Time to relax, see a doctor, and heal. It's a pain, but it's worth it.

I'll probably have to get an MRI at this point. I won't be AS worried if my mid-back (what I hurt two days ago) heals up soon, but I'm still dealing with the lower back issue as well.

I'm pretty pissed off at this point. In 7yrs of lifting, I've never had to deal with any injuries until now.

The price we pay..get it checked out man..I wish you the best

MRI's are pretty cool, I've had like 5 of them over the years. Hopefully you can get a free-standing MRI, where you just sit in a chair, rather than being put in a tube, but those are still fairly rare and new technology.

As for this being your first lifting injury, I'm right there with you, as you know. This is new, unpleasant territory. Territory I will be careful not to return to.

Relax and let your body get better, IC!

I don't want to get small! :(

I should change the name of the log to, "Irish Cannon's Slow Demise: A Quest from Sizely to Sickly"

I just don't know how I'm going to pay for it. That poop is expensive, and my insurance is strictly for emergency/surgery.

Convince them you're not a U.S. Citizen and you'll get in.

Tried this stuff today with my push pull routine. It's legit. I'm usually a pre workout drink person, because past pill products have just made me light headed when I work out, but this stuff made me feel great. One of my better workouts, that's for sure.

There he is. New routine yet?

No way DC is working amazing. I feel like puking after every workout, so you know it's working. I regret not doing more beach training this summer though.

Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps if I decided to go to Law School.

Gotcha, Im trying to go the poli sci route.....maybe get my extra stuff from the law department when I go for my master's and phd but law stuff.......:sigh1:

Well good to know it's a maybe. If im ever prresident i'll get at you for a cabinet spot

Back is still killing me this morning. I'll be pretty upset if it's still giving me trouble come Monday.

I watched Bigger, Faster, Stronger last night. That dude "Smelly" reminds me of Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite.

When I was interning my first semester, senior year, a doctor client I was working with suggested that documentary to me. I was hoping it'd be "better," whatever that entails, but I thought the brother hoping to be a pro wrestler was a sad story.

The doctor client was actually fairly pro steroids, under proper usage.

Almost there. Too many welcome home meals and lunches. Come sat I should be back in machine mode completely.

Well, since NP is ridding themselves of PH's, I decided to grab three bottles of HD-2 ($15/bottle) for my last hoo-rah in September or October. I plan a 6-weeker of HD/Epi.

I also ordered 500g ALCAR and a bottle of Coleus F...now the question is when will I be able to hit the weights and actually use them?...

New Diet:

TKD-style - I'm training fasted, so my PWO shake + Meal is the only thing containing carbs.

Workout days - Post-wo: 3 SLIN, 2 scoops Whey, 60g steel cut oats

Meal 1: 6oz chicken breast, 4 eggs, 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/honey, bowl of blueberries/raspberries

Meal 2: 8oz chicken breast, lots of broccoli, green olives, banana peppers, almonds, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper

Meal 3: Same as Meal 2

Meal 4: 2 turkey patties, broccoli, 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 12hr

(If it's not a workout day, in between Meal 1 and 2 I have a 2 scoop whey shake w/9g fish oil)

What? NP is going to stop selling PH's? I've never bought a real PH, so it doesn't really effect me, but really? Any idea why?

I'd vote for IC for Pres, last of the conservative republicans, like last of the mowheekins.

So I woke up to a little gyno, probably due to HGW. lol. I can't win....I've got a couple doses of Tamoxifen left but that's it. I'll quit using the HGW, take the Tamox, and hopefully that will be the end of it. I'll probably order some new Tamox this morning. I'll need some for the cycle in Sept/Oct anyways.

This is the reason I've always taken an AI with test boosters...The one time I don't...

What's up, Irish? Hey fellas!

Damn, I come in here to say what's up, and I see this **** about PH's. Is another ban in order or something? When will the government ever realize that they're overstepping their boundaries? That pisses me off so bad. Now I guess I have to (quickly) figure out what I'm stocking up on.

I saw this in the NP forum:

Due to the uncertainty of the PH market, I have made a personal decision to liquidate our remaining stock of PH products. These items are marked down to cost or below and is strictly on a first come, first served basis -- all sales are final --

Hey man! Good to see yuh! How are things?

Ya, it's a shame about the PH market, but I think it's wise on NP's part. We want them to stick around, and I don't want to see them deal with legal issues over PHs if it comes to that. I have a feeling they may know something that we don't.

The last few administrations all screwed us in terms of dietary supplements; it's just gotten worse as time went on...Now those same people threatening the supplement industry are threatening small farmers.

People are trading liberty for security these days, and it's all one big spiral into government control on EVERYTHING. If health care gets passed, that's the end of it all for us.

Do you realize that there are some communist/communist-like countries that have more financial freedom than the United States at this point?

Yup, in China you can buy basically anything you want in the Pharmacies.

Hong Kong is it's own seperate deal. I assume they still have the same drug enforcements but I'm not sure since I've never been there.

I know their currency is different than the rest of China.

And you've got people like this Hooten guy, starting a foundation against steroids because his son commited suicide while coming off...Now, I knew of this guy before, but when I saw the interview with him on Bigger, Faster, Stronger - a few things are apparent.

