Kat and Puccah's Strong is the new sexy log

Some great work in here. Way to go on the double up training for muay thai Puccah, and Kat just slaying those weights as usual. I think the clen isn't a bad idea it treated you nicely last time.

Looks like it would be a beast! I need to start doing jumping jacks, and other lateral loading movements to strengthen my ankles. Never had a problem with them before but since less active in sports or recreational MMA training I can tell my ankles are both getting tighter and weaker.

That settles it, I will through this into my rotation on occasion. Be a good finisher.

Happy Good Friday everyone! Hubby took off half a day so we are having a mini spring break hanging out with the kids. Was going to try to go somewhere but we need to be here on Sunday because we are both in the praise band at church. So we decided to stay here. Gonna go to the movies and maybe bowling or something.

Workout was killer this morning!! Started off feeling really good but the deads wore me out! Went down quick! Lol

Did some band over and backs to try to work out the catch in my left shoulder. It's almost as if my left shoulder comes out of socket on the negative of my chin ups. So I mostly did assisted.

I would recommend BPC 157 over TB500 myself. I have used both. If you can afford to run them together though that is considered to be the best way.

That is such a huge change yeah you look hot but the thing is you have such a nice personality to go with the looks. Trust me that's not easy to find I'm around a ton of bikini competitors who guys drool.over.but so many are unpleasant personality wise

Happy Monday! Hit the ground running this morning and just now slowing down. Not for long though- I have my first official wedding cake, cake pop, and cupcake order this week! Excited and nervous!

Weekend was great! Ended up walking around the state house downtown and then grilling on Saturday. Sunday morning went to church and then stayed home the rest of the day hiding eggs with the kids and even sneaking in a nap! :) I hope you all had a great Easter weekend!
