Kat and Puccah's Strong is the new sexy log

Made some more new friends! Woohoo! I was at the squat rack and they were on the Smith Machines. We were just chatting it up and I was gonna ask to work in with them but I chickened out, plus someone would kill me if he knew I messed with the Smith Machine! ??
 
I had a girl tonight ask me to spot her while she squatted. It was incredibly awkward. Impossible to spot someone squatting without looking extremely creepy. She looked like she was barely older than my oldest daughter which made it even more awkward.

That's alright! Nothing wrong with that, especially since you train alone. I just personally can't stand the feel of the smith machine.

I would be much more interested in talking to her if she wasn't so young. I seriously feel like the dirty old guy but maybe she just feels more comfortable talking to me than the guys her age. Either way it's weird for me.

Lol, I'm just teasing, Rocket. The men who were using the machine were older (44-58) but they were probably the most in shape guys at the gym. 2 were prepping for their show and 2 were powerlifters. I'm hoping that I can continue to chat with them and learn a few new things. They were very encouraging when they were watching me squat. ????????

I trained with a few girls today and we were able to push each other. I think I'm really liking this workout partner thingy. My quads and a** are so sore. We did heavy tire flips and that damn prowler! That sucker is no joke but we all hung in there and made it! ????

Workout was great this morning. I didn't even take any stims/pwo or anything. Pace was good. Still got a bit nauseous on some sets but it's too be expected. I did run out of time again today. (Way too many people in the way!) It's hard to rush Deads so I decided just to save them for lunch.

Very awesome workout katness!!! Glad you had a great weekend and good on the soccer games. My son played back to back games be of rainouts. They went 1 n 1. He saved the last game with a backfield defender block. Then the oldest had another bb torney all day. I love having Island blood lol natural tan oh yeah. Hope your Monday goes great too.
