Squats looked good Kat. 10x10 is no joke!!
Kat first of all very good on the squats, the only thing I saw is that it was your core where you were showing the most pressure. It was fairly minor but if you are looking for ways to strengthen that would be a good place to start. Killer job though. Most of us are going to encounter some core issues from time to time.

Kat it is not that serious but core work would do what you need to get rid of that tiny hitch. Your squats are really good but to make them even better I believe some extra core work would really help. Planks, wheel of death etc... That could be said about almost anybody though.

It's just a little hitch, a really strong core will give you a ton of confidence through, can't lose.

That is one sexy and strong looking arm and your lats are so thick and well developed! I for one am VERY IMPRESSED by this picture.Went back at lunch got 45 mins of cardio in...was going to try to video the 50's since I had a few mins left but I grabbed the 30's to wu and could tell it wasn't going to happen! Lol

The single rear delts with the db's I find you release tension if you bring back the db all the way. I only bring it back to just before I lose tension. It's easier with the cable as it keeps tension all the way through.

Yes on your way down I stop where there is still tension. I try to keep tension throughout the movement and use 0 inertia.
