Added in some shoulder press' today because there isn't an actual shoulder day scheduled this week and that's my slowest growing muscle group! These were started with the 2nd SS ...1 min rest between sets once I finished the others. Tried the Klokov Press' today thanks to

Overall, a really great workout today! Got some sleep last night so that really helps too! Funny thing, my legs are still sore from last week - which I think is mostly due to being in a car all weekend! Lol
