He’s always bettering his programs, because if you notice, he releases a program every 3-4 months, therefore I’m betting he’s doing the program, writes everything down, then publishes it. I’m sure you would rather use all your knowledge you have training and utilize it rather than train like you did in high school. You’re basically going backwards if you choose to do an old programs over one of his new ones. I was really looking hard for old programs only to take notice that I’d probably not use them.