1) He genuinely believes what he's doing is right
2) He won't even accept the possibility that his son was messed up in the head (this kid was going to therapists and was taking anti-depressants at the same time as the gear)
3) This kid probably hated his life; he wasn't smiling in a single picture they showed

...I mean, that Bell guy brought up the fact "Isn't it hypocritical to be so against steroids when alcohol and tobacco account for more deaths?" - The guys response was, after a long pause, "Alcohol and tobacco aren't illegal. That's not our fight. Our fight is with steroids."

Okay, so first of all, you're fighting against something that's already a schedule III substance. Nice job, dip****. And second, you expect me to believe you would simply let it go if steroids were legal? Righhhhht. I bet this dude smokes his cigars and drinks bourbon daily.

Things were good until I got this news. LOL.

I understand what Nutra's doing, and I think it's an intelligent move on their part to try to save their asses from any possible legal repercussion that may come from this.

As far as the politics of it, Libertarian FT(MF)W. I wish more people would get it. As long as I'm not hurting anyone else, whatever I wanna do with MYself, MY body, MY family, MY business, should be - MY BUSINESS. Land of the free my ass! What they don't seem to realize is that they're CREATING a black market, they're CREATING criminals, they're CREATING anarchy.

Or is it that -- they do realize it -- and they're doing it on purpose...

Man, I haven't been this pissed off since 2004. Invalid Link Removed

When I was 21 and had a strong appetite for gear, I went down to TJ as I heard rumors of being able to purchase gear from public pharmacies. I left disappointed because every one of those pharmacies I visited shut me down

Man, that Hooten guy is a ****ing hypocritical sack of **** with an agenda. I would love to meet him so I could repeatedly embed my fist in his skull.

Gee, do I sound angry here? LOL. Yeah, this whole thing's just getting to me. I guess it may be time to just suck it up and go to the dark side after all...

Politicians shouldn't take up scientific or medical issues anyway. They take a surface logic from what they read and basically become broscientists or brophysicians, while being completely oblivious to the glacier of information beneath what they're reading.

Anything in excess is bad, you can die from VARIOUS OTC's, and lets not talk alcohol & cigarettes. Steroids are bad if you abuse it, but so is aspirin, and Vitamin C (which often times is made to taste like orange candy).

Hooten is projecting his own failure as a father and using steroids as a crutch, because if Steroids (or whatever else if not roids) weren't there to blame, then he'd have to take a cold hard look in the mirror.

Beautifully said, my friend.

Do you guys listen to Neal Boortz at all? Yesterday, some pub brought them food during the radio show, and Belinda was drinking a beer called "Horny Goat." - Belinda goes, "It's a really big bottle." Boortz replied, "Ya, you're loving that Horny Goat, aren't you? Ya, you just jumped on that Horny Goat."

And today, apparently Belinda was doing the "booty-clap" during the show.

Honestly when I was watching him talk in that movie I got the weird feeling that he might of been the one to push his kid to the point his son needed anti depressants. I just think fighting against steroids is Hooten putting the blame on anything but himself or that his son might have just been messed up in the head.

That kid wasn't smiling in one single picture they showed of him. To think that steroids were the sole reason that kid committed suicide is asinine.

It's unfortunate, but I had to make an additional purchase I wasn't expecting. After I noticed this gyno flareup last night, and little to no reduction in the last 24hrs with Nolva, I bought 2 bottles of CEL Formestane from NP (~$75). This was money that I really would have liked to spend elsewhere.

One way or another, supplements always seem to grab my change. The irony being that if I didn't buy supplements in the first place (HGW to be exact) I wouldn't have to spend this cash.

Celc says Icariin/HGW does the same thing to him. I should have consulted him first on this as he's the expert with that junk. It's great stuff, but I really should have been smarter and ran an AI with it.

My condolences. They say that when it rains it pours, but collectively, you've been having El Niño.

It has been pretty bad, man. Supps, doctor/chiro visits, PH bans ( )...It's all piling up. To make it worse, my hours at work will be cut a little for a while. I'll probably be looking for a new job soon.

On the plus side, I've decided to most likely go to law school. I'll probably find a decent/well paying job, study the LSAT prep stuff for 6 months or so, take the test, and apply for a few different schools.

If I could get into Tulane, and have a decent BR set up for the mid-stakes games at the casino, I should be able to do pretty well with things. The poker may be iffy...I may have to get a normal job for a little while and then do it, but regardless, I have my mind pretty well made up.

Gyno is actually a little more sensitive this morning; possibly larger. Nolvadex just ain't cutting it which is odd to me. It has always worked for this type of gyno treatment :dunno: - My Form should be here Monday and I'll start it immediately. - Back isn't really doing much better either.

I was really hoping to not make any NP orders this month...~$160 later...:(

It's raining here today. Work is going to be slammed. Not looking forward to it.

Thats strange that the Nolva didnt help any. But it's early, and if it is aromatization to E type gyno, then it shouldnt be hard to get rid of. The AI might do it better since sometimes Nolva seems to be more of a "preventative" measure instead of after that fact.

I wouldnt worry yourself too much over this. IMHO, it will go away soon enough.

Ya, there's plenty to try before I get worried. I've still got the E-stane as well. Hopefully the Form will take care of it.

I'm waiting on F-Drol Black to come out. Hopefully I can grab some before I run out of Form so I can continue AI usage.

Well, let me know. I still have some Nolvedex XT here as well as a full bottle of Formasol that I really dont plan on using. I also have 2 bottles of T-911.

Ahhhh! I so would have bought that Formasol from you! I just spend $75 on two bottles of CEL Form because Z was out.
