ideal post workout carb?

Just eat some food. Within 2 hours of post workout. Just something to get you by. Not that hard...
I don't eat or anything after training. Just water ATM and can't be happier...insulin sensitivity has improved ten fold
 
I just mix my Vanilla post protein with orange juice for an orange julius. I'll then eat a meal consisting of fish/chicken & vegetables between 1-2 hours later.
 
Oat meal with skim milk and tbl of sugar
