If you really want to test the waters for your self to see your comfort levels you can do a burlesque photo shoot. Granted you pay the company. But I know that there are studios in so cal you can get buck a$$ naked and have fun. Worst case scenario you have some private professional photos for your self.

Puccah, do what makes you happy. If you're going to be uncomfortable with a pro photographer, I'm sure one of your female friends can do a " pretend" shoot with you. So you can get a feel for it.

Good morning and happy Thursday! Really struggled getting out of bed this morning. I've been pretty sleepy this week. Once I got out of bed and got moving I was ok. Lol I also tried a "Furious" sample by AI sports...I couldn't do it! It tasted like blue raspberry cough syrup! Hahaha Thankfully, I had some back up Epic in my car.

Happy Friday! I started off pretty frustrated with the scale reading this morning. Up 2/10 of a lb I know it's not much but it's supposed to be going down. This is why my calories got down between 1000-1250 for the longest time...The scripture of the day in my bible app helped encourage me along with 3 guys at the gym stopping me to compliment me! I told them they really made my day much better!!

Great session as always!

I'm a bit irked this morning. I have a "friend" who likes to critique my body. "You need to work on your other body parts". Do you honestly think I go into the gym every effn day and say, "oh, it's another leg day!!!" I am freaking top heavy, meaning I will always lose from my bottom first, no matter what the hell I do. I may not have super toned arms or a flat stomach, but I am STRONG and will freaking out lift most people! I am already hard on myself and I'm doing what I need to do, I don't need someone pointing out what I don't already like about myself.

I have one coach who critiques hard and makes me feel bad momentarily but next work out I'm remembing what he said and killing it even harder in the Gym..A fine line between hater and motivator

I get what you're saying but she puts me down to make herself feel good. The way she says it is rude. If my coach critiques me, it's fine. When someone who doesn't know how I train says something, that's when I get defensive. At 4'10 and 160, I'm not going to tell her she's fat.

The easiest way to lift yourself up is by putting someone else down. These are the people who always find the negatives in life and can never appreciate all the positive things. And PUCCAH you are a very positive thing for all of us here and who meet you.

Every guy loves a great ass and every girl wishes they had one so taking some backhanded comments from someone who sounds like theyre shaped like a donut is just the worst. I hate people like this.
