. I love being at home.

We did dinner and drove through Christmas in the Park tonight (tons of companies, schools, churches, etc. with light displays all through the park).

Just so you know, I've been training...just haven't felt like logging it. Today's workout was great. Still babying my leg and not going over 135 for squats though...down another 2 lbs as I've been upping my calories! Whoop whoop!

And yes, I go through spurts of when I want to be social. Part of it for me is I lived alone from age 18 til 2 years ago when I got married. So literally 10 years with no roommate.

I'm an academic advisor so my days consist of 8 hours of talking and interacting one on one (or sometimes with families or occasionally doing presentations). By the time I'm done, I usually don't want to talk to anyone at all.

And I battle with what I'd basically say is a mild depression where I sometimes just get into a funk where I don't want to interact with anyone (it's different online somehow -- typing is easy because it's silent compared to actually talking). But that stems from the years I battled with my weight gain from the stupid pituitary tumor. I'd always been in good shape so when I was fat I just didn't even want to be seen and I'd spend as much time in my home as possible. Been hard to break that habit sometimes.

I am very similar. I interact with patients and parents all day! If it wasn't for my family...I don't know that I would do much of anything other that work, gym, and sleep. I say that but I feel like I stay on the go! Lol Much of it include hobbies like cakes and crafts.
