John Meadows 2.0 programs

Whoever handles the money gets the freebies and the site access in exchange for handling it. I can do it or if someone else wants to that's fine also. If you want me to, pm me

Mowglisml is taking care of collecting the funds and sharing the program with us. If you're interested Let him know.

That's both my favorite and the one I hate the most lol.

My legs were pumped to the max, as i was a sweaty mess.

There’s me doing that, gasping for breath

Some guy casually sitting on the bench next to me on Facebook happy as Larry.

My mate was ment to be joining me for legs today and he didn’t turn up..

Let’s just say he’s in for it when he’s next in the gym.

It's beyond humbling. Thankfully I do them at home so I can swear as much and as loud as I want.

I do them at the gym and I'm crying like a lil bi#$h. I I think it's hilarious what people may think about some of the sounds I make. Some of the mountaindog intensifiers are so painful! Like the calf routine 10 reps, hold 10 at the top repeat and repeat.... Ooo man

It gets results though lol. I had hit a plateau and was just coasting there for a long time when I first tried one of his programs (I think it was Creeping Death). Within weeks I was making progress again.

Week 3 on gamma bomb;

I’ve got rear delt destroyer and leg extension drop set of death...

This weeks going to be fun

I think the Bulgarian drop set of death and the front squat / back squat superset have been the two worse so far. Anything dealing with iso movements and not squat or deallift related is a piece of cake. The burn in the leg extension super feels nice lol

Which program has a front/back squat SS?

I agree, I come from a powerlifting background so definitely no afraid of high volume squatting and deadlifting. Those BSS iso holds mess me up every time

The front squat back squat requires 3 second descents which mess me up. 1-1.5 sec compared to 3 seconds makes a world of difference over 20 reps.

The week 7 leg workout from Beyonder he has you do leg extensions, 8 with a 2 second contraction at top, then once you reach failure, 15 partials out of the stretched position at the bottom... My whole body was shaking... But as everyone has mentioned, the Bulgarian death set is an absolute "grab the bucket" event for me

All you need is from gauntlet on. I’ve read thru every single program he’s come out with and the 2.0’s are better. He’s always bettering his programs, because if you notice, he releases a program every 3-4 months, therefore I’m betting he’s doing the program, writes everything down, then publishes it. I’m sure you would rather use all your knowledge you have training and utilize it rather than train like you did in high school. You’re basically going backwards if you choose to do an old programs over one of his new ones. I was really looking hard for old programs only to take notice that I’d probably not use them.

I myself and so glad he released creeping death 2 as a push pull legs because I was alternating meadows program with a PPL program, then repeat. Now I can alternate meadows programs

Very interesting comment... and I agree with you about what John does with recording his current training, then selling it as a course.

I, too, am interested in Creeping Death 2, because I've been looking for a good push, pull, legs program.

I have access to Seth Feroce's membership site. Very good information on training, nutrition, supplements, and performance enhancement cycling.

So far I haven't found anyone who has Creeping Death 2... it's so new. I'd like to trade something for it.

I've been doing creeping death.... Creeping death two looks really good. Once the summer dies down and ive done all the arm work I can handle, I'm going to switch to pull push legs and start pushing my calories. That program is sick

I just finished week two of the Arnold Classic program. I'm not doing the pump days however due to my schedule. It's working really well, the progress I am making is really good. Today my arms hit 15 inches when I woke up in the morning. 3 weeks ago they were 14 and a quarter inches. I know that I don't have big arms by any standards but this is really good progress. Hopefully in another 8 weeks they will be 16 inches

The only thing I don't like about the programs is that often a heavy hip hinge is done after a lot of quad work. I am a very strong deadlifter and after a lot of quad work I can barely stand up with 60kg and get jelly legs when trying to do stiff legged deadlifts. Makes it hard to train my hamstrings because a set of 8 with 150kg would be to failure for me however with fried quads I can't even hold the weight to do them. I'm thinking of substituting them for seated good mornings or hyper extensions

Good plan. I have Creeping Death but haven't tried it yet. Just finished Taskmaster. Liked it very much. Thanks for the information! Appreciate it!

Check out program x and y. Those programs were designed around powerlifting if that’s your goal.

@BYFRMMTL. Everything you need are in previous pages of this thread. The one to contact if you want to participate to the group buy or to trade.

Hey guys,
At this point with Mehowey, i got all the numbers for the group buy. Any more and i’ll make a profit which i don’t feel too good about. I think i’ll consider this a successful group buy and maybe new-comers can do a trade or something. Thanks everyone

Be careful trading with this guy. I will post back if he comes through, but I sent him an email and he sent me a pm saying he sent one back. Never got it, not in spam...
