Hubby went to the gym with me today! I walked him through a simple full body workout! I kept the weight light- didn't want him to feel pressure to lift too much. I'm proud of him though! He did very well! He has the old injury on his left leg that caused him to have severe muscle atrophy to his quad. We will have to do a lot of rehab type work to slowly build that back!

I didn't really break sweat but I was just happy he was there! I tried to take it really easy on him...He even signed up for the rest of my contract! I really hope he continues! The insurance approved special injections for his bad knee, so he's hoping that will help him stay motivated.
Happy to say my shoulders and abs are crazy sore from yesterday! My shoulders rarely get very sore so I'm very happy!!

Most women with supply issues get donated milk from other women. The buying & selling of human breast milk is illegal in most states in the US....my state being one of them. We still have about 2 gallons in our deep freezer. I use it when my guy gets sick. I should put some in my protein shakes...get those gains!! Kidding. Kidding.![]()

Thank you! I gave him one last night and this morning! Poor guy is crazy sore! He has been inactive basically since we got married and it got even worse when he shattered his tibia 4 years ago. The smallest things wear him out so I'm looking forward to him feeling better from the exercise and building muscle back. Plus--I would love for him to be able to lift with me and us push each other! The support would be nice!!

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! Ours was great! Kept it simple on the 4th without the kids. Just had some friends over and hung out in our patio. Ended up staying up way too late (2am) they all drank too much. Luckily, I stopped MUCH earlier than they did. I can definitely tell I'm holding water from it though.
