is my progree in a year good or bad

Cant wait to see the videos of your ass about 2 feet off the bench or some spotter curling the weight.... Or, a combo of both, either way it is going to be epic or what I like to call un-****ty....
 
My a** doesn't even leave the bench when I'm bench pressing or my feet don't slide either, so that u wont see at all!!!!! You will see good clean lifts!!!!!!!!

yes i heard of it, i considered a stack once but never cashed in on it, it was just a thought! edwitt u are right, u will see a clean lift, it will be on Thursday, 5/6/10, its all bout recovery, knowing what foods to eat and when to eat them, and yes i have been sucking down load of protein and carbs everyday for bout a year know with trial and error and reading getting knowledge.

5 7in 207lb you must be a big ****ker

impressive shiit whether juicing or not imo. Going for 450 right ?
 
for example bench press, 4 of 6 with 275lbs same weight each set for two weeks, then i go to 5 of 8 with same weight, adding more stress, it sounds crazy but it works
Is 275 x 8 your max? If it is, that only works out to about 340 1RM, which is still pretty good.

What was your BF% before starting working out, and what is it now?

i was pretty out of shape at first, meaning not fat but had no visible cuts or whatever, i started eating right and jogging for bout a month then went and got gym membership, never checked my body fat level, but i will say that since ive been eating to gain muscle and ive gain alittle fat meaning my bottom two abs are not as visible as they were in the beginning, i get my shortness from my mom and strength from my dad, hes 6ft 3in 260lbs, my mom 5ft 1in 150lbs, but all my brothers round my dad size but not me, ive always been lean and athletic but not really big
 
the picture you have posted looks somewhat like someone who lifts and may get some heavy ones in so i'll hold judgement until after the video...


And I mean "looks" by the fact that the pic is fuzzy and from the side, so it's hard to tell.
 
i will be doing video next week on 5/6/10, finishing up my workout, i changed it every four weeks, this week im hitting weights hard, so that's why i'm waiting so can get energy level back up and my workout changed. believe though the video is coming!!!!!!!!!!!

He walked into the gym the first time at 183 and could bench 225? Really? And he was barely getting 135 for 12 and that equates to a 225lb bench?

ALL BS...............How many 183lb people have you known could bench 225 right off the bat? Not many.
