My a** doesn't even leave the bench when I'm bench pressing or my feet don't slide either, so that u wont see at all!!!!! You will see good clean lifts!!!!!!!!
yes i heard of it, i considered a stack once but never cashed in on it, it was just a thought! edwitt u are right, u will see a clean lift, it will be on Thursday, 5/6/10, its all bout recovery, knowing what foods to eat and when to eat them, and yes i have been sucking down load of protein and carbs everyday for bout a year know with trial and error and reading getting knowledge.
Is 275 x 8 your max? If it is, that only works out to about 340 1RM, which is still pretty good.for example bench press, 4 of 6 with 275lbs same weight each set for two weeks, then i go to 5 of 8 with same weight, adding more stress, it sounds crazy but it works

i will be doing video next week on 5/6/10, finishing up my workout, i changed it every four weeks, this week im hitting weights hard, so that's why i'm waiting so can get energy level back up and my workout changed. believe though the video is coming!!!!!!!!!!!
