I'm the heaviest I've been in a long time! It's a huge mental thing for me but all of you really help encourage me to not focus on the number! I know things are changing and I have a lot more muscle than last year! I just have to stay focused and keep pushing forward! It's a slow process! We can all give you a pretty good measurement of your progress, and it is continuous. Oh speaking on the way you are looking now, that picture from the lake... well just dayum! That's a sexy athletic body!
