Day 29
My Quads hate me right now. (Is it arrogant that I capitalize my bodyparts?)
I had a great workout with the exception of pulling my right hamstring a little on the Alt. Leg Press. Pump was insane. I changed up Leg Extensions with HS V-Squat. After reading Viking's log and hearing how sore he was the next day, it just sounded too good to pass up.
Today's Exercises:
Leg Extensions (two warmup sets then I said screw isolation)
HS V-Squat
BB Hacks
Alt. Leg Press
Front Squats
8 intervals of HIIT @ 30/30 (I was so beat at this point, I refrained from doing the last two intervals)
Strength shot up in the high rep-range as it has been. I expect my strength gains to level off a little since I'm down to one tablet of T-911 daily. Hopefully I hold on to the strength I've gained thus far.
As I said, my right hamsting was pulled a little doing Alt. Leg Press. It was on the fourth set. Like an idiot, I didn't control the weight on the negative on the first rep and it just tore a bit. It wasn't horrible, but enough to keep me from doing full ROM on the right side. Fortunately it didn't affect my Front Squats at all. It should be fine by next week. I just have to realize that I actually need to spend some time stretching these days.

My muscle bellies (and belly muscles for that matter
) seem to be MUCH fuller since using SLIN. Even after my Quad workout today, my upper body looked full of glycogen, when normally I tend to look flat up top after a leg workout. Here's a couple pictures I took so you could see. I look fuller than I did yesterday.
