I'm the heaviest I've been in a long time! It's a huge mental thing for me but all of you really help encourage me to not focus on the number! Great workout, and don't let the weight get to you. You look great and continue to improve at everything you do. That is just a number and not the measurement of your progress. We can all give you a pretty good measurement of your progress, and it is continuous. Oh speaking on the way you are looking now, that picture from the lake... well just dayum! That's a sexy athletic body!
 
Good solid chest workout Katness!! The cake is awesome but yours always are. How's the kids liking school being back? Or have they started? Mine started last Monday. Oh btw 215.5 this weekend!!

I don't own a belt but unfortunately clothes aren't loose either! I've gained dat with the muscle. Not a ton but I can tell it's there!
