Day 29

My Quads hate me right now. (Is it arrogant that I capitalize my bodyparts?)

I had a great workout with the exception of pulling my right hamstring a little on the Alt. Leg Press. Pump was insane. I changed up Leg Extensions with HS V-Squat. After reading Viking's log and hearing how sore he was the next day, it just sounded too good to pass up.

Today's Exercises:

Leg Extensions (two warmup sets then I said screw isolation)
HS V-Squat
BB Hacks
Alt. Leg Press
Front Squats
8 intervals of HIIT @ 30/30 (I was so beat at this point, I refrained from doing the last two intervals)


Strength shot up in the high rep-range as it has been. I expect my strength gains to level off a little since I'm down to one tablet of T-911 daily. Hopefully I hold on to the strength I've gained thus far.

As I said, my right hamsting was pulled a little doing Alt. Leg Press. It was on the fourth set. Like an idiot, I didn't control the weight on the negative on the first rep and it just tore a bit. It wasn't horrible, but enough to keep me from doing full ROM on the right side. Fortunately it didn't affect my Front Squats at all. It should be fine by next week. I just have to realize that I actually need to spend some time stretching these days.

***SLIN update...

My muscle bellies (and belly muscles for that matter :p) seem to be MUCH fuller since using SLIN. Even after my Quad workout today, my upper body looked full of glycogen, when normally I tend to look flat up top after a leg workout. Here's a couple pictures I took so you could see. I look fuller than I did yesterday.

Guys...my legs are seriously dunzo. Like, I can't take a few steps without stumbling. I have to go grocery shopping soon and I don't see how I will be able to do it...I may have to use one of those fat-scooters they have at the grocery store for the morbidly obese. :lol: - My Quads seriously haven't been this messed up in a LONG time.

Day 30

Woke up around 7:30am, took 1 Reset AD + 1 T-911 + 4 RPM. I had a great workout from start to finish. All of my weights went up as well as my reps. My hamstring was bugging me a little bit, so I hope it's okay by Monday when I hit hams.

Today's Exercises:

WG Front Lat Pulldown
WG Standing Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Bent Over BB Row

20mins low-intensity cardio on elliptical machine. HR ~140-145.

Appetite was horrible after my workout. It has REALLY been pissing me off. Some days it's fine, other days it's not, but mostly it's not. I don't know what's going on. I hope it goes back to normal. I'm getting so sick of spending 45+mins shoveling food down my throat. It's such a waste of my time. A month ago I was slamming down my PoWO meal in about 10mins. Fortunately, it's ONLY my PoWO meal that I have a problem with. I'm fine with all the others.

I'm going to a guy's birthday party today for a little while. I'll probably have a Guinness while I'm there. I figure it's either one Guinness today, or a few glasses of wine on Thanksgiving; so I opted for the Guinness.
 
On the couple of occasions that I've tried Pre-workout shakes instead of post-workout, I've found that I am not nearly as hungry for my post-workout meal as when I've had a post-workout shake.
So I can understand what you're talking about - I have to force down the food at those times.

I've noticed this as well. Everything is give and take in the world of bodybuilding, isn't it? Bleh.
 
So I just got back from the party and I'm starting another paper.

Man, it's so odd how guilty I get now after drinking any alcohol at all. I had ONE Guinness, totally thinking I'll be okay with that, but by the time I finished it I was so unsatisfied. I started grabbing my love-handles to see if I put on any instafat (I'm SO obsessive-compulsive.)

I don't really feel like I belong to that group anymore. I don't enjoy the drinking. I don't enjoy the conversations. It just seems mundane and doesn't edify me in any way. I only have a couple friends that I really enjoy spending time with these days, and I rarely get to see them anymore.

I just stopped hanging out with them and went and pursued relationships with those I did find edifying and whose company I enjoyed. I figured, if my friends weren't supportive or even really being friends, I'd go find people who were.

I mean, the guys are all 27yo+. They're mostly all married, and happily at that, but it just seems like them and their wives are just trying to salvage what's left of their social lives when they were single.

It's odd. I've been an old man since as long as I can remember. Even at the age of nine I remember sitting around with my parents' friends and having chats about politics and life. Ya, I obviously didn't have the insight then that I do now, but I still enjoyed it.
 
Yeah, I'm old for my age too (I mean geez, there're people on here even that think I'm in my 30s) and the people I hung with back then, well, it was primarily because it was convenient.

I finally just decided that convenience wasn't good enough and found some folks that actually have common interests with me and enough intelligence to carry a decent conversation. Interestingly enough, that was when I started hanging out with BW... who knew, huh?

Gar! I'm trying to decide if I want to workout NOW or in the afternoon...I have to decide in two minutes because that's the cutoff between my stims/P-Slin and my shake at 8am.

Edit: Popped the pills (Reset, T911, Ephedrine, RPM) - Why go later when I can go NOW?! :twisted:
 
Day 31

So glad I went to the gym this morning instead of later. I've got plenty to work on the rest of the day. I've got an exam tomorrow as well as a case study that's due.

Twenty minutes before my shake I popped, 1 T-911/400mg P-Slin/4 RPM/25mg Ephedrine/1 Reset AD.

