Honestly, its really refreshing having a girl approach you. I actually had this happen this weekend at the pool in my apartment (first time in like years haha - apparently cutting went well this year ;) ). Straight up walked right up to me and asked if i was single... I was shocked.

I try not to mess with woman that are already in a relationship, unfortunately every woman that hits on me straight forward is in a damn relationship or married, like "really??" no damn morals or heart these days 95% of the time.. cause obviously their not with the guy for the right reasons if their literally trying to force me into doing something.

that hard work is really paying off, your looking stout and I see them obliques,your lookin very firm in all area's so don't worry bout the scale! its all good weight obviously, great workout. :)

It is funny you look at this pic and zero in on a tiny bit of fat and everyone looks at it and sees that you have a nice line where your abs and obliques meet. If your shoulders aren't too sore reach around and give yourself a pat on the back and congratulate yourself for gaining 10+ lbs of lean muscle this year.

Haha, Cros are definitely ridiculously comfy. Just not for wearing in public unless you are a Puccah, who can get away with odd things. Otherwise if appearance is any concern the Crocs with the holes in the specifically are ugly as sin. I know I have a pair! LMAO! clown007 I have done construction and painting in mine too. Pretty cool the paint gets on the rubber you wait a little bit and peel it off. LOL

I do dig the pink crocs with the Hello Kitty Socks! I have this vision of the rest of the outfit as being short shorts or cute pink school girl mini-skirt, button down top unbuttoned to the lower sternum with a push up bra, some heavy framed glasses, pig tails and a red lollipop! puccah8808 you have 2 days to make this picture a reality... AND GO!!!!

Sorry it's taken so long to get this posted! It was a SUPER busy day today at work plus we had a meeting at lunch so no stopping really!

Today was remedial day...its was a little mixture of things. Don't guess I realized there was a little shoulder work in there too! Shoulders are sore from Tuesday! Struggled a little figuring out exactly what to do on some of the exercises so they are what I "thought" he wanted but very likely could be wrong! Lol Feel free to point me in the right direction. (That's why I took all of the videos) The ab work, I adjusted myself. My ab strength sucks too! Legs were bent on the leg raises but this will be good to get that built up!

damn you killed it girl on all of them, just seen you mention the vids so i checked them out and it all looks on point to me, those external/internal delt rotations are extremely critical and ALOT of people don't know about them but they hit those ancillary/secondary muscles that you don't get without very specific concentration movies, you can do those with cables as well but i like the DBs cause they make you really stabilize it more, cables are nice for the constant tension though. but those moves will make it so you can press a hell of a lot more without getting that's stubborn injuries. awesome routine!

Hubby went to the gym with me today! I walked him through a simple full body workout! I kept the weight light- didn't want him to feel pressure to lift too much. I'm proud of him though! He did very well! He has the old injury on his left leg that caused him to have severe muscle atrophy to his quad. We will have to do a lot of rehab type work to slowly build that back!

I didn't really break sweat but I was just happy he was there! I tried to take it really easy on him...He even signed up for the rest of my contract! I really hope he continues! The insurance approved special injections for his bad knee, so he's hoping that will help him stay motivated.

Happy to say my shoulders and abs are crazy sore from yesterday! My shoulders rarely get very sore so I'm very happy!!

Hahahaha aren't you mr quick! Fixed...thank you! Me too! Right now, they're just trying to hold off on having to replace it until he's 40! So crazy! He did a good job destroying that leg! Lol ;)
 
Hell yes! you know I was doing a study on milk and in one of my books it was stating that womans breastmilk was the most biologically available for protein at 98%! I thought to myself "damn, wheres my pregnant wifey when I need one!!" :-/

This is true!! Human milk is the most bioavailable nutrient dense source of nutrients for humans!!

Lol it's supposed to taste good too! So I've heard. Haha ;)

yates84 says it tastes funny...haha!! He accidently got some straight from the tap when I was breastfeeding. There are some bodybuilders out there who will pay big $ for breastmilk.
