Well its in her best interest to go light. By all means safety and taking care of your body comes first. She has to allow her body adapt to the training before she starts going back to back like that. For instance...when I am doing my 10x3 training...10 sets of 3 (heavy squats) are done on one day and then the day after its all my other leg workouts with 3 sets of 8-12 (leg press, SLDL's, Leg Extensions, lunges, etc.).

Well, she may not FEEL like she DID anything, but trust me, if it was her first time, then she'll be feeling it in 2-3 days (if not tomorrow). She has to make sure that she gets ENOUGH RECOVERY time! If she REALLY wants to go again tomorrow, make sure she goes a little lighter, and doesn't do much cardio for her legs! Definitely on Legs day I have made sure that she does her multijoint, compound exercises, and then on her Full-Body Circuit session 'easier' exercises, but for the same body-parts...More is NOT better, Kaley, babe...

Yeah, I think I may just go and do it lightly with no cardio. I used to go to the gym a lot so it's not my first time doing weights. And my legs are pretty beastly from soccer.... I think they could take another day of light-ish weights. :thumbsup:

imo about 13% bf is perfect for a girl. gives her enough meat to grab onto but still look great at the beach.

dude 13% is below average haha way below average. 6-8% is considered pretty extreme. Comes out to the equivalence of somewhere aroung 5-7% for a male i think. off season female competitors usually maintain around 14-18% i read somewhere

I wouldn't mind getting down to 12% though. I think it'll be pretty hard to maintain for me...

All my girlfriends are gifted with cute bodies that they don't have to lift a finger to get (execpt when they eat!) It's not fair. So yeah, I'm the only girl out of my friends who's into this kind of stuff.:head:
After going to my 10-year high school reunion last year, let me tell you how it works. Those skinny chicks with the "cute bodies" that "don't have to work out" run into this thing later in life called a slowed down metabolism. It usually hits them like a ton of bricks. Whereas the ones who actually had to put in work to look good ended up developing the good habits earlier in life, and have an easier time maintaining. I cannot tell you how many of those skinny "gifted" girls from back in my HS days came to that reunion fat and unrecognizable. It was shocking!!! And a lot of the thicker chicks (not fatties, mind you :lol:) from my early days ended up looking stunning!

Truth is, EVERYONE needs to work out. EVERYONE should put time into a proper diet. I'm not trying to diss on your friends or anything, but unless those skinny chicks get their **** together in due time, they're probably gonna be heifers in 10 years! :lol: By getting started now, you've got a leg up on the competition! So kudos to you! And keep it up! :thumbsup:

The average BF% for a female is actually 25.1% (ACSM, 2003).

Genetics will be the predominant factor in determining how LOW you can go (i.e. some females can get as low as 7% BF, but to get to 6% is not really viable, etc.). Maintaining very low BF% for long periods of time is very unhealthy, too.

Session looked good; although you didn't need to do that many sets for your triceps, girl. If anything, you could've done more exercises for your CHEST and BACK, if you wanted to do more, as opposed to your ARMS, since triceps and biceps will be worked in the compound exercises for chest and back!...And man, how come I'm the only one who CAN'T seem to find ANYTHING to SUPPRESS my appetite?!

Yeah, those french press alt. skull-crushers were the only tricep workout I did. Should I add the rope pull-down?

Have you tried the lipotrophin? It seems to work for me... I've tried all kinds of stuff like hoodia and it never worked...