I had a GREAT Chest workout. I really slammed it hard. It's so funny doing compound exercises at the end of my workouts. On my old routine, I did them in the beginning and on bench I would do 40 rep warmups with 135. Today, after doing three chest exercises, a total of 16 sets, I did Flat Bench BB Press last and was only getting 135 up for 5 reps on my last set (10,8,8,6,5,5). :toofunny: - My chest was soooo done by the end of my workout. I think I heard it cursing my name.

Today's Exercises:

Pec Deck/Fly Machine
Incline Bench BB Press
HS Decline Chest Press
Flat Bench BB Press
Seated Calf Raises
20mins on Stairmaster; HR @ 155-160ish

My intensity was great. I was able to take real short breaks in between sets.

Pump was painful AND fun :p...

Irish, the most dramatic changes I see (after thoroughly comparing week’s 1 and current pics :D) are the following:
1) Vascularity is absolutely WICKED !!! Invalid Link Removed
2) Ab separation is MUCH more pronounced (I know this is the most troublesome spot for you but looks like you are nailing it Invalid Link Removed)
3) Delts and bis are looking much fuller.​

Last but not the least: Invalid Link Removed UPDATES have DRAMATICALLY increased of late. I can tell you are very proud of your work. So you should be :D

:jaw: for me a 40rep bench set would be a warmup, a workout and a cooldown all at once :lol:

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I still have plenty of work left to do on this routine. I've got until December 11th which is my scheduled day for break (my week off in Chicago). Within the next few weeks I'd really like to see if I can tighten up the abdominals as much as possible, and put on some more size in my delts/arms (triceps mainly). Hopefully for my week off I can plan everything just right and get in the correct amount of food. I can't be as strict as I am right now of course, but usually as long as I get in the required amount of protein then I'm happy. I'll of course bring my whey/BCAAs along, as I always do on trips.

I will be working out later today. I'm currently studying for a final that I have at 1pm, and have an insane coffee buzz thanks to Reset-AD!

Holy hell, that's a lot of stims lol. Good luck with your heartbeats. Basic Cuts rocks the guts (see what I did thar?)! I love the simplicity of it, but I have to have an antacid handy.

Speaking of heartbeats, I got back home from leg workout last night and had to stay in the car for about 5 minutes while something went on in my chest. I felt a strange pressure in time with my heartbeat, and it made me very dizzy and even more nauseaus than I already was (I about threw up during presses today)... I'm ready to blame it on a preworkout supp sample I took as it was the only change I made to my routine (Animal Pump). Pump is a big pack o' pills, but there's nothing in there that I could see would make me feel that way... I am sure, however, that it gave me a massively sudden diarhea episode just as I pulled up to the gym. Barely made it.

Also, how do you dose your 1-Carboxy (timing and frequency)? I've been dosing 1.2g along with my usual GABA. I've yet to cap it as I'm not sure what my optimal doseage would be, and have been just dumping it in my mouth chased by water.
 
On a side note, I'm making progress with my own cannons (legs). Yours are the inspiration. I showed my wife your legs and she was like 'holy sh*t' (she doesn't normally cuss, btw). Have some deep separations now, and the inches are filling out at an awesome rate. While my strength has plateaued, I still seem to be growing.

LOVE Hemodraulix, Metro. I've only got about 1/2 a bottle left, optimistically. I actually skipped Hemo on legs this week as my legs were so pumped after squats last week that I had a hard time even sitting down at the leg press slide, lol. I'd put my feet up and bend my knees, and end up burning out just sitting there while my muscles were overloaded with blood lol! The stuff is crazy.

I'll try out APS's new toy (Plasmagen Nitrate), but will most likely be back with the Hemo once I'm out. I'll hit up your log once the naked ladies posting slows down a bit :P My boss walked by as I scrolled past one last week, lol. I said "whoops! bad timing, huh" outloud and he just shook his head.

No worries. It's been really quiet in there. I haven't logged my last 2 weeks of workouts as half of them were while I was sick, and then have been working so much I've just let it slide a bit :(
 
Day 32

Today's workout was so-so. Nothing great to report. I had two things holding me back...

1) A bum hamstring from my quad workout
2) A VERY tired lower-back

Both of these things were playing against me. I had a hard time going as heavy as I wanted on some sets and didn't feel comfortable pushing myself on some of them either. My back was giving out on the GMs, and my hams, mainly my right one, just didn't want to give me a great ROM. I still have some pain leftover from Friday.

Today's Exercises:

Prone Leg Curl
DB SLDL
GMs
Abductor/Adductor
HIIT - 10int. @ 30/30

The good part about my workout was the HIIT. I really pushed myself and had a nice, thick layer of sweat going by the end. It left me gasping for air, which is exactly what I like.

To answer your question Met, this is the first time I've taken any 1-C prior to workouts. I haven't noticed any lethargy issues today, but then again, 1g is a pretty small dose.

Tomorrow is my last day of T-911. I'll write a final review most likely tomorrow night.

I'll be typing up my latest workout as well as my final review once I get some stuff done. I'm skipping class today :eek: (I really hope there are no pop-quizzes; I told a girl from class to text me if she has a hunch that there will be) to get some other stuff taken care of. I've just got to make a pot of coffee and get in a shower and I'll type all that up. Cheers.

Why do you love it? How is it working for you? Noticing more fat burning? More pumps? More appetite? Anything else? Logs lookn great as always bud! Still deciding whether or not to pic up the bulk pslin.
